Vacation rentals with a patio in South Nyack

I would definitely be renting back devora's unit. very very awesome host and very pleased with my stay. I recommend one hundred percent this rental to anyone who wants to stay in Brooklyn and want to have the new York experience!!! place was spotless clean and everything was on point

Aida and Arianny are the best host ever , super friendly super nice , very accommodating…… Arianny drove us into the city and showed us around and we will forever be appreciative we plan on coming back and staying here again 10/10 recommend.

Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Whole apartment with private bathroom with amenities, kitchen with amenities (stove, refrigerator and microwave, flatware, plates and cups), large screen TV, work desk. Water bottles in the fridge. Very responsive host. A definite rare find. Will most definitely stay there again when in town if it is available. Plenty of street parking at any time of day or night.

If I could give Kimberly’s place more than 5 stars, I would. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place. It’s very modern, smells good, have all the necessities you need and Kimberly is the best host ever! She even gave us welcome snacks and chocolates! Would 100% come back whenever we’re in NYC again.

The apartment was very cozy, lovely, and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped; we didn’t miss anything. It was an easy drive to restaurants and the train station. Calling an Uber was simple, and they arrived quickly. I definitely recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Hoboken at Jean’s place. The property is very close to the main strip with lots of great shops and restaurants. Very safe and walkable area. A two minute walk to the bus stop and from there, less than a 20 minute bus ride to Times Square. We were unable to find street parking but there was space to unload our luggage and several parking garages nearby. The property itself is very nice with comfortable beds, cozy linens, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, good hair dryer, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We appreciated the supplied Keurig pods and creamer. We spent most of our time in NYC but are already talking about staying at Jean’s place again for another visit and to spend more time in Hoboken. Jean was very helpful and responsive to messages. 10/10!!!

This place was great! 10 minute walk to train station to go to NYC. The unit was clean and it matched the description.

This was me and my boyfriends first air bnb experience and it was amazing. My boyfriend, roomate, and me, all needed a place to stay to visit friends in new york and this was the perfect spot. Extremely convenient and very peaceful apartment. Howard was also extremely accommodating and friendly. He gladly gave us a short tour of the apartment, left a binder with things to do in the area, and even made sure to make us feel comfortable asking questions. I even left an earing behind and he offered to send it to me. incredibly kind and lovely man! we would be more than happy to rent here again. Our expectations for future air bnb's are being set high!

I use Airbnb a lot and let me to you all that Silvia is the best host I’ve ever come across! She was extremely hospitable and helpful, she went out of her way to help us. The place itself is amazing, spacious and comfortable. We literally had everything we needed and there is a good laundrette nearby (laundry warehouse). The drive fits 2 large SUVs comfortably Don’t hesitate when coming to book this place, trust me it’s better than most places in the area!

Very beautiful space, host is very responsive, place was easy to find, clean and spacious. Only negative there was a car parked in my parking spot, reached out to the host said they will take care of it. After a few hours car was moved only to return later that day it was a bit of a pain in the a** to find street parking. Even with the parking issue I would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near Prospect Park in Brooklyn! The location was perfect—situated in a safe and lovely neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shopping, and just a short walk to the park & the train station that we used daily during our stay. The host was outstanding—extremely responsive and provided us with lots of helpful information about the space and the surrounding area. The home was easily accessible and exactly as described, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this spot and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Brooklyn!

I had a wonderful stay in Catherine’s beautiful and charming home. She was super communicative and takes great care to make sure her guests have everything they need. The location is great - everything is walkable as described. I can’t wait to return to Catherine’s the next time I’m in Beacon!

Rivkah's remodel provided ample space without any clutter! There were extra beds, counter space, closet space, plugs, porch furniture, and it even had a parking spot (with more on the street for our 2nd car). The kitchen - with double counters and bar stools - was perfect for cooking and serving our full traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We could all plop comfortably on the wrap-around sofa to watch football and the parade. Bathroom and bedrooms had extra space. It was clean and Rivkah provided extras: a selection of Keurigs, plenty of dishwasher soap, extra plush towels. Our family had a wonderful 5 days for Thanksgiving: several days together exploring quieter Brooklyn and several packed-full days in NYC. Thanks Rivkah!

Andrea was a great and super responsive host. We loved her apartment and it was a quick walk to downtown Beacon and our pup felt right at home. A perfect spot to explore Beacon without having to do much driving at all. Would stay again.

Denise's place was very clean and spacious. Loved that every bedroom had its own roku TV. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend her place if visiting the area.

Diana was a fabulous host. Very easy to reach and even by Airbnb text you could tell how friendly she was. We stayed in her unit a few years ago and decided to give it another try when we noticed a different Owner. We are so happy we did.
