Cabin vacation rentals in Spokane

This is a beautiful Log cabin style home. It's not right on the water but you can see the water from the home. The water access for swimming is at a park you'll pass about 1/3 mile away. At night it is very, very dark in the dining/ living area- we had to bring the lamps from most of the other rooms so that we could see to play cards and games in the evening. we missed the driveway a couple times but watch for the red arrow on a tree. The neighbor has vehicles parked at the ingress up the driveway so it was a little tricky getting thru with our full size pickup but completely do-able. the 3 full bathrooms were very nice and the full size washer and dryer was great too. The kitchen very well stocked! We spent a lot of time on the beautiful front porch. There were some dead scrub trees on the land that would be nice to remove to open up the water view even more but it was very private and nice. Very peaceful. The game room was nice. 2 cozy wood stoves too although we didn't use them.

Great place to stay while working on our pace at Sun-Up Bay. Enjoyed our stay and our guest contact helped out to resolve issues with check in. Driveway is very steep but that is stated in the description. We had a blast. Thanks

We were looking for a short getaway to just "do nothing" and relax. Communication during the process was great. The location is right on the river and very peaceful. It is a "tiny house" as advertised, but the setup is really cool. We cooked our meals on the Blackstone flattop griddle. Internet TV was great for evening relaxing. Gas fire pit was great in the evenings as was the hot tub. Plenty of wildlife to watch. White tail deer, wild turkeys, rabbits. Moose came through the first morning we were there but we missed them. We met Rick the second night and he was really nice. Gave us a rundown of all the amenities and a little history on the area. Rick made us feel like he was there for anything we should need if something arose. All in all we have nothing to say but great things about the location and our stay. One thing to note, it is said that the loft is not a high ceiling. If you're a tall man (or woman), you will have to crouch, however, I'm 6'2" and this was never an issue.

If your looking for a peaceful place to stay that has lake access with lots of activities this is the perfect place! They have everything you would need for the perfect lake cabin getaway! We will definitely be coming back!

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

Stayed here for a couple nights after my birthday, had a wonderful stay, just far enough away from everything but close enough to be an easy drive. Played some pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Very nice place, will definitely be back!

Great place for a family get away. Dock is great for kids and beach area. Lots of places to enjoy the view.

The house is secluded & the lake opens up in front of you. The house is spacious & well designed. We had everything we needed to fix meals there & yet is only about 30 minutes from Coeur D’Alene. Plenty of deer & quail nearby. A great stay.

Steve and Dane couldn’t have been better hosts. You can tell this place is special to them and made the stay very enjoyable

Nice little place right on the water. Friendly neighbors. A bit noisy over the weekend when the lake starts to get busy, but not too bad. The house is nice and great for a small family. It was awesome to have a dock to fish and swim from right in the back yard. Kesha responded fairly quickly to messages and was very polite. We were out a few minutes after checkout. Kesha was patient with us and let us get out without making us feel rushed. Would recommend and hope to stay again.

Overall, GREAT place to take a quiet weekend. Couple minor issues with the cabin, but the host was responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful place on Mica Bay. Very peaceful surroundings. Home was comfortable and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. Was not able to offer early checkin. There is a significant leak from the upstairs shower that was coming through the wall between shower and toilet so had to shove a towel in that corner for each shower. Area around dock in the water could use some cleaning. Lots of garbage and chairs in the water. Otherwise it was a wonderful visit for a girls weekend!

Spending the summers in Idaho growing up, I felt right at home despite not having visited in nearly sixteen years. Scenic and quiet location outside Coeur d'Alene and a short drive from Spokane made it the perfect spot for us to take in the Idaho countryside and run what errands we needed to while in the area. Would definitely return in the future.

Mandi's place makes vacationing almost too easy. Everything you need is within 50 feet of the front door - the lake, a boat slip, a convienence store, even a bar/restaurant if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is exactly what you'd expect form a 1950s(?) lake cabin. It's not the Ritz Carlton, it's a lake cabin in semi rural Idaho. It's well equipped and you shouldn't need anything more than food and clothes. There's a small downtown about a 10 min walk, or 2 min drive from the cabin and a well stocked grocery store 2 mins past there. Everything you need is right in town. Within a mile or so is the Inland Empire Paper company property which is open to the public so long as you buy a day pass from the hardware store in town. It's just a bunch of old logging roads through the mountains but it's an easy way to get out on the dirt bike/atv/sxs/or your 4wd truck.

My family loved our stay. The home felt very peaceful and remote, yet we were only a 5 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the outside deck and enjoying the sounds of the birds. Inside was spacious and there was plenty of the things we needed like towels, linens and cooking items. We will definitely come back.
