Boat vacation rentals in Split-Dalmatia County

4 days sailing the Dalmatian coast on Goran’s boat was ideal! Beautiful on the water and he was a great captain taking us around the various islands, would definitely book again. He also offered a ton of flexibility, picking us up in Hvar versus Split and getting us back close to the airport ahead of our flight.

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Our host went above and beyond, meeting all of our expectations. He was not only incredibly accommodating but also the best boat captain we could have asked for. He knew all the best spots to visit, and his knowledge of the area truly enhanced our experience. From start to finish, he made us feel welcomed and cared for, ensuring we had everything we needed for an unforgettable trip. We spent 2 nights on Vlado’s catamaran! It was a lovely time, filled with swimming turquoise waters, exploring islands, paddle boarding, relaxing on deck and listening to music. The boat was built by Vlado, and fit us well (please know it’s a boat— of course it’s tight quarters). There were two double beds that fit 2 people and a marine toilet bathroom in each room. Vlado sleeps on a pullout couch. There was a fridge and freezer, all the required kitchen utensils, and a two burner stove for cooking. Vlado told us ahead of time the route he’d take us on for our journey, which included spots like a blue lagoon, an abandoned military base, and a cove that nestled a quaint town. He also informed us of projected inclement weather in advance. Communication was a bit difficult as none of us knew the languages Vlado speaks, but honestly we still were able to chat and learn new words in Croatian! He was very responsive. Highly recommend and it was great for the money! Thank you Vlado!!

Marko was super helpful in making an itinerary and always responded promptly. Our skipper made our trip. There were 4 couples on board and the boat was comfortable for 3 days of sailing/docking. So much fun, best way to see Croatia.

This was a special stay for us. We were able to access a beautiful cove and sleep under the stars, which would have been unavailable otherwise. The beach restaurant was exactly the sort of place you want to find when visiting a new spot. The idea of paddle boarding to dinner was odd in concept, but actually very easy and made the evening that much more memorable. Kresco was a great skipper who accommodated our priorities. When weather interfered with our plans he made sure our last night was still special, helping with a reservation to a lovely restaurant back in Vis. 10/10 would recommend.

We had the best day on Toni’s boat. Toni took us around the beautiful islands of Split including lunch at an amazing restaurant. Toni was a fantastic host and his boat was perfect size for us - 7 people including 3 kids. Thank you Toni!
