Loft vacation rentals in Southeast Region

Everything perfect. Rosane always requests a lot. The loft is extremely cozy, with an amazing view, secure garage with valet, concierge organized with concierge and many employees keeping the environment always clean. The building has an elevator with trolleys to carry luggage. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. Dei misfortune with the weather, as it was cloudy, but nothing that would stop the weekend being perfect.

The apartment is beautiful, all very clean and organized, comfortable beds, complete kitchen, with all the utensils available. the space is really like the pictures and the perfect location!!!

Amália was very attentive from the beginning to the end. space in a good location, with atelies close to whoever went for it. perfect restaurant right next door. stay accommodated all our needs, a very cozy place, and I will certainly return in the same loft.

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

The place is exactly as in the pictures and the view is amazing. The location is great and you can do everything on foot. I recommend it!

i felt at home, I my children and husband. one of the best stays. everything perfect, and the details of the utensils, ( see description ) for me that I need a coffee☕, I did several times ( thermos, Melita filter... super comfortable bed, sofa bed fit two people comfortably, impeccable bathroom, in fact, all refurbished, which improves 100% of the trip. obs, I will return to host as soon as possible. 🤗

It was excellent to spend a weekend in this loft, as well as being very close to Rua das Pedras, it was an extremely comfortable place to relax. The loft has usual utensils and a cozy space.

i was once again on my favorite Airbnb of partridges. cable tv with the sports channels - a rarity nowadays and a huge plus for those who live abroad like me, q has no TV subscription in Brazil. apt with great size, full stove with oven, big fridge, fast Internet, anyway, everything anyone can want in a remote work stay. always q is available, I am in the apt of Silvia and I will certainly come back more times. Very nice apartment for couple. Comfortable bed, availability of covers and pillows, hot shower with strong shower, good ventilation. There are lockers with hangers. The neighborhood is quiet and has good market, bakery and pharmacy options. Close to the Borba Cat subway and Julieta farm.

Everything perfect, great location, where we can find everything we need nearby. The city is quiet, in São Caetano do Sul we have the feeling of tranquility of a small town within a metropolis. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities for an extended stay. Attentive host, willing to resolve any issues and/or questions, giving us suggestions and tips whenever we need it. We spent two and a half months and had a very satisfying experience. I will definitely stay another time. Great value for money. Recommended!
