Andrea's place was very cozy and quite. He let us check in early and sent helpful information. The place looked exactly like in the picture. Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor with a steep staircase and that the floors are cold in the winter, so bring a pair of warm socks. We enjoyed our stay here immensely!

We spent a week in the little cabin on the lake and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The cabin is cozy and has everything needed. We had fun cooking in the outdoor kitchen and also used the fireplace extensively. The surroundings and views are beautiful, it is a perfect place to relax. The small sauna is also great, incl. Cool down in the lake. Tuulevi is a perfect host, she is very friendly, helpful, always easily accessible for questions and also likes to give information and tips on excursions etc. All in all highly recommended!

Everything was super.

Great place for a couple. Private bathroom/toilet and small adequate kitchen. Services just over km away, beach and sports center less than km away. Just 2km from Old Porvoo and the river. We rode our own bikes and cars. The only thing that might be a good idea to mention that there's no TV. We didn't miss it on this vacation. Friendly and nice hostess, everything went very well.

Ruth also helped wonderfully with the arrangements for getting around. And the sleep tasted really good on the comfy bed! This is where I will come again when Hämeenlinna calls again!

Very clean and peaceful little apartment. Very smooth check-in. There were toys and books reserved for the toddler, which was a nice surprise. The place didn't have a proper dining table and chairs, which caused little challenges when eating with a child, but that was also overcome. :-)

Miia is the perfect host. You feel at home the moment you walk into the apartment. She is very social and asks about your day. The apartment is clean and quiet. It only takes you a 10min walk to the station and another 10min to reach the city centre by train.

First time to Suomi and Riita's place has been one of the greatest delights. The cozy accommodation worthed the money paid with a nice, well-equipped kitchen and other necessities for staying a few days in a foreign city. The location is reasonably close to the bus stop, citycentre, and railway station so I had access to other parts of Lappeenranta and Helsinki easily.

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend at this beautiful tiny house and I have to say that was one of our most beautiful weekends ever! The highlight was the ice hole and the sauna as well as the view of the lake! Even in the evening when we turned to the fireplace and watched a movie on the screen, I felt so comfortable! It was incredibly cozy!We personally had a car and also drove to a hiking trail nearby, so we still explored the area. But even just being there in the house and looking at the lake is more than enough! It was like a dream! ♥️ The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to messages. We usually come from Berlin and were able to really relax there in this place! I really recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, nature and experiences!

Kiitos! Beautiful place with a very flexible host. Made us feel very welcome. I was slightly concerned when I saw the unfinished plywood in the pictures but it really fit the home. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Perfect place & great hosts! Our stay was just amazing! The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the warm and helpful nature of the hosts. They were always responsive and really took care of our well-being. The highlight was of course the jacuzzi and sauna, which can be used without restriction and works perfectly. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time. Thank you for the great time!

Two years have come to stay with Eija, a warm recommendation in the midst of peace and nature.

Kimmo's place was gorgeous, a special house in a stunning location. It had everything I needed. The heating was just right and it got down to <-10 during my stay. Kimmo and family were very friendly and worked overtime to keep the paths clear of snow. I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again when I visit my son in Jyväskylä.

Accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by forest where you can easily go for a walk. There's even a lake close by, if you feel like swimming. Nearby is a bus stop, from which is easy to get to the center of Helsinki. Also there's a grocery shop that is open 24/7 and few other shops as well. The place itself is cozy, neat and filled with plenty of antique furniture and decorations which gives this place a special charm. There's also one fluffy companion, who's happy to greet you each time you're returning back from outside :3 The hosts are friendly and easy to talk with, always ready to help you out if you need it. Would definitely recommend!
