Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Spanish Wells

We truly loved the charming Pink sands beach house (being Swedes, it reminded us of Pippi Longstocking’s Villa Vilkerkulla)! It had everything we could possibly need and wish for, and is literally 115 steps from the amazing beach where we usually were the only ones. The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished. We also loved the outdoor shower. Towels, kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated and worn. But it really just added to the charming cottage feeling. A tiny issue was solved within hours. The only thing we weren’t happy with was the range of restaurants, but I guess Americans are happy. We all (two adults, a 17 and a 15 year old) recommend this cottage!

Our stay at Sweet Ting was perfect! The house was bigger and had more amenities than we were expecting. Melisa was quick to respond to messages, and Scott and Bianca (who manage the property) were kind and helpful! Scott was nearby a few times and stopped to chat and check on us if he saw us outside. The house is walking distance to the beach and a beautiful spot to watch the sunset.

We loved our stay! House was exactly as described and a perfect vacation! The house was stocked with all of our needed kitchen utensils, beach towels and beach chairs. Absolutely loved the upstairs enclosed deck area with chairs! Will definitely be back!

Exactly as described. Hosts were great at communicating and response time was quick. All of our transportation needs were taken care of from the time we arrived until the time we left. Tyson and April exceeded all of our expectations. Will return.

Gorgeous - as always! Beautiful airy house with enough bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) to keep us out of each other's hair when needed. The pool! And ability to walk right out the yard and over to the beach. THE OUTDOOR bathroom and SHOWER- still my favorite thing about the house after multiple trips. It's just a PERFECT place to stay when you have 2+ people. Centrally located, private as can be while still right in the middle of it all. And Rachel is, as always, an impeccable host!

Spanish Wells is for the beach, and Howard’s place is feet from the beach - and sitting on the patio looking over the beach grass at the ocean is a postcard come true. Very well stocked with the things you need, from spices and condiments to cooking gear and games. Everything works.

Awesome spot with great proximity to amenities in town. Beds were a little firm. Caretakers were responsive when needed. Vaughn arranged for our golf cart and taxi / ferry connections which made the trip to and from the house stress free. If you are coming to Spanish Wells you should rent a golf cart to get around and don't forget a small pair of binoculars to watch the many cruise ships and boats that go by in front of the house. This is a truly beautiful spot without the commercialization of many locations.

One of the most upscale Airbnb’s in the area. All the modern necessities you could want. Highly recommend this place. One of the best spots in Eleuthera Island Shores. Quiet, serene and and great location. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Everything worked, everything was clean in the apartment. Everybody is responsive. The generator was a little difficult to figure out. Good location in terms of accessing either side of the island’s water

I highly recommend a stay at Sharon's airbnb! Sharon was super responsive. She accommodated our early check in and late checkout. She was super helpful in coordinating taxi, boat pickup and then picked us up from the boat dock and drove us around. This made a big difference given that we have small kids with us. She really made the process of getting on and out of the island super smooth. The place is charming and having a golf cart included is also an added benefit.

Very clean with all the necessities to make for a great stay. Golf cart is a must.

Maureen and Thomas are very friendly and helpful hosts. Communication was very good. Questions will be answered promptly. They give many informations about the island, beaches, shopping and restaurants. The Cloudbreak house is great. We rented the upper floor. All was clean and prepared for our stay. The 360 degree view from it is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen has all what you need and more. In the bedroom is a queen-size-bed with seaview. We loved it to wake up with this view. Free WiFi works well. To Surfer's Beach it's a 20 minues walk through the green surroundings. The neighborhood is friendly, we felt safe. You need a car to explore the beautiful island.

Lobster Trap was clean and comfortable. Jaime was quick to respond and helpful when needed. We would rent from her again.

Sharon’s place was perfect! It was exactly as listed. It was great to have the golf cart to easily get around the island. Sharon also met us at the dock and gave us a tour before bringing us to the house! She also assisted with setting up our transportation to and from the airport. She responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. Her place is in an excellent location and having the extra amenities was an added bonus! We loved being able to kayak and paddle board. Spanish Wells is a true gem and we will definitely be back. :)
