Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is. Bigger than I expected. Very clean and large open rooms. Lakeside with gorgeous views. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the home was so comfortable we enjoyed our time with friends. Definitely more than enough space for our group of 8. Also plenty of parking spaces. I would absolutely stay here again!

You have to experience it to believe it. The wow factor of walking into your home and seeing The Lake was so special. The drive through the onion and soy farm was such a cool experience. We knew we were somewhere special. Unique. We feel like we won an Airbnb and VRBO contest for the best and most beautiful find. It is private, more than you could ask for... deer, bald eagles, and all the other birds. The boats - not that many, but plenty to stare at. The sunsets. All 13 we saw. Every one of them was special. The house has everything you would need. A very thoughtfully laid kitchen and the baths were new and clean. They were loaded with beautiful towels and shower soaps. We had three stormy days while we were there, and we had such a memorable time. During the rest of the stay, we had the sun with us every day and beautiful September weather in the 70s. absolutely amazing. the location is obviously right on the slopes, which is great. but the house itself is gorgeous and way more beutiful in person. kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need. perfect house for a great ski vacation. it was such a pleasure to stay there and I could not recommend it more.

AZ Lazy Lake house really made you feel like you were after home. Whether you forgot an item at home, or needed something to do when bored, most anything one could think of was made available by the host. Thank you for a great long weekend!!

We stayed as a family of 5 in April while attending a nearby swim meet. The house had everything we needed to come back to and relax. Anything you could think of was available in the kitchen which made prepping our meals super easy. Our kids loved walking and playing on the beach in the unseasonably warm early April. Waking up to see the water right out the front window was such a treat. Added bonus of being able to walk across the street for frozen custard was a definite plus.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Jan's Lake Ontario Style House! This beautiful, quintessential home embodies the perfect vacation feel and boasts stunning views of the lake. The property is amazing, and the high-end hot tub house with its incredible view is a real highlight of the stay-- perfect for a relaxing retreat, especially in March when it's cold and gloriously windy! The house itself is beautifully appointed, with every amenity you could need. Don't worry if you think you’ve forgotten something—Jan has provided everything you could imagine! The kitchen was a joy for both cooking and baking, and the dining room offered spectacular views to enhance every meal. Jan was an exceptional host, sending us daily recommendations that led us to wonderful antique shopping and cozy cafes. We also enjoyed a short drive to Rochester, just over 30 minutes away, where we explored museums and had an amazing meal at a local restaurant. We hope to be back soon!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

The place looked exactly like the photos. It was beautiful, clean and had wonderful views of the mountain. It was walkable to Bristol but that's weather dependent and if you already had a lift ticket. If you had one you could hop right into a lift once you got to the mountain. The fireplace did not work and the caretaker did not respond to outreach. It was the main bummer of the place because of course you want a fireplace for apres ski! The kitchen had all the cookware needed but didn't have much outside of coffee and some creamer. We would definitely go back!
