Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Kepulauan Seribu

The flat at Empire Tower, beside Lippo Mall in Kemang, was spacious, with great view and well furnished. May be the kitchen would have needed more cooking stuff, but all in all very confortable, with washer and dryer, it is ideal for longer stay also with family, since it has 3 bedrooms and one balcony.

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

We’d give Hendro’s place 6 stars if I could. It’s the best and cleanest apartment in Jakarta so far. The quality of appliances, furniture, and facilities were excellent, and it’s within walking distance to the mall. There were plenty to do at the apartment’s Clubhouse, e.g gym, billiard room, indoor or outdoor pools. The only negative thing was that the apartment was a bit small for 3 people. But other than that, everything else was great.

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. The apartment is beautiful, the views incredible and the amenities of the complex outstanding. Especially the pool was just amazing. With grab or taxi you can get anywhere quickly and cheaply. There are nice cafes in the area and a supermarket in the adjacent mall that offers many European products. Rony always responded super quickly. When the water dispenser was empty, we got new water delivered within 10 minutes. Thank you so much for the nice time, we felt very comfortable!

Lusi is very communicative and responds quickly. I was impressed with the apartment space and the private elevator access was a breeze. It’s also connected to a mall which made it easy to find dinner on a time crunch. Highly recommend!
