Island vacation rentals in Southern Europe

Location, location, location - those are the key words to describe this place. Crystal clear waters surrounding a beautiful tiny island covered with trees (as part of the garden!). We liked it that much that we even mismanaged our departing date!

This place is amazing! One of the best Airbnbs we've experienced. Surrounded by nature, we only heard cicadas and rustling leaves. The outdoor common area is well-equipped with good Wi-Fi and charging ports, perfect for working. When it got too hot, we took a dip in the pool, which was a great spot to relax and read. The room is small but uniquely decorated and has essential AC. The private kitchen had everything we needed, plus we received fig marmalade and drinks upon arrival. George and Bernard are kind and helpful, always available if needed. We'll definitely come back!

We hade a great vacation at Eva’s place. Is a perfect private location with an stunning view of the sunset. Eva is a great host, we had coffee, milk, cold water...all you need if you arrive late, like we did.she is flexible with check-in and check-out time, wich was helpful. The location was more beautiful that we expecting. We definitely recommend it!

A little slice of heaven, with a breathtaking sunset, the beautiful sea of Linosa a stone's throw away. Excellent, efficient hospitality, the house is comfortable and functional, unfortunately our stay was too short, we will definitely be back.

The simple and very well-maintained house is beautifully located. We had absolute peace and the most beautiful view. The total seclusion allows you to completely relax. Especially recommended if you are good on foot! Thank you for everything - we will be back!

Very responsive host! The directions were clear, and the welcome was warm. The environment is simply amazing, in the heart of a private island, where you can sail quietly on the turquoise waters of the lake. A child's dream to sleep in a cabin and wake up with your feet in the water!

Lovely place with an amazing view and a nice secluded beach. Dimitris is a very friendly host and was always there if we needed help. The bungalow is well equipped - 100% would recommend and come back 😊

So sad to leave, we will definitely be back! This place blew us away TRULY made our honeymoon in Madeira magical. The view is beyond words. The location is perfect if you plan to drive around the island—15 minutes to Funchal, 40 minutes to Fanal Forest, or just 1 minute to a secluded beach below at Faja dos Padres. (Don’t miss this on a sunny day!) We spent our days exploring and then coming back in the evening to cook our meals and relax in the hot tub. Everything was immaculately clean and beautiful, and Christina seemed to think of every single detail to make her guests feel right at home. (The kitchen was well equipped with basics like oil, salt and pepper, sugar to make cooking easy; there was a picnic basket, cooler, and umbrellas to use while adventuring the island; the wood fired grill was awesome.) The thoughtfulness of these details made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Except this place was 100 times better. Book it! You won’t regret it.

Jere and his family were amazing. Always there to help with anything needed. As we had no car gave us a lift there and Back to the port. The accommodation is for everyone who loves peace and no people on the beach.The island is without many tourists and kids running round. Perfect relax for all who love to switch off. Location 25 steps to the beach. The flat is cute and has everything needed .Maybe airconditioning would be a good idea in the future as it gets very hot at night and one doesnt cool down. Great holiday

Alessia, Paulo and family were AMAZING!!! Their beautiful spirits and lovely recommendations were wonderful!!! They are the most welcoming hosts and the breakfasts are spectacular!!! I stayed with two friends in Alberto’s house for four days. We had a very nice time swimming at the private beach and nearby beaches. We enjoyed that the house was very peaceful. It was very relaxing to just listen to the nature and wind. We had a comfortable stay, and loved that the house was stocked with everything we needed. And even though the house is quite remote, we never felt alone, because Alberto and Tata were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you both very much for a nice stay. I would certainly recommend and return!

An absolute dream! The property offers numerous beautiful ways to relax outdoors. The location right on the small beach is ideal and rounds off the whole experience. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail, which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. A big shout out to Marija, the service was fantastic! She was always available and was there to help and advise us. We would definitely love to come back – she has created something very special there!

Lydia’s home is the perfect escape for those wanting solitude and respite. Lydia is kind and responsive and the home has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Particularly enjoyed the variety of outdoor areas around the home. We loved every moment and cannot wait to get back. Highly recommend!

We stayed as a family with three kids and a friend for one week in July 2024. The Villa delivered what it promised and even beyond that. Everything was extremely clean, beautifully furbished and the outside was spectacular with a lot of space, a small nice pool, a private beach, beautiful and big dining area, a basketball court and minigolf. It was the absolutely perfect place to spend the most amazing and private holiday!

Our Milos trip was absolutely perfect. Thanks to the house and the host who truly knows the area, everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The new house was clean and fully equipped. Outside, it offered great privacy, right by the sea, with a small private beach and a larger one nearby. Highly recommend this place to stay in Milos.

Our stay at Villa Azurella was beautiful! The beach access to the quasi-private sea was great, the outdoor shower was the hit and in great weather you don't actually have to leave the accommodation. If you're looking for a quiet beach vacation, this is the place to be. Everything important was still easily and quickly accessible. Thank you for everything, we had a great time!

Its a unique experience! Just alone on and island and you don't need anything else.
