This is the 2nd time I’ve been lucky enough to stay at Dave’s place while in Detroit for a concert & this is one of my absolute favorite BnBs of any city. The home is unique, full of history & fun- also really comfortable & easy to find. The neighborhood is safe and has the most amazing vibe. The backyard gate makes it easy to get to downtown Ferndale where you’ll find some amazing food (I had Anita’s Kitchen this time- the falafel & rice pudding were amazing), fun bars & the nicest people. The closed in balcony is my favorite part of this space- that and the vintage naughty wallpaper in the bathroom. Can’t wait to come back!

I visit family often in this area and this was a perfect spot to stay! Will definitely be staying again and recommend to anyone needing a place in this area 😊 Friendly and walkable neighborhood and so close to all the cute Royal Oak shops and restaurants. I had zero issues while staying here and Bomfi is a great, communicative host!

This two bedroom apartment is great - especially on the east side and within the Pointes! It is clean and cozy and had just what we needed. It was nice to have our own parking spot, too! A really nice bonus is the market across the street. Had everything we needed including a small, fresh buffet of grab and go yumminess. Their rottiserie chicken was also delicious. We lived in this area many years ago and it was nice to be back. The apartment is super convenient to the city and there are many great local restaurants and bars within each of the Pointes. The drive along the shoreline of Lake St Clair is lovely. We had a relaxing stay and everything worked as it should.

Wow! Perfectly located. Close to everything. Very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Extremely clean. Linens and towels were very nice and extra fluffy. Beds super comfy. We had everything we needed and so did our fur baby.

It’s clear the host put their heart into creating a unique and welcoming space. On top of the jaw-dropping aesthetics, the hospitality was unparalleled. I’ve stayed at a lot of grandeur airbnbs over my time but this one took the cake in terms of practicality and affordability. A perfect one night selection for a private time away from home. The surroundings were so quiet and serene. Very clean space. I would recommended 10/10 and would definitely book again.

Stop searching and book this place immediately!!!! We have zero complaints about our stay at the hearthstone. Beautifully curated home, super clean, comfortable beds, quiet and safe neighborhood, fresh cut flowers on the dining room table (!), and the toilet in the 1/2 bath with a heated seat, bidet, and air dryer (all with adjustable settings) may have actually changed my life. Carson was kind and easy to get in contact with. Everything was as described in the listing. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My husband and I picked Patricia’s place because of the fun game room she had downstairs-and I’m sure glad we did! Our family of 6 had a wonderful time playing pool, air hockey, shuffle board, ping pong and PINBALL!!! There was also a nice quiet study room upstairs where the kids could still participate in their online classes without missing a beat. Every space was so beautifully decorated and spacious it really felt peaceful. We were visiting in the winter so the cozy propane fireplace was a hit as well. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Marie’s place is super peaceful and filled with gorgeous natural light. Loved that the river was at the end of the street, really nice to walk in the evenings. The flat is spacious and comfortable for two people. The kitchen is well stocked and clean as was the bathroom. Central AC worked well when there were some hot days. Always found street parking just outside the house. Marie was easy to communicate with and asked a few times if I needed anything else which was appreciated, as well as gave a few suggestions of cafes nearby and things to do. Would happily stay here again if I’m back in Windsor!

Clayton's place was great for our one-night stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The futon was a bit undersized for our teenager, but fine for one night. Lots of attention to detail and extras included, including morning coffee and some toiletry items. We'll look to stay again when in the area.

Shannon’s unit was perfect for our family holiday visit. It was well stocked, clean and inviting—-from the Nest thermostat, coffee, soda/water in the fridge to the toiletries and comfy towels in the bathroom, it was just like home. We will definitely return when visiting family in the GP area. Highly recommend!
