We had such a great time staying at Emilia’s house! Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. The host was very friendly and welcomed us with a freshly baked cake, which was delicious. The place was clean and had everything we needed, really felt like home. It also had a lot of character and warmth, and a beautiful garden with lots of seating. There are markets, restaurants and cafes, and a fantastic park, all within walking distance. We had a great time getting together as a family and will have such nice memories of the place.

The place - around the field and the woods, but if you run out of eggs for your favorite kids, you can count on neighbors whose homes are located nearby. Great vibe and finish-the whole family felt extra good there. Great place. The details of the home's finish and porch work creatively on the head and the way you hang out. We can't wait to get back to you. After that one stay, it's definitely our favorite place. 100% recommended.

We had a great time, the apartment is very pleasant, in a very quiet area, and close to the center of Warsaw, everything is on foot. Communication with Piotr was very easy, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very beautiful & affordable home. Looks exactly like pictures. Very clean & close/walking distance to mall, restaurants, and activities. Would recommend & will book again in future!

All good but checkout instruction. They ask to do some tasks that could be easily handled by their cleaning (and cleaning fee is included). You can't really call it apartHOTEL and ask the guests to take off bedsheets and stuff.

Very good quality for an affordable price. Vittorio is very reactive and answers very fast to all the questions I had. I recommend this flat if you have a business to do in this part of Warsaw.

We had an amazing stay. Everything worth seeing in the city is 30 minutes away by foot. The stadium is 45 minutes away. The place is as described in the listing. Just an fyi - the floor is a bit noisy and if you are with kids it might be a problem for you. It was not for us. If we come back to Warsaw, it will definitely be at Marta and Paweł's place. They both were communicative and extremely friendly.
