Excellent place to stay at the hight of 37 floor. excellent view of gold coast. but there were 2-3 small cockroches in balcony and 1 in the kitchen top . rest everything was excellent

Staying at Heather's place felt like visiting your favorite aunt! It had all the modern comforts, thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home, and the perfect treats we didn’t even know we needed. The location was ideal, walking distance to great dining spots, and the stay was incredibly relaxing. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Beautifully furnished apartment in the heart of Surfer’s Paradise situated on the 27th floor. There are no words to describe the views! The apartment is spotless and well equipped with everything you need and more. If you don’t want to go out for all your meals, the kitchen is equipped to even satisfy the needs of a serious cook! Woolworths is also within walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent with clear and easy instructions to follow for checking in and out. Will definitely plan any future trips to Surfer’s Paradise around the availability of this apartment. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment and location, spotlessly clean. The hosts were very responsive as we had a minor issue locating how to access the underground parking. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week long stay in the excellently located apartment with amazing views of both the beach and the mountains. The apartment was the perfect size for a family of four and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry amenity starter packs were much appreciated and lasted us all week so that we didn’t have to buy extras. Easy to walk to the restaurants, shops and the beautiful beach and also very close to the tram stop to get to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair as well as towards Seaworld and the other fun parks. The outdoor areas were well maintained and we enjoyed using the tennis court and all the pools. Luciana was a great host and kept us informed of the check in and check out in a very timely manner. She greeted us in person upon arrival and it was really great having a chat and learning about her background as well as the Surfers Paradise area. We would have loved to have stayed longer if we could.

Unit is exactly like the pictures. Clean and cosy with really beautiful seaview right from the unit’s balcony/living room. Can walk to the beach in 3mins. Location is great. Right next to Surfers Paradise North G’link station. 2 stations or just 15mins walk to Surfer’s Paradise beach and main shopping/eateries area. Host Ava is friendly and responsive. 👍🏻

This suite was superb! We really enjoyed our stay there. Perfectly located within walking distance from the heart of Surfers Paradise, but there are very nice common resort amenities to use like beautiful pool, tennis court, gym and sauna if you don't want the city buzz. Ali was a great host, always helpful and replying to all concerns right away. The suite itself is nicely decorated and spacious enough, we felt super comfy there and would happily come back!

Had a lovely stay with a group of girlfriends. Plenty of space and pool was lovely!! Walking distance to beach and some cafes/restaurants although we ended up staying at the house most of the weekend! Good value compared to some of the other houses around the GC. Thanks again.

Amazing stay! Came here with a large group of friends. Usually, it's hard to find a place that caters towards young adults. However, Amanda was very accommodating and gave us a chance. We had an amazing beach holiday and loved the pool, spacious living room, clean and tidy bedrooms and well-kept kitchen. Thank you so much for letting us all stay! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends :)

Birdies place is everything we hoped it would be. Fantastic location, walking distance to beach, cavil avenue, trams. The boys had a great time, thank you for letting them stay.

Very thankful to Garry for accomodating myself and two daughters at short notice during the very busy Australian Volleyball Schools Cup on the Gold Coast. Garry was so responsive and met us at the house within 15 minutes of the booking. The house had everything for a comfortable and peaceful night, extremely quiet and safe neighbourhood. I would recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

David hosted us for a long-term stay and he was the best host we have ever had. He was so accommodating, friendly, communicative and trusting of us in his place. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful - nestled amongst nature and wildlife. You wake up to the sun rising over the waterhole and kangaroos hanging out in the yard. You have sunshine around the pool all day but a nice covered bbq area if you want the shade. The place is clean and comfortable and he was even happy for us to have guests over which is so rare in an AirBnb host. We highly recommend, and will be back!

We had the best holiday here, the house is exactly as described and super clean and well looked after. It was such a treat to be right on the water! We made use of the private jetty and brought our boat, perfect place to stay for boating to south straddie, tipplers, jumpin pin, wave break island! Host Bray was super accommodating and responsive, I’d highly recommend this house to other guests!
