Vacation rentals with a patio in Soverato

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

I would have preferred the sea view, but I should have asked at the time of booking ,for everything else I have to say positive experience, comfortable and well organized accommodation, very large shower, very helpful and caring host

Matteo is a kind and reliable host. Attentive to the details, he made himself available when needed. New place in great condition. Waterfront and amenities within walking distance. Great experience in all respects. Highly recommended

Listing as described, when you enter the property you find yourself in the garden you walk down a few steps you arrive on a space where there is a table of chairs and a bench and you enter the accommodation. Everything was very clean and there was nothing missing from cooking utensils. You are 300m from the beach and the sea is beautiful. You will find a beach bar Le Settebello which rents loungers and umbrellas and they also have a restaurant ( super good pizzas) There is also another restaurant the Sarraceno that is worth a visit. Fabrizio being on leave, it's her mom who welcomed us, she is charming and very friendly. In short, if you want to spend a holiday in a quiet , rather family-friendly place or the sea is beautiful here. Great value for money thank you

The place was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and gelato right next door. Everything was perfect!

I've used AirBnB for many great stays over many years, but Fatima's place has truly provided my best experience. The apartment is immaculate--*extremely* clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Fatima's parents--who managed the apartment on-site--are some of the most considerate, kind, and thoughtful individuals you'll ever meet. The grounds are beautiful, with blooming rose bushes, beautiful trees, and a well-kept lawn. It's clear that much thought and care goes into the upkeep of both the apartment and its grounds. Even as the apartment is situated in this serenity, important amenities are very close: A large grocery store is a 3-min drive away and the center of town is about a 10-min drive away. My family and I were genuinely sad to leave Fatima's apartment, but we look forward to returning!

Loved our stay so much that we extended. Only thing that I guess I didnt realize before booking was that the main big bed is in the living room. (Other two twin beds in the bedroom). We were 2 adults 3 children and it was a bit tight but we were cozy. Also no wifi which I didnt look closely enough for, but other than that it was nice. Would book again.

Great place, great hostess, nice location, nice and clean house, beautiful complex with pool. We immediately felt at home. The communication with Nicole and Pascal was very good and we immediately got help and tips with questions. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The complex is a dream, we can really highly recommend it! Thank you for everything and we'd love to come back!

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Francesca‘s appartment in Vibo Valencia. The location in the heart of a real Calabrian town and the proximity to beaches is perfect. The house is part of an old palazzo and furnished with great taste and style. Also communication was great and we‘d love to come back! T

Villa Ulivo was a nice surprise for us! Small house but with everything and more! Great garden, washing machine and also dishwasher. The top was having AC in the rooms, then the possibility of very fresh vegetables from Enrico's father's garden. And finally the company of two nice little dogs. A place worth going.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Giuseppe’s was a great host! He responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place and we would stay here again easily! We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Siderno!

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️
