The place is very clean. Check in and check out were a breeze. The landlady's assigned caretakers are always available to assist for anything. The location is easy to find for grab deliveries. The parking allocation was helpful to secure our car.

We loved our stay at Myra's place, from complimentary snacks to amenities. Very aesthetic, clean and smells good. Feels homey. We had a great sleep with the comfy beds. Peaceful area. Lots of complimentary such as snacks, toiletries, water, slippers. Easy check in and unit is very spacious for a family of 5. Parking available with minimal fee. Ms. Myra is very responsive and kind. This place was amazing, we spent Christmas Holiday at Tom’s lovely home, the home was very accommodating for our family, plenty of space, the pool was nice and can’t forget about the karaoke, everything was cleaned and prepared for us, when checking-in, it was welcoming and a home away from home. It's our second time here at casa Verde. The place is spacious, clean rooms, nice kitchen and really just in the metro. No longer need to travel a long time (haggard and tiring/hassle). Location is perfect specially I have my elderly parents with me. Great Host, and the caretakers are approachable. Will come back again, and thank you for making my daughter's birthday so much fun with her friends.

Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

Throughout my stay, she frequently checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, which made me feel truly looked after. She went out of her way to ensure everything was in order and that I was comfortable. Her hospitality and responsiveness really stood out, and I would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed experience.

Love the place, the ambiance it gives is so peaceful. The place is so furnished and complete with what you may need. It is also great for group of people since it saves time to prepare because of two bathrooms. Recommended for a relaxing stay since it comes with a massage chair. Also, it is comfy to move around since the space is enough to accommodate 8 pax. The host is accommodating too with our inquiries and request. Recommendable place to stay. Thank you.
