Very nice stay! Everything matched the photos – clean, cozy and the hot tub was a real highlight. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off, a car on site is already recommended. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hauke Gerwin's place! We were eight people and rented both the larger, lower apartment (for up to 8 people with a bathroom) and the smaller, upper apartment (for up to 4 people with two bathrooms). So we had enough space and we didn't lack anything. A note about booking: On Hauke Gerwin's two listings, the pictures of the lower and upper apartment are mixed, so you should be careful here exactly which apartment to book. The lower apartment was very clean, but there were a few shortcomings in the upper apartment: the trash cans were not emptied, used towels were hanging in the bathroom, and the dishwasher was still full. Apart from that, we felt very comfortable in the house. The location is also convenient – by bus you can reach downtown Oldenburg in only 15 minutes. We would definitely come back and recommend the place!

We traveled with a 19 month old child and everything was available for us. We needed it. The small playground in front of the house is particularly convenient, our little one has directly confiscated the Claas Trekker.😊 Out of the parents' glasses, a fence would still be good as the property is right on the road. And the blinds were still too bright for our child - but that's not a criticism 😊 In the accommodation itself you will find everything you need. The kitchen offers excellent possibilities and on the leather furniture in the living room you can spend the evenings well. In front of the property are garden furniture that could be used at any time and the parking space is right in front of the entrance to the property. In my opinion, it doesn't matter if you would be there for 1 day or 1 month, as everything you need is available. The electrical appliances are branded. What is particularly noteworthy: There is the horse stable as well as the pasture on the property. That's very special 😊

The in-house dock and the use of the small boat "OTTO", for excursions and trips on the Rorichumer Tief, were another I - icing on the cake. We will be happy to come back. The apartment is located in a side street, with about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is very cozily furnished and invites you to linger. Everything was very clean. The communication with Jürgen went smoothly, as did the key handover with the neighbor. All in all, a successful stay! I'd love to come back.

The apartment was very cozy and clean, we felt right at home. You can walk to the center within a few minutes and explore Emden. Only the front door is a little hard to open, since the key doesn't quite grab, you've got it out once, but it works. We would come back:)

We had been looking for a cozy place to stay in nature to read and come to peace - Stephanie and Jan's place was perfect for that! The duplex level gives the apartment a special coziness and the fireplace also makes it muggy warm in winter. In front of the door you can walk directly through the fields and it is also not far to the train station and the supermarkets in Leer. We would definitely visit again!

The house is very nice and quiet and a lot is within walking distance. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. Everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and had a nice relaxing days in a beautiful area

The stay in Rossum was very very good. The area is beautiful, you can do a lot, the accommodation is nice (even if you have a small one year) and the communication with Marloes and Ard was top. We would have loved to stay longer, but it was a short stay for now. So stay there a little longer ;-)!

We have loved this beautiful house. It is cozily furnished, the bathroom is spacious and clean and there were many toys (incl. swing) available for our daughter. We also found it very nice that there was a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs. We missed it upstairs. Now we were from our bedroom directly at the top of the stairs, so we had to be extra alert. This was the only thing we noticed, otherwise the house is great. Highly recommended for a nice holiday.
