Everything went as expected, a beautiful and clean place where it was nice to relax. Of course, we expected to have been able to do outdoor activities, but the beautiful outdoor terrain worked just as well!

If you're out for modern pampering, this is not for you.But if you want ti be alone by the lake, without a shower and regular toilet, but wit a row boat, wood fired sauna and hot tub, compost toilets (but also electricity, full kitchen, cellular coverage and tv) and most if all the amazing beauty around (incl. mosquitoes) memorable, then definitely go fir it. we had a wonderful time.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cottage! It was clean, spacious, and perfect for large groups. The place felt brand new, and the view of the lake was simply breathtaking. The BBQ area was the best we’ve ever had at a cottage, and we loved having a pool table to enjoy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The lake itself was large and beautiful, and rowing there was an unforgettable experience. The hot tub and sauna were also fantastic additions. Highly recommend!

It is beautiful and restful place near lake. The house had everything you need for relaxing by the lake (boat, sauna, grill), it is well-equipped house. I totally recommend it.

Amazing place and a beautifully designed cabin, after our stay we felt extremely relaxed. Serene nature, an almost private lake just in front of you, great sauna and all camping amenities that one can need are there and then some. Would definitely recommend anyone to go!

Perfect holiday home! We spent a wonderful week at Vera’s place. It’s a very quiet spot with a lot of nature around. The lake is very calm and nice to swim: there’s a deck to jump from and you can also just enter the water from the shore. There’s a lot of space to hang out around the house. The house is quite big, with terraces and a long table that fits a big crowd (we were three families - five adults and five kids). We found everything we needed - kitchen utensils, grill, and so on. In addition to the house, there’s a wood-heated sauna with bedrooms (it served as the kids’ home). One thing we didn’t notice at the beginning - that there’s no cleaning included, so you need to clean before leaving. Anyway, this was not a big deal as we were many and the place is very easy to handle.

My family had an amazing weekend getaway at Elena's cottage by the lake. The house is beautiful and had all the amentities we needed and more. The natural surrounding are beautiful and the atmosphere was very peaceful. We would definately stay here again!

Beautiful cottage, on the edge of a perfectly peaceful lake. Nothing is missing, Maksimilian even provided a fishing kit. A boat allows you to enjoy the lake. Finally, a very pleasant sauna is also available.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: a cabin in the middle of the woods, in full contact with nature, perfect for admiring the lake area. We were right on a lake practically everything to ourselves, we also took a nice ride on the lake with the rowboat (there was also the engine but we didn't use it) and the sauna all to ourselves! Awesome!!! In the evening, eating outdoors in silence was wonderful. When we returned to the house we turned on the fireplace, beautiful. The children especially appreciated the darts and the pier on the lake. The house had all the comforts, even if the bathroom was external and organic: a hole with a bucket underneath, where you had to throw fertilizer between times, but it was all reported and it was also fun! The only problem was the cleanliness, because the house was not very clean, but so in the middle of the woods we could safely bear: we cleaned a little and adapted. In general, I highly recommend it!!

Ideal apartments for nature enthusiasts seeking tranquility. The residence is fully equipped for relaxation and leisure. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pristine lake or unwind on the spacious terraces. For the adventurous, boats are available to explore the scenic lakesides and discover unique rock art. The apartments are immaculate and cozy, making them highly recommended for a vacation getaway!

Wonderful country house. Beautiful lake. Close to border, easy to find and very quiet at the same time. There's no water at all. Otherwise, the kitchen allows you to fully cook. It won't be a problem in the summer. So is the toilet. The cottage is a cottage. Sleeping is good, new. Underfloor heating. Sauna without frills. Heats up well. Very nice fireplace and area near it. Cozy. Great budget solution. Nature is wonderful. A. And most importantly! Very good communication. Juha is a hospitable host. Thank you so much!

The cottage and its equipment matched the description. The place was picturesque and peaceful, with good steam in the sauna, and a great view of the lake as a bonus. In beautiful weather, we spent time outdoors and dining on the deck.

Anne was a great host and her explanations about how to use the sauna and everything else were clear. The family's Mökki is a fantastic place in nature to relax in complete peace. I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful cottage. It offers an authentic rustic Finnish experience, complete with a sauna, nearby lake, and a beautiful forest filled with berries and moss. My dog especially loved playing in the spacious yard. The only thing to note is that during the cooler October weather, it took a little time to get the furnace heated up to a comfortable level, so keep that in mind if warmth is a priority. Overall, it was a relaxing and tranquil escape with all the charm of nature right at your doorstep.
