The house itself is spotless, with five beautifully designed rooms that perfectly blend traditional Jawa interior design with a nice swimming pool. The location is also fantastic, very convenient with easy access to Yogyakarta’s top tourist attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Another highlight was the prompt communication. The team was quick to respond to all my inquiries, providing helpful information about the area and ensuring I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend Big Red Sabi House to anyone visiting Yogyakarta. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, style and exceptional service.

Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights and A-house provide us with a very comfortable place to stay. All of the rooms were clean and cold with an additional of AC, although its kinda hot on the family room because the ceiling fan was broken. Overall, we had a pleasant stay on this villa, and also thanks for the warm hospitality. Cheers!

very comfortable and homey... minimalist furniture, all rooms are very clean. The most enjoyable spot is the dining room &Living room. You can see the activities of children playing games & swimming while having breakfast. Comfortable & not noisy environment. Highly recommended for those of you who are looking for a villa far from the crowds but close to good restaurants & cafes.

We had a lovely stay (5 days ) at this beautifully sized villa perfect for 2 or 8 people Personally there were 2 of us The caretaker's welcome and kindness are a real plus The house revolves around two beautiful indoor gardens Indoor & Outdoor Kitchen Ideal for Breakfast The good size pool will refresh you after your days One small downside only one bathroom for the whole house

We had a fantastic stay at Maarten’s villa. The location, situated nearly 700 meters above sea level, offers a refreshing natural atmosphere and easy access to popular attractions in Kaliurang. It’s also conveniently located along the Kaliurang jeep tour route, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the area. The staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The cool mountain air was especially enjoyable, particularly when it rained. However, during hot weather, the rooms on the second floor felt quite warm as the villa is not equipped with air conditioning. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat!

A stunning and very relaxing Airbnb with a very helpful and friendly host! The breakfast each morning was always different, always delicious, and hand delivered by Rian! What a great place to rest and relax. Would highly recommend to those wanting to stay in a quieter location just outside the bigger city.

Stayed at Uni's place for year-end holiday with my team. It was definitely our best decision. We had a batik workshop and also held our 2024 business review at such a cozy space, gave us a good memories ending this year. The cleanliness of the house was also top notch! And the cleaner himself was very helpful.

Sarah's place is superb. Nothing to complain. Crews are very helpful and responsive. Definitely will be back again.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this villa. The owner was friendly and gave us a tour. The villa's design is impressive, with a decent view. We didn't mind the shared toilet since it was just us. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the owner provided supplies like Indomie ,coffee and eggs. Being in a village, insects were present, but sprays and devices were available. It's a quiet area, so you need to travel 15 minutes to reach attractions. A rental motorcycle made it easier, and the owner let us use his garage. Our stay was comfortable, with the owner treating us to pizza and croissants. Overall, it's a lovely, peaceful retreat, sharing part of the owner's house. It was a delightful and tranquil experience.

Good place to chill and very helpful host

This villa is great for traveller who want to escape from busy city life. Its very calm and natural. You can see great scenery of merapi mountain from the villa. The hospitality from nino's family is the best, thank you for welcoming us. They give us voucher for the next stay. Hope we can meet again someday.

The outdoor kitchen became my morning coffee ritual spot. 🗻 Beyond Hospitality - A Cultural Bridge She took me buzzing through villages on her motorbike for amazing food especially mie goreng(fried noodles). Our jeep bumped over fields still warm beneath the surface Anyway 120% recommended. Not only amazing villa but also nice people and abundant culture here!!

The best villa with beautiful green view surroundings in Jogja, near with top resto of jogja, supported by helpfull team (the admin and Pak Aji) and will come back for sure.
