Vacation rentals with breakfast in Southern Highlands

My group arrived for two nights at Paula's in the afternoon after a full day of travel and site seeing around Sydney, we were exhausted, but the moment we walked through the door our moods just picked up! The photos and description of the house as amazing as they are, somehow do not do justice to the warmth of the house and the incredible generosity of the host! Everything you could think of to make your stay convenient and comfortable, Paula has already implemented it! The house was immaculate and everything had its place and use in the house. The beds were incredible comfortable, the instruction sheets around the house helped make using everything easy and the special touches like bread, milk, coffee, etc just made it so easy to settle in and put our feet up and relax! I can't thank Paula enough and will find any excuse I can to come back here very soon! Thank you so much Paula and look forward to our next stay!!!!

Denise's airbnb was perfect. Set on 4 acres, it was quiet peaceful and lovely vistas. Plus the bonus of some friendly alpacas and a horse. Beds were confortable and shower hot and strong. Luscious curtains provided a good dark room for sleeping. Denise was a wonderful host and we were lucky to have had her look after us. We would definately go back. Friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. No wonder she is a super host. Thanks Denise

Lovely house, generous bedrooms and living rooms. The host left breakfast and pantry supplies which made it easy to arrive and settle in.

We had a great stay at Cumberland Cottage, Grahame and Nola were super helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The new bathroom renovation and alfresco area were an added bonus to an already beautiful house

Deirdre's place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful additions to keep us comfortable and make us feel at home. Great location and price.

We had such a wonderful time at Monika’s place. She made us feel right at home. She left us thoughtful and lovely treats - even leaving marshmallows for us to roast by the bonfire. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Everyone felt like they had their own space in the property. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at Monika’s place!

Philippa was the perfect host; thoughtful and helpful. The place was all we expected it to be and more. We could easily walk into town, even for one of us needing to use an electric wheelchair for mobility. The location was quiet and private. Loved the atmosphere of a period property . Looking forward to staying again.

We had a fantastic stay in Berrima. Penny and Gordon are wonderful hosts and the place was very peaceful with lots to explore within 5-20 min drive. Highly Recommend!

This cute coastal cottage was a gorgeous little treasure. The location was perfect for us, easy to access the shops and beach but still tranquil and private. Debra provided a wonderful array of welcoming delights from chocolate, croissants, bacon & eggs, milk to a range of cereals- which was a lovely welcoming touch. Debra was really responsive and allowed us a late check out at a last minute request, with no issues. I would definitely stay again. Absolutely enjoyed our cute cosy stay.

Gail is very friendly and leafy is freshly baked bread every morning Time that suited us. The spa and pool were a great extra bonus. Very quiet neighborhood

Great unit great locations

We had a lovely stay. We were welcomed with bottle of wine etc on the table and a happy birthday message which I was very touched about. The unit was very very clean, it had everything you need and more. The bed was comfy, the sheets lovely and everything very clean. The hosts were fabulous with communicating. I would thoroughly recommend Jacks place and we will be staying here again. Thank you

Well equipped one bedroom ensuite with kitchen and lounge. Plenty of storage and very quiet neighbourhood. Close drive to the shops and beaches

I loved my stay here, and I'll certainly be back! The suite is in a fabulous, private location a short work from beaches and shops. It backs directly on to the reserve, and the outlook is stunning. It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and John even provides staples like eggs, milk, bread and pasta. And chocolates! The bed is very comfortable, and everything is very clean. John is a great host - welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location and lovely hosts, the private breakfast in the morning hit the spot as we had had a big night at a party up the road the night before. Would recommend and stay again if in the area

Trevor and Kare's place is a modern, well furnished and light space accurately detailed in their listing. The apartment is under their house and has a private courtyard surrounded by garden greenery. The hosts thoughtfully provide a range of food and condiments to help get you started. A lovely welcome bonus is a bottle of wine and some cheese and crackers. Their house is located in suburbia but is a quick drive to the Village with its many cafes and restaurants, to bigger shopping malls and the many attractions of the Shellharbour area. Thoroughly recommend this stay.

Julie and Phil are amazing hosts: warm, friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and relaxed in their gorgeous home. The location is beautiful with the garden backing on to the river, peaceful and calming. The bedroom is comfortable as are the bed and pillows and had everything we needed. The bathroom is also great, spacious and good shower. When we arrived Julie told us to help ourselves to anything in the refrigerator which was perfect for us after a long drive, so instead of schlepping to a restaurant we helped ourselves to a bite to eat and enjoyed it relaxing in their very comfortable couch while watching cricket on television. Julie and Phil are thoughtful, generous hosts and we look forward to visiting them again. Thank you both for making our visit so pleasurable! xx

Angela and Bill are extremely accommodating hosts, service is second to none. I put in a special request and was granted my request so that was very pleasing. The rooms are comfortable, the extra facilities like bbq area are great, then there’s the animals, alpacas and miniature horses which we were able to hand feed. Breakfast was great too, highly recommend the homemade quiche thingy’s. All in all our two night stay was perfect, not far to Husky for a feed. We’ll be back!!

Pam and Brian are the most welcoming and hospitable hosts. They greeted us on entry and had muffins and made coffees for us. The home is private, relaxing, cosy and so very clean. We truly relaxed and took in the peaceful surroundings, however when we needed anything they were quick respond and look after us or offer complimentary coffee and snacks. I totally recommend staying here and will be back

I booked this place for my daughter and grandchild and Shirley was very accommodating and helpful. I think it was a problem Shirley supplied basic breakfast condiments which is a nice touch. is in a great location very close to the center of tow, we would definitely book again and highly recommend Shelley's place
