Lake houses in South Salt Lake

We stayed at Lucas' place for 3 weeks in Feb, he is an amazing host, 10 out 10 would recommend! Lucas is warm, responsive and so accommodating. The location is incredible- walking distance or a short drive to so many amazing restaurants and coffee shops, and also so close to all the major ski resorts. Wifi is blazing fast for anyone working remote! The one FYI I'd share with people is that the unit has very little natural light. The main windows to the unit are to an indoor hallway and not the outdoors, which we were surprised to find out. But otherwise, it's a great space, location and value, and would 100% stay there again!

Kim's place was perfect for our ski vacation, plenty of room for the six of us. Nice kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed the fireplace a lot. Easy and always prompt communication with Kim. House was as described, pictures accurate. Thanks!

The place felt like home. It had plenty of space for all of us and was in a quieter neighborhood easy to get around in.

We loved staying here! The neighborhood was in a very convenient place but still felt nice and quiet. Everything was clean and cozy. I’d definitely recommend staying!

I was in town for a family emergency. Lane and Analee accommodated my check in and check out times since I was dealing with having to move in and out of multiple rentals. They were very easy to communicate with, and made my stay very enjoyable.

Two couples stayed for a four day ski trip - the location was great and we had everything we needed in this home. Would highly recommend!

We had a good experience with this property. Everything was as advertised, it was clean, and it has easy (car) access to the city and its surroundings. Communication from the management company was both timely and comprehensive. We would stay again.

Rolando was a great host! He was very responsive and his place was just as expected! I’m always apprehensive about a new place but Rolando’s place was in a great, newer, safe neighborhood, the house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. He provides the necessities and a beautiful space! We would definitely return in the future and suggest his place to friends going to the area!

There was 9 adults that stayed at the house and there was plenty of room and we didn’t feel crowded. The house worked very well for us! Good location! I couldn’t find soap for the dishwasher. No garbage bags for the garbage can in the kitchen. We had a hard time adjusting the thermostat and the house was hot! What we liked was that our family was all together for a getaway after Christmas. We went out to dinner, shopped, and then went back to the house and played games, laughed and had a great time. Beautiful home, it was a big family gathering and we were all able to fit comfortably! The theater area was exquisite! my husband is a movie lover so you can only imagine, we ended our night by watching a nice family movie together in the theater area. It was nice & stocked from hot coco to coffee & other items to shower, clean towels etc it was wonderful thank you for having us!

We loved the outdoor space, it was so beautiful and relaxing. Inside gave everyone their own personal space and room to shower and get ready. The kitchen, bathrooms and refrigerator were spotless. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The home was spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. Lisa was exceptionally attentive and kind, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. This stay has certainly set a high standard for future rentals.

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa was always very responsive when I had a question and super helpful, and very sweet. The house is very clean and perfect size for us. Some of our group didn’t make it but we still had a very nice time! Very cozy home!! And such a great host!!!

Hands down one of the best homes we've rented. We stayed at Matt's place with our 2 dogs for almost 6 weeks. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The house was clean and exactly as described. The fenced in backyard for our dogs was great. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Matt was very accommodating and reached out to check in on us. Would def rent again.

Jd’s place was a great stay. They had everything I I needed while traveling. The Kitchen area had everything one would need. They even had an induction burner and the pots and pans were very good quality. They were also very quick to respond to any questions .

We had an amazing stay with our family! The mountain views were stunning, and the walk to the slopes was so convenient. The beds were comfortable, and our boys absolutely loved the bunk bed room. Our host was incredibly responsive, and we never had to reach out since the directions for the property were so clear. We would definitely return and recommend this place to our friends and family. This was our second time skiing at Solitude, and our first time staying in the village. Staying in the village made all the difference, and we're so glad we were able to make it work.

We loved staying at Tom and Nikki’s. Standouts for us: Very responsive hosts, super comfortable beds, very cozy cabin, feel, walking distance to Brighton, boot/ liner heater pad, spacious downstairs bathroom and high quality washer/ dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed Brighton, our favorite and would definitely stay at Tom and Nikki’s again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful place! Super clean and in a perfect location right across the street from Utah Lake with a lovely walking trail just steps away. The views were amazing, and the peaceful setting made it a great spot to relax. Trinette was very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!
