Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in South Valley

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

We had a little trouble finding the place, fault of our own. My husband and I arrived at the address with no issues, however we were trying to get in at the front of the house rather than through the alley as instructed. Melissa answered the call immediately and helped us figure things out. She was very kind and helpful. The house is a little ways from downtown, nearby shopping and restaurants, however I enjoyed her quiet home and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

The single nicest AirBNB I've ever stayed in. This place is pure magic, a real architectural gem. Private and tucked away, but not far from things at all. Watch the beautiful sunsets out to the west, beautiful sunrises out to the east. Go hiking in the national forest right out your back door. All of which would be highlights of the home if not for the fact that the home itself is a treasure itself and the star of the show. Heck, even the garage is amazing! This is not a home to be missed. If you're on the fence, just book it.

Holbrook's home is a wonderful place to stay in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque. It is clean and bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Holbrook responds quickly to questions and/or concerns. The refrigerator was even stocked with breakfast items and beverages. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would happily book again.

Wow! What an incredible place! One of the best we have stayed! VERY clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful decor. Quiet location that is easy to find. Extra special touches. Friendly and kind neighbors. This place exceeded our expectations! To top it off, it is located west of the Balloon Fiesta that made it easier to get there in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend booking this fantastic place! 🤗

Had a wonderful stay after Christmas. Location was quite and safe. The amenities provided at the club house were top notch and appreciated. Each room having a bathroom is a bonus for large groups. Highly recommend booking with Jenny. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We cannot say enough great things about Ashlee’s place. It was an experience that we’ll never forget! High up in the Sandia Mountains of Albuquerque, with great views of the mountains just behind the home to fantastic views of the entire city. The place had everything we needed, and for those very few items that were lacking or missing, Ashlee brought those to us promptly. Even being up in the mountains, we were never more than 20-25 minutes away from any activity in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be thrilled to stay here again when we return to Albuquerque!!

We stayed here while in town visiting family. This place was clean, relaxing, and well stocked with amenities. We loved hanging out on the back deck in the mornings! It was centrally located and the host provided some great recommendations in their booklet. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful and had awesome views. Very clean and spacious. Everything was perfect. We were close to our destination. Also, restaurants and gas stations were nearby.
