We had an absolutely lovely stay at Silvia’s place! The location is to die for. Gorgeous views, walkable to loads of restaurants and shops along with multiple beaches. It just could not have been any better of a location! Silvia is very friendly and accommodating- she had excellent recommendations even top choices for my daughter who has coeliac disease. Probably one of our favourite vacation spots ever. I hope to be able to come back and stay again some day!

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family of 4 people. There were 4 of us plus a 16-month-old baby. The apartment is also ideal for small children as it is available for a cot and high chair,thanks to Viviana who made our stay in her apartment enjoyable. A 3-minute walk to the sea .

We had a great time here, regardless April weather with some rainy days. Ahmed’s place was even prettier than in the pictures and was both beautifully and functionally designed. We really enjoyed the sun beds and the garden which was fully fenced and ideal for our dog. There’s a restaurant in walking distance where you can get very nice pizza and pasta.

I stayed with my family for 2 weeks in Serena's apartment. What can I say... EVERYTHING IS PERFECT and attention to detail. The house is well cared for and cozy. The outdoor spaces are extremely comfortable, especially with children. The location of the house is very convenient as it is close to the port of Olbia but at the same time close to many popular beaches near San Teodoro. We will definitely be back!!! 💪🏻

Vincenza is a very friendly host who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment fully complied with the description. It is spacious, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an area with a dining table and a small couch. Also in the kitchen there is everything for cooking. You have a direct view of the sea and since the apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is also very quiet.

Very satisfied with almost everything. Impeccable and very pleasant apartment with a beautiful view. Absolutely recommended but not for everyone, because of the price but especially because of the beach, close yes, but located a few dozen meters lower and therefore reachable with a steep descent path that becomes a steep ascent on the way back. Not convenient for those with young children or for very old people.

We give the stay, the house the area, Mariadele and her hospitality a 10! We had a wonderful week with all the space in and around the nice house, everything was clean and well maintained. The view was beautiful and the beaches within walking distance were perfect and not too busy. A supermarket within walking distance and we found a 15-minute walk to the center with lots of nice restaurants also fine to do. And finally, Mariadele especially gave it an extra positive vibe with her sweet personality! We'd love to come back here!
