Vacation rentals with lake access in Sparrow Lake

This Airbnb listing is a true gem! We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful riverfront property to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday with our family. The highlight of our trip was the amazing fishing experience—we caught so many fish right off the dock. Our son even caught a bullfrog in the tall grass, adding to the adventure. The sauna was a wonderful touch! We loved the experience of warming up in the sauna and then taking a refreshing dip in the river. The paddle boards provided lots of fun for our family, and the kids were thrilled with the variety of outdoor games. The bonfire area was perfect for making s'mores and relaxing in the evenings. This place is a blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure. Highly recommend this oasis for a peaceful and fun-filled getaway. Thank you, Amanda and Joe, for being such wonderful hosts and making our stay truly memorable. We cherished every moment and can’t wait to return!

Brett was an awesome host. Was always super responsive and helpful. His cottage was such a relaxing time for my family and I. The backyard was very private and great for my dog to run around in. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing, and using the fire pit!

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. The place is filled with love of Pirabakaran, we can feel the efforts on all the items and supplies he provides to make our living experience way much easier and nicer. The house and space are nice and comfortable, recommended for having a relaxing lakefront cottage/house getaway with the people you love. amenities are good: kayak, floating, fire pit, huge lakefront backyard, bbq grill, pool table, darts, big living and dining area

We went to this cottage for a beautiful romantic weekend getaway and we were happy we got that. The owner of the cottage Necker was very kind and helpful, absolutely loved the place and there was plenty of water activities to do. It was easy to check in, communicate and plenty of peaceful vibes. Recommended 100%, please go visit this cottage it is very well worth it. P.S: we loved the character of the cottage with little artpieces and wall art from all over the globe 🌎.

Leah’s cottage is exactly as described. We were a group of 6 and we all had lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough to prepare a nice family meal. The property is well kept and has beautiful views of the lake. There are lots of trails in the area to hike and restaurants and shops in nearby Port Carling. We have rented many cottages over the years and quite a few in this general area. This is the first property we have rented that was as advertised and didn’t give us any undesirable surprises. Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

Stayed for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Great location with 1.5hr drive from the city. Very clean, cozy and well equipped. The owners are very thoughtful and offered a welcome package of snacks. Beds are comfortable. Beautiful backyard with lots of trees, a fire stove and access to a small lake. Lots of activities to do. We enjoyed the paddle boat and pooling a lot. Overall a five star and great cottage for a short getaway!

This was a great time. Maria was very responsive and kind. It was a comfortable and quiet neighbourhood. The place was spotless, very clean, the amenities were great. We felt right at home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a chill stay!!

Nice place to stay while my family of four went snowshoeing in the area. We had enough space. Very clean and tasteful décor. We liked that it had some games to play such as bingo and chess. You have to wash dishes and no dishwasher which is okay but be mindful of that. Also it is upstairs of a shared foyer though we never saw the ground floor resident. Overall very pleasant experience :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Take note, it's small. BUT really cute, clean, cozy and comfortable. It's giving Manhattan vibes. There is a unit above but they were hardly noticeable. A footstep here or there. The hot tub patio is clutch. Very private, sheltered from the elements. We enjoyed sitting in the tub watching fluffy snow fall softly. So pretty. You're really close to downtown, highly recommended 125 Breakfast Club in town for brunch. Absolutely delicious. Walking around town was delightful, lots to shop and see. Carly is easily available and a great host! Thanks again for everything. We would definitely book again!

Amazing hosts in a gorgeous place! The apartment has everything you need from the fully equipped kitchen to a large living room and a separate bedroom with the deck on the lake side. Lesley and Ian are very friendly, and they have a lot of experience travelling which you can tell from all the detail and attentions available for us to use. Don’t hesitate to ask them for anything, they have a lot of great recommendations to make. The view is stunning, we went there during winter so a lot of snow everywhere and we can easily imagine the view on the lake in summer… we’ll be back for sure.

My partner and I had such a wonderful winter getaway at Taurean and Robert’s. They were such hospitable hosts (baked goods and surprise welcome basket were a delight!) Vibe was cozy cabin with a hot tub and view to enjoy. The location was walkable to downtown Bracebridge and trails. We’ll be back again!

We had a great stay with Susan! It is a lovely basement suite in a cottage with a beautiful living room and fireplace, a bedroom and a nice kitchen. It is on the lake with some nice chairs down by the water to sit in. Susan was very responsive and overall an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay at the cottage by the lake! breakfast with lake's view from the living room, two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. surroundings are amazing too with a beautiful trail just 10mn walk from the cottage, and the lake where you can swim and peddle board. the place is a lot cuter than what we expected!

What a great location for a cottage! The included boats (canoes & kayaks) are really nice. We went in late October (end of the season) and the neighborhood was nearly deserted. We were often the only people out on the lake. It takes about 20-25 minutes to paddle over to one of the several waterfront restaurants in Port Severn. Trevor's communications were very precise and easy to follow. Only negative comment concerns the well water. It's not just high in minerals, it is so high in minerals that it smells terrible and you really don't want to shower in it.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the billiard table added so much fun to our evenings. The view was absolutely breathtaking, making every moment feel like a getaway to paradise. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly cozy. We would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

We loved our time here! Robert was responsive and answered all of our questions. Instructions were clear. The cottage was clean. There was enough space for 6 adults to feel comfortable and have enough space, and a number of gathering spots to play games, eat together, etc. We were particularly impressed and grateful for all of the amenities--they have it all! For activities: 2 kayaks and a canoe, various-sized life jackets, even 2 fishing rods! Lots of games inside. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, fragrance-free laundry detergent with the washer/dryer. The kitchen is well-stocked (plenty of dishes and cutlery, large mixing bowls, baking pans, pots/pans, oils, sauces, condiments, spices), and we cooked many large meals. The fire pit was great, and they even have bug spray! The park down the street has a new tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. Cons: you can definitely hear the trains and highway, but we expected this going in. Would still recommend this cottage!

Alan & Rosalie’s cottage was everything we could have asked for and more ! It was a perfect place to just relax and recharge after a busy fall and Christmas season. We wanted for nothing, it had everything we needed. Alan met us when we arrived and explained where everything was and how it all worked. My wife and I and our two dogs had a wonderful experience. We will most definitely be doing a return visit. If you are looking for a place to getaway and relax this is the place, highly recommend it ! Thank you Alan & Rosalie !

We had the best summer before school starts , thanks to Henry’s cottage! There lots to do, campfire, kayak, boating etc. We love the jetty by the lake and we have coffee there every morning!!! The backyard is so spacious it has the playground that kids have plenty of stuff to do! The place is very quiet at night! We also love the bedrooms and it has no problems accomodating our family plus two more. We have a good experience here and Henry is very responsive on our concerns and questions! We will definitely come back !! Thanks!!!
