Stay in a cozy and clean cottage in the middle of the countryside. Suitable for short and longer stays for business and pleasure. Spacious yard for cars. Great location near the road in Laitila, all the way to the asphalt road. The road passing from the front yard can be seen as leaves fall from the trees. In the sheltered backyard, cozy deck, new gas grill. The cottage has amenities; air source heat pump, indoor toilet, shower, sauna, washing machine, heating. Fireplace. This simple over-night cabin can accommodate 1-5 persons. The cabin has a 120 cm wide bunkbed and a sofabed for one person. The cabin has a small terrass and is located on a seafront property. The kitchen, toilets and showers are located in a separate service building, and are shared with other guests. Note that more than 3 guests means sharing the 120cm bunkbed (works for example for couples, or families with kids). Bring your own linen and towels or ask to rent (12€/set) from the host.

This was something special. We as a couple had a really hard time to leave this place :-) The Sauna and the lake was so great that we enjoyed it everyday, sitting on the stones in the middle of the lake drinking tea. On top of that Noora is such a warm and helpful person that helped us in every possible way. I think we will return some day :-)

We all feel incredibly lucky to have found such a beautiful place to stay, with such a wonderful person to host us! Elina welcomed us with warmth and provided us with all the information we needed to facilitate our trip. The log cabin was perfect... Authentically built, warm, clean, cosy and decorated with love, double glazed windows with stunning views of the surrounding forest (and it's wildlife), a kitchen with all the amenities you could ask for, a gorgeous well-functioning fireplace and a beautiful woodfired sauna, alongside all the little extras that make a place a home! Despite being the dead of winter, the five of us (including our 1 year old child) remained warm and comfortable for the entire stay. Our hosts cut a hole in the lake to allow us to plunge between sauna sessions, and made sure the driveway was cleared of snow. Overall the stay was a magical and unforgettable experience, we sincerely hope to be back again and until then have left a piece of our hearts.

Just as lovely as you expected based on the description and reviews. You could enjoy your own peace, but for example, there was a shop nearby. The peace and location with the dog was perfect, and the little hair ear got to enjoy the freedom. Definitely would come again☺️

Beautiful and close to nature. The cottage is charmingly decorated and cozy. I saw very peaceful in the early spring, we got to enjoy the birdsong and the hum of the wind, and there was no one in the neighboring cabins. The outdoor toilet is neat and conveniently close to the cottage. Lovely soft steam in the sauna. We had a great time!

Excellent stay, would highly recommend. The cabin is so peaceful with an amazing view of the lake. The photos don’t do it justice. It is very remote and private, so a great spot to switch off. There are some steps for swimming in the lake which was lovely and the Sauna was excellent. Proper traditional Finnish cottage holiday. Anna-Kaisa was very helpful and quick to respond. Top tip - do your food shop before you arrive as it’s about 30 mins drive to the nearest shop that we could find.
