Vacation rentals with breakfast in Southern Highlands

Paula is a fantastic host! The house is exactly as described, neat and clean, great location! This is the second time staying and would happily book again.

While we didn't get to meet Denise in person, we were able to have good communication whenever we felt that we needed it. Denise "walked" us through Nanas House not long after we had arrived, and it felt like she was right there with us. The house is spacious and well set out. Plenty of games for children and adults (toys also for children). Denise left gifts out for us - which was appreciated. We had fun feeding the alpacas - just be aware that they might sneeze on you. We watched the antics of the rabbits as they ran around the acreage. The nights were quiet and the bed was comfortable. We don't think that there was anything missing that we needed while staying our week. Thanks Denise!

A lovely and comfortable home to accommodate 12 adults for a family celebration. Enough space to chill and relax. Well-stocked with everything one would need to feel at home. Generous welcome touches and beautiful fresh roses! Lovely art work and decor. Carol is extremely quick to respond to queries, and made sure all was good for our short break. The family had a pleasant stay in Berry! The house was easy to find, check-in was simple, and parking was hassle-free. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of everything. The place is homely, it had everything we needed, including a selection of breakfast, tea, and coffee. Bedrooms can get a little warm, but fans are provided. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.

An oasis of peace abc tranquility…that’s the perfect description for Wollemi House. Monika is a very gracious and kind host. She was very proactive and left us lots of goodies to eat and drink, we are forever thankful Monika. The weather was disastrous and we couldn’t venture out into the backyard nor could we use the pool..but that’s nature, what can we say!!! Except that we are going to come again to experience more of the backyard and the pool. Our rather large family agree that this can’t be just a one time trip!! So expect us there soon. Heartfelt thanks to Monika and Peter for allowing us to experience the peace at Wollemi House.

A stunning 140 year old cottage, Walking distance to the sweet Berrima shops. The place was stunning and had everything we needed for our weekend away. Would love to come back!

This is, without a doubt, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The living space and bedrooms are stylish and offer beautiful views of the valley. It’s also incredibly family friendly, with toys, books, games, kids crockery, kids shampoo/ bath toys and a slide/ swing in the garden- our kids loved it. There are cafes, shops and lovely walks within a stones throw of the property, which was also great. Dalys and Anthony were very proactive in their communications with us and super quick to reply. They also sent us loads of recommendations for the local area, which was super handy and appreciated. Finally- there were so many little touches that made our stay extra special- including the bottle of wine, chocolate and fresh produce. We honestly had the best time and only wished we’d booked to stay for longer! Thank you Dalys and Anthony for a wonderful stay!

Shelley was a lovely host and very accommodating, the space is super cute and has everything you need - Shelley’s dogs are an added bonus if you get to meet them!

I bought this stay for my parents for Christmas and they had the most amazing time ! Trish and Andrew were very accomodating and let them check in early and check out late which was greatly appreciated. They had the perfect weather and the studio is right on the river which made it easy to take their paddle boards out. The studio was perfect for a little weekend escape and they would definitely stay again 😊

Very comfortable cosy accomodation with everything we needed. Easy walk to the shops and cafes of Berrima. Very quiet and beautiful gardens surrounding the cottage. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely relaxing & peaceful stay at Debra’s beach shack. Waking up with birds singing and being only a short stroll away from the beach for a walk and swim was truly wonderful. Being a coeliac Debra also kindly made me a very yummy gluten-free cupcake. I very much enjoyed my stay, thank you!

Gail has an amazing place, so close to Sydney, nothing can be faulted, everything has been covered for you. You feel as through you have been transported to a tropical resort. Her daily freshly baked bread is an added bonus, just delicious. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others.

Really liked the location, walkable distance to the train station and buses on the main street. Easy to check in and out. Felt comfortable and at home for the week, with lots of options for breakfast food in the fridge. Appreciated how clean the air bnb was and the options for cooling the rooms. Would recommend to anyone staying for a shorter or longer duration in Wollongong!

We enjoyed our stay at Conti beach house, easy seamless check in, complimentary late check out, easy walking distance to the city and lots of local restaurants. Melissa was lovely, responsive and gave us some good local recommendations.

We had an amazing stay at the Laurels B&B! Lindy and David are wonderful hosts - they’re very thoughtful and everything from the evening cheese night to the morning breakfast at the dining table is spectacular!! We really enjoyed spending time with Lindy and meeting other guests, it was a great way to leave the city for a couple days but stay social and wind down. We’ll be back in the winter for a cosy stay!

As soon as we were greeted at the door by Ange and Graham (and fur baby Kramer) we knew our experience was going to be a positive one. They were welcoming and friendly. Our room was way better than any hotel room we’d stayed in and the little extras like the treats in the room were a thoughtful touch. Starting the day with a cuddle with the baby goats and a beautiful home made breakfast was a treat. Chatting with Ange and Graham was nice and you can really see how much they enjoy hosting and meeting different people. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and making us feel like we were “adopted” for the weekend. We will definitely be back next time we are attending an event in Berry.

Staying at Julie‘s and Phil‘s place was exactly the kind of AirBnb experience we are looking for. Both are absolutely lovely hosts, making you feel right at home. Besides being exactly as shown on the photos and impeccably clean, we had really nice conversations, while at the same time enjoying just the right level of privacy. Lovely area. About 40 minutes drive from Jervis Bay. Local beach was lovely and a very quiet town. Shared amenities were ok and great to have use of the back yard. Marisabel is very kind and thoughtful.

Would recommend to anyone. The horses and dogs were so friendly. the accommodation was very private and only a short drive to Huskisson.

We just had an amazing 3-day stay at The Malone's Bed and Breakfast, hosted by the lovely Angela and Bill. From the moment we arrived, they were so welcoming and kind. The property has some adorable animals you can feed, which was such a fun and unique touch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with that perfect homemade feel. Angela even adjusted things to suit our preferences. The bedroom was cozy and functional, and we loved the little touches like homemade jams, chocolates, water, and a sweet card waiting for us. We also made use of the BBQ, which was such a great way to spend an evening. Overall, we had a fantastic time and honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s the perfect spot to relax and feel at home. Thanks, Angela and Bill, for a wonderful stay!
