This is a lovely and comfortable house. The host is extremely generous. We very much enjoyed are stay and are trying to return as soon as possible.

We had a great stay and the location is perfect for us. The home had everything we needed during our week. Warm beds, hot showers, a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook, and room enough for our group. Only thing I didn’t love was that the two bathrooms are connected by a door, so there is very limited privacy for sounds in both bathrooms. We were with family so it didn’t matter much but it was surprising. We would for sure stay here again when visiting. Great hosts and a well supplied home that looks just like the photos.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Christo’s. Big, clean, and spacious. Great front yard with lawn games. Responsive and helpful host.

This was our 2nd stay at Dogwood with our Corgi Toast - and we loved it as much as the first. The quiet of the surrounding forest is amazing and so calming. The cabin is well appointed with creature comforts including a comfortable bed, kitchen with all the pots and pans needed to make fabulous meals and full size refrigerator to hold the food and drinks. We do bring up most of the food stuffs we will be cooking with - but the local, down the street Mother Truckers store was handy for some last minute vegetable and ice cream additions we wanted. Thanks again for a wonder stay!

My aging parents live in GV and I need a place to retreat to when in town (close to my parents house + walkable to downtown) and am so happy I found this lovely home! From the moment I inquired, Dave was super responsive and made me feel at ease. I only needed 1 night/ was fairly last minute and he was not only able to offer instant booking- but went above + beyond w/allowing me to check-in early (there wasn't a guest checking out that morning). The moment I walked in, I felt at ease because I could tell how warm, inviting and capable of providing the location to cook family meals + enjoy them around a large dining table, with a newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms + overall feeling of home. There are 2 bedrooms + bathroom upstairs, but since my booking was 2 or less- they requested I only use the downstairs bedroom and the bed was very comfortable + shower was FABULOUS! The front + back porches are AMAZING and there is plenty of parking. I cannot say enough good things + will be back!

We had a great stay at Rocky’s home in Oregon House! The beds were comfortable, great location, amazing star gazing on the deck! Added benefit was the workout room on the property. We will definitely stay there again!

Corina's place is super awesome! There's so much space and all the things that you could need. The bed and couch are very comfortable, and you can wash your laundry. Corina is wonderful and very relaxed and welcoming, we really did enjoy ourselves :)

I booked this house for a work trip and really enjoyed coming home in the evenings to such a warm and comfortable house. It’s a great kitchen to cook in and the jacuzzi was a nice plus in the early mornings. The host had helpful tips for local grocery stores and was very responsive. Altho I was there for work, it was nice to have room for everyone but enough space that we weren’t overlapping in any area of the house unless we wanted to be. It would be a great place to have a family get together and must be wonderful in the summertime! Definitely will book again!

Lorrie’s place exceeded all of our expectations! It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and every detail was clearly thought out with the guests in mind. From the comfortable furnishings to the little touches that made our stay extra special, it was clear how much care and effort went into creating such a welcoming space. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Asha's house with my group. The house is unique in the area because the driveway leads you to a larger property with lots of trees, interesting terrain, stunning views of the Sierras, and various edible plants that the homeowner, Asha, is growing. It was cool to have a poolside barbecue grill and a large game room with karaoke, table tennis, board games, a projector, and a large screen. An additional perk was that the house was very clean and stocked with organic, environmentally friendly supplies. I would love to come here again with a few more friends, as the house has adequate separation between spaces that allows for various types of activities!

A lovely spacious home that accommodated 6 of us comfortably and then some! We are an old group of friends that loves to cook together and the kitchen had everything we needed! The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed our morning cup of coffee out there while listening to the birds. It’s fenced in so it was perfect for our 3 small dogs ( (all under 12 Lbs) We didn’t use the pool but it’s wonderful! Instead we drove about 30-40 minutes to enjoy the South Yuba River and the distance to Purdon Crossing and Edward’s crossing was perfect for us! Grocery stores are about 10 Minutes away so were able to stock up once we arrived in Grass Valley. Overall a well loved home that made our visit so great! Thank you Patrick!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin in Colfax. The listing was exactly as described and the clear starry skies will be a memory we take with us. A word to the wise: the driveway is steep and rugged and is no joke. Ambience and amenities were ideal for a couple and a romantic getaway. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. As a group of 12 it was really nice to have so much space. All of the rooms were much larger than what we had expected and that was lovely. The kids loved the "carpet slide" with loft areas in one of the rooms. The fireplace was used daily and really gave the space a cozy feel. The large kitchen was really great for making meals for our large group. We only wish it hadn't been so cold so we could use the pool, it looked awesome!

No words to describe how absolutely thoughtful in every way Heather’s home is. Down to the tiniest detail. She had everything you could need or want and more! I can’t wait to go back. Absolutely beautiful. My version of a Barbie dream home! ♥️

We loved our stay at Rivendell (and very much appreciated the influence of J.R.R. Tolkien). This historic home is warm, inviting and peaceful. We appreciated how dog-friendly it was, including the complimentary treats, comfy dog beds, and toys that they wrestled with! The kitchen was well-stocked, and the provided human treats were yummy! The location was great, with easy access to Grass Valley, Nevada City and the higher Sierra for some play in the snow. I loved a soak in the claw-foot tub and envied the lush plants in the shower. We’re looking forward to a return visit. We had to carry out one of our pups because she didn’t want to leave.

nice and quiet place with beautiful surroundings. The place was cozy with lots of games to play inside and a couple of games to play outside. it also has a great place to sit outside with a fire table.

It was an honor to stay at the fairytale cabin made me and my family feel like we went into a different dimension away from all the chaos and clutter of the world. Living the true fairytale experience with beautiful and cozy atmosphere and such a great host. Susan stopped by just before we parted ways and she was the kindest soul you could ever imagine we talked and even though it was short it felt like i was talking to my bestfriend. she also gave us a cup with a picture of her cottage cabin ( which she didn’t have to ) but she still did it and it will be a memory for me and my family will forsure comeback!!!

We had an amazing time at the Hart House over the Holidays! Ben went over and above to ensure it was a super special and festive trip- even organizing a Christmas tree for our arrival! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with large communal spaces to comfortably seat our large group of 12. The huge hot tub was a great addition too! The grounds of the house are spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility. A 30-minute drive takes you to Nevada City; a charming and historic gem with a selection of cute gift stores, breweries and eateries that we loved visiting! Ben was a fantastic host, providing clear and timely communication throughout our stay, and he was super helpful in troubleshooting any queries or concerns we had. We have already recommended the Hart House to multiple friends and we would love to visit again in the Summertime and see the gardens in full bloom. Thank you Ben, for a super memorable stay.

Donna was super responsive and helpful and the place was incredibly comfortable, clean, well stocked and beautiful. I would 100% stay here again. It has everything you need and is so peaceful and quiet but close to town!

Great Airbnb! We brought our dogs here. It was perfectly enclosed and a lot of room for them to roam around and interact with the friendly cows. The owners were very friendly and accommodating to when we needed a few additional kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway

Great place! My daughters and I loved the location and all the activities the host put in place surrounding the lake. Very beautiful and we are hoping to come again!
