Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Spring Hill

Fantastic location; close to shops, the river and transport. Thoroughly enjoyed a our family birthday barbecue on the spacious deck with city lights and Mr Coot-tha views.

The hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful, the house was comfortable and well appointed, the gardens were magnificent with beautiful birds and a very friendly chicken! The property is well located to see everything. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

This was a bush setting oasis for us. The serenity was appreciated and the beds were very comfortable. Kelly was super accomodating in taking our booking last minute and was a pleasure to deal with. I can highly recommend this stay and host

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

Would recommend to anyone and everyone. While relocating from the home was so beautiful present and it allowed my family a moment to really relax. Felt right at home from the moment I got out of the car. Shall has so many people little personal touches that made me feel special. Ie. milk and fresh bread ready on arrival. Thank you Simone!

This is the second time I h've stayed at Andy's place in 6 months. It has loads of space, great outdoor balcony, fabulous kitchen and stove and is very private. It is surrounded by trees and wildlife and just an all round great vibe., Suit a family or group of friends visiting Brisbane. Sadly didnt get a chance to swim in the pool as it was raining every day. Hopefully next time..

Great places to stay.

Kirsten's place was in a convenient location and secure. It was clean with attractive decor. We thought the big mirror could have been a hazard. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would go again ourselves and recommend it to others.

We stayed at Nicholas' place for 1.5 month, and we couldn't have been happier. He was such a lovely host and made our arrival in Australia smooth and awesome. He is very easy to communicate with, super helpful and overall a nice person. The place is also great with an awesome location, and the house has everything you need: Comfortable bed, TV, well-equipped kitchen, laundry, washing machine etc.

Great 10 day stay at this luxury apartment. Easy check-in with clear, detailed instructions. Apartment was immaculate and very modern. High end furnishings throughout. Perfect location to explore Brisbane with West End and Southbank within easy walking distances. We live in Airbnb’s so we’re not easily impressed…Mark’s apartment impressed us! Highly, highly recommend!

Nadia's apartment has become my go to accommodation when visiting Brisbane for work or fun. Always spotless and well presented - with thoughtful, welcoming touches to make you feel like a valued guest. I'm always assured of a good night's sleep after a busy day. Nadia's apartment is in a great location if you're heading into the CBD - or across the river, and always a haven to return to. Highly recommended.

Liz was very helpful and the place was well stocked and well looked after. The front door lock was a bit difficult but we managed.

Beautifully designed, peaceful, relaxing space that I enjoyed spending time in & didn’t want to leave. Super close to many great cafes/restaurants/supermarkets which was great as I didn’t have a vehicle.

Selina’s apartment was absolutely perfect - well equipped kitchen and bathroom, bed was very comfortable, TV worked great! The pool area was also wonderful, with incredible views of the city! Selina herself was so lovely, very responsive and so kind! If we are ever back in Brisbane we’ll be coming back for sure! Thank you for the lovely stay Selina :)

I had a wonderful stay, the place was very clean and spacious! Our apartment had an amazing view as well. The location was very convenient and close to great restaurants. Our host was so lovely and gave us very clear and easy instructions that made our check in and check out stress free! ☺️ We will definitely be back. ❤️

We were very happy with our stay at Naz's. If anything the place was larger than we were expecting. Location was perfect. Actually that is why we stayed there. Short walk to ferry, buses, trains, shops and restaurants. Note that there is a 'back' gate from the complex that brings you out directly across from the shopping centre carpark. Handy to know when raining. The three flights of stairs weren't an issue. One flight is outside in the complex, so only two flights in building to the room. We will be back.

Deborah offers a home away from home. It is a cosy, quiet and a fabulous place to stay. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is present. The kitchen has top supplies too. The bed might be small for two people but i was alone so that was perfect too. The pool is a gem and the area of west end is great! It is my favourite place in Brisbane!! 👍

We have a lovely stay here. Is walkable to the cbd but out of the hustle and bustle of it all. Southbank is an awesome spot its self and I definitely recommend a stay here. The space was perfect for a couple and the apartment was spotless on arrival

I would stay there again if the opportunity came up and would recommend the place. Kim is a great host!
