Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southern Caloocan City

My partner and I have been eyeing on this BnB for a long while now, we just were waiting for a good time to book it since minimum stay is five days. Finally we were able to book the place for his week-long birthday celebration. We wanted to stay in a relaxing location that has province-y feels but is still accessible to our workplace. The first time we saw the cottage in person, we fell in love right away. Every detail of the house is carefully curated. And it's super clean! Eliza and her family were also very accommodating and friendly. We had no problem communicating with her. Her helpers would always visit us to give us some fruits and snack. Everything is provided -- kitchenwares, study table, closet, toiletries, parking, etc. We didn't experience any problem staying here. If you're planning for a staycation that is not so far away from Manila, you should try this place. :)

The place is very clean. Check in and check out were a breeze. The landlady's assigned caretakers are always available to assist for anything. The location is easy to find for grab deliveries. The parking allocation was helpful to secure our car.

We loved our stay at Myra's place, from complimentary snacks to amenities. Very aesthetic, clean and smells good. Feels homey. We had a great sleep with the comfy beds. Peaceful area. Lots of complimentary such as snacks, toiletries, water, slippers. Easy check in and unit is very spacious for a family of 5. Parking available with minimal fee. Ms. Myra is very responsive and kind. Thank you Ma'am. We really loved our stay. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Manila. Central, safe, peaceful! The place felt v safe (and we had 2 small kids with us). Kim and her staff are g friendly. Recommended!

Very nice place! My family and I had a lot of fun. Walking distance to Ayala Feliz which is a winner. There are also small stores around if you need any retail necessities. The caretakers are really nice. Nate is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

George is probably one of the most excellent host i've dealt with here in this platform. He was very friendly and responsive to all the request. He was super flexible with check in and checkout times and even allowed us to host a feast for our Christmas gathering. Even offered his grill and ebike for our personal use for our market runs. He acknowledges that the house has an aging furnitures and old setup but his helpfulness and flexibility makes up for all of that and this place is a superb find in my opinion. Will definitely book this place again when I come back

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

The place was an exact reflection of the images—it was well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. It created an inviting atmosphere that fostered a sense of comfort and tranquility. It felt less like a temporary accommodation and more like a refined extension of home. We really enjoyed our stay :)

We had a great stay! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup – we had so much fun singing and enjoying the time with our friends. Plus, there were plenty of games to keep us entertained. We truly had an unforgettable experience and can't wait to return!

This stay was truly exceptional! The place felt so cozy and homey that I had the best rest I’ve had in years. I loved the balcony, the comfy room, and the spacious sala—perfect for both entertainment and relaxation. Ate Gloria and Sir Albert were incredibly responsive, addressing all our concerns and questions promptly. They even offered us a late checkout since we arrived a bit late due to the rain, which we truly appreciated. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the wet market and grocery stores. The only minor issue was the pay parking, as there’s no free parking available. However, the rates weren’t too expensive, so it wasn’t a big problem. Overall, a fantastic stay! this place has officially become our go-to Airbnb! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

I stayed for over 2 months with fairly short notice and Roxanne was super communicative throughout, and flexible to extensions. The space was as described and very clean and cozy.

The bed place area is a bit small to maneuver with 4 - 5 people standing around lol. The beds are okay, pillows, blanket, towels provided. Surroundings has grocery, pharmacy, walkable restaurants and cafes. Bathroom is okay as well, 2 free tissue and some shampoo. Balcony was also nice we get to eat there a lot. The building is also easy to find, and people around are friendly. Their co-host are also so responsive and friendly thank you for guiding us through the booking. 🤍 Sadly we haven't tried the indoor pool maybe next time.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place. There were some minor hiccups, but Julia was able to communicate and solve our issues satisfactorily. Julia’s place is one of the best condo units I stayed. Thanks for hosting our group, Julia!

Diana and Agnes were great hosts. Easy check in. Hosts very responsive to questions. Great location, close to airport and Mall of Asia. Security guards very helpful, professional, and courteous. We would definitely stay there again.

the host is very accommodating and all are being arranged by her so that we can have a smooth checked in. Tha place is good as well with internet. I guess just needs to improve the speed so that we can watch everything in the tv.. Overall super satisfied with the stay!!

Mr. Romy is very responsive with our inquiry. It was my Monther-in-law's birthday and he decorated the place and we requested for a cake, all this was done upon check-in. He also gave recommendations how to go around using public transportation. The unit was very clean and it was exactly how it was described online.
