Beautiful location, quiet area, with all the comforts. Host is friendly and helpful. At 6 o 'clock in the morning there is the church bell of the church that is next to the cottage.

We had rented both houses for our team event. Both houses are modern and stylish. It was everything we needed in the house. The location and views are mega. Despite the location, everything can also be reached quickly by foot.

We had a wonderful stay in Dösen. The house is very comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. Vanessa quickly helped us out with some questions so we could not have had a better hostess and place to spend our holiday. Thank you Vanessa!

We had a nice time in Sankt Oswald. The house has a super nice location. The road to it is a bit exciting the first time:-) Spacious house, spacious and very neat bathrooms, cozily furnished. In warm weather, it stays quite fresh in the house and it cools down nicely in the evening. Some tips for the surroundings: we bought a Kärntenkaart at the tourism office in Bad Kleinkirchheim with which we could do activities for a whole week without paying extra for it. Some of the activities: Biospärenparkbahn Brunnah ( in the village itself) and walk on the top and visit the St Oswalder Bockhutte, reptielenzoo, Alpen Wildpark Feld am See ( a little further you will find the Afritzer See where you can swim) , boat trip on the Millstäter See (free swimming spot can also be found there), family walk in St Oswald. We had a nice meal in the Gasthof Sportalm and in the pizzeria in Radenthein. A very nice location to spend your vacation!

A great place to stay!

Lovely, sparkling clean apartment. Quiet place overlooking the opposite mountain. At night we heard the deer burling, great. Many hiking opportunities in the environment.

We stayed in a spacious and very cozy apartment equipped with everything we needed. The access to the lake is great, there are two trampolines for children, stand up paddles and even a pedal boat to rent. Anton and Margot are two extremely gracious hosts who care a lot and have made a lot of things possible. We felt very comfortable in Haus Bichel and will definitely return. The nearest vacation is already booked. Thanks again to Margot and Anton!

Very nice apartment directly surrounded by mountains and hiking trails. In the small village you can also eat great or take the panoramic train on surrounding hiking trails in the mountains.

We've had three amazing days in Böckstein and the surrounding area. Alexander and Stanzi were very helpful and nice and the accommodation contained everything we needed, also nice decor in beautiful house! We'd love to come back!

Hello, Our stay with toddler and baby was great. There were so many walking opportunities and to play in the snow. Everything was there, as you can see on the pictures 1:1, clean, everything was available. Judith and the parents are very helpful and accommodating. Ski places are not far away, the Katschberg is felt in front of the door and Obertauern, by car 20 minutes, also very nice. The supermarket/ bakery is within walking distance in 5-10 minutes, depending on the weather conditions The sauna at the end was excellent. We are always happy to visit Alpine views again.

Apartment is located on top floor of Mondi Bellevue hotel and is very comfortable for family with four persons. As we went there for skiing, hotel is located approximately 10-15 min walking uphill to gondola lift station. Surrounding of hotel is very nice. Andreas sent all the details in advance, so check it and check out was very smooth. Thank you for very nice holiday !

Great place to stay

A great apartment in a great location gave us super relaxing days - we were on the road a lot, enjoyed the bathroom in the thermal pool in the evening and chilled out on the balcony. A landlord who responds quickly to requests and was super nice and prudent, rounded off our vacation.

We were looking for a place to stop during our trip and I am very happy to have found this family home. There are three of us, but also four of us would have been very comfortable to relax and sleep in relaxation; in fact, the sofa was very large and super comfortable even for two people. It's even nicer than the photos and everything worked perfectly. As soon as I entered the house I breathed the air of well-being and relaxation. All rooms are designed and furnished with good taste and attention to detail, building materials, and high-quality fabrics. There was crazy positive energy! Too bad it was just one night. But we'll definitely be back for more days to make the most of the surroundings. Ideal place for long walks in contact with nature and to unplug from everything and leave more loads. The best airbnb I've stayed so far! Top! Katrin and Daniel were excellent hosts. Communication was quick, clear and helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

Elisabeth is great host. Friendly, helpful, engaged. She gave us tips for the surroundings and always responded quickly. The apartment is full of comforts and wonderfully clean, also located in the center of Spittal a short distance from a great lake. You can walk and cycle or contemplate in the garden. Really a top location!

Accommodation is very nice, clean and in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Bed is very comfortable. Lot of toys for small kids :) In the same house is bakery and Intersport. But we never heard any noise. Restaurants are very close and grocery stores are in walking distance. Communication with Markus was always quick, nice and helpful. Only small drawback could be little bit noisy road in the morning. During the night it was quite and you hear relaxing sound of stream.

Very nice apartment and fantastic location. Hotel, SPA, food top notch. We are always happy to come back to Falkensteiner.
