Vacation rentals with beach access in Southern Oregon

The location was incredible. Even though we booked last minute they accommodated our request to reserve a kayak. He called us and accommodated getting us all set up. We loved kayaking around the lake and to the beach. The apartment has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. It was so peaceful being in a remote location. We saw 2 bald eagles. No one else was in the main house so I’m not sure how loud it would be with guests above, but we have a toddler so we’re usually the loud ones. The apartment was very clean and well kept. I would make sure to prepare food ahead of time since there is not a stove. Kitchen had everything else you’d need to reheat and store food. The shower was great and had a little shower head which worked well for our toddler given there’s not a bathtub. We would definitely stay again!

Accommodated my last minute check in very well. Matched the description and perfect walking distance to the beach! Beautiful view of the bridge. Awesome star gazing at night, especially from the door off of the bathroom. Would stay here again. :)

Great stay right next to downtown!

Great place to stay! Here's the highlights: The cleanest place I have stayed at in a while. You can tell the comforter was washed and all items that could be wiped down...were. I always reclean before I unpack - not a single spot missed! I'm amazed! The views were beautiful of the lake. Yes, you can hear the highway traffic during the day. However, it quiets down quite a bit at night. The fan drowns out any noise. Easy spot to find - 10min. from town. Love the neon sign! The bed was very comfy and sleeping with the windows open for us Southerners was a wonderful treat! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Enjoyed our stay in Brookings. The beaches and coastline are amazing! Quiet neighborhood and close to town, beaches and redwoods. Would definitely stay again.

Teresa was wonderful and her place was fantastic. The view was awesome and we loved the salt water pool. I loved the decor and the beds were comfy:)

Lovely experience, far exceeded my expectations, way more comfortable and peaceful than local hotels. The location is fantastic for beach access, beautiful view from back deck and minutes from decent dining options. The duplex was cute, comfortable, clean and has modern amenities that made the stay easy and hassle free. I will definitely come back and recommend even over my favorite Newport hotels!

It was a relaxing, peaceful weekend. The view was spectacular. I really enjoyed watching the storm moving in. The room was cozy and warm. Everything was perfect, they were the perfect hosts, the heated floor in the bathroom was heaven. You could feel the that they have put into the home. It was definitely one of my favorite places; I look forward to being able to return soon. I dreamed about how I could stay forever.

Our stay at Olga’s place was very convenient and worked out great for a one night stay. Wish we had more days to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Olga gave great local recommendations and having an ev charger was very helpful. The place was very clean and we appreciated the pancake mix and fresh coffee in the morning. Very nice place, in what looks like a developing neighborhood, didn’t have no kinds of problems my only thing was the door wouldn’t lock I wasn’t sure if the keypad was not working or what but every time I clicked on the lock button it wouldn’t lock. Besides that everything else was amazing I was there a lot but I did enjoy the balcony and the beds are comfy all the things I needed to explore brookings and some of California.

Beautiful large windows and fun trails to the beach.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

A gorgeous and unique home obviously filled with happy memories. There is a pub diner literally next door but the house remains private (as long as you remember the crab fishermen can also see you through the windows). The views are amazing and the home itself is a wonderfully warm space that feels like a a place meant to be enjoyed. They have a comprehensive and well written home guide that will walk you all the way to and thru Waldport at low tide, and the small town itself has plenty of treasures to uncover.

My family and I booked this house for my mom’s 60th birthday and it was everything we could have asked for. It was spacious enough for all 9 of us. The bedrooms were clean and well maintained, beds comfortable, bedding nice and clean. We loved the fact that the beach was just right there with a not even 5 minute walk to it. It had all the amenities we needed and it was a short drive from Old town Bandon. Perfect location. My family members constantly were thanking me for finding the most perfect house for us. We will definitely try to get back to this house in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend, we felt like we were at home comfortable, access to the beach. No worries about anything surrounding us. It was an amazing weekend!

An absolutely beautiful place so peaceful! Right on the beach ocean waves coming in just the perfect place to stay! We’ll definitely stay again when we are in the area! Easy five star!

Everything was perfect inside and out. Best food downstairs and views great. Alfonso and Teresa were very kind and responded immediately to questions.

Was a bit worried after checking the most recent reviews, but everything was great. Very clean, easy access to beach, very clear instructions from host. Enjoyed our stay and would book again :)

We had a family get together and it was perfect to accommodate all of us. The view was outstanding. The ocean room upstairs off the king bedroom was my favorite place to be.

WOW! Everything about this place was stunning!!! Brook was so welcoming, the condo was clean and lovely and the view was out of this world!! I loved the proximity to so many beautiful beaches and especially loved being able to get down to the private beach right from the condo. We went down several times at low tide and had a wonderful time exploring and just relaxing in the beauty. I highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future!!! Second time staying here for work trips! Great apartment. Very very clean.

Shawn was very helpful and quick to respond to messages and questions. Went above and beyond to get us a little earlier check in and was very understanding when we had a family emergency and had to leave early. Would definitely recommend staying, the property is beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities.

We love the location and the apartment was perfect for two people... very quiet and very close access to the beach which was very private. All the pots and pans for cooking in the kitchen was fabulous with a different types we needed We spent a lot of time cooking. The little coffee maker work great. The shower was good bed was good everything was clean.. perfect and cozy for any couple.

Check-in was easy, everything was clean, and you can't beat the view. Thank you for everything, Kevin and Marcela! I hope I can visit again.
