House vacation rentals in South Jakarta

First of all, thank you to Nur and her team (Pak Yandi and all). Very accommodating and very welcoming. A hallmark of Indonesian hospitality. This house is the place for a big group. However, you need a driver to get here. Not advisable to find your own way. The house and pool is well maintained. Definitely a recommend place. Love.

the house is clean and complete, our family is staying to attend a graduation at UIN, so it's like a holiday because there is a swimming pool and some games, the distance to UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is quite close, all the facilities are as described in the description, thank you family we are very happy to stay here

This is our first stay in the villa. We're all got impressed with the villa, very cozy, convenient, worth the value. Would definitely love to come back again in the future.

The house is comfortable. Clean. As described. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Very easy to reach, and simply put just exactly what is listed on the web. Be aware if you order gojek to this place, the map will direct to the back side of the building which isn't accessible, so you need to manually inform the driver that it is right across INSISTS. Most drivers got lost and quite few of them had little to no patience unless you inform them beforehand. Overall, a very great place to stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rumah Komering! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The in-house staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Whole unit was spotless, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The overall ambience of the unit was very pleasant and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to our host for clear instructions. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Rumah Komering to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would love to come back again!

Stayed at Kyo House during weekdays. Its a lovely home. Easy check in/check out. The room is clean and comfortable. The linens were freshly washed. The wifi and TV were very helpful. Everything was so seamless and easy, well equipped. Thank you. We will be back.

This place is close to ICE BSD, definitely will stay at this place again if there’s a concert/event. House is clean and beautiful with a lake view. This place is also has a pool so it’s great to stay with friends or family. Host is kind and fast response, I asked a few questions prior booking and host are able to answer it quickly

The place is very near from ICE BSD, you can just walk. This is a good place to stay, everything is clean. Feel like stay in home. Host very responsive.

This place is truly a GEM, a top notch 👍🏻 we really love our stay at Ridwan’s place. It was such a cozy and wonderful experience. From the moment we stepped in to the house, we were already amazed with the cleanliness of the place and everything is exactly like the pictures shown. The house is nicely designed and very comfortable. The location itself is perfect , few steps away from the orange groove and there is a small playground and jogging track. My kids love it. The neigbourhood is quiet and peaceful at night too, another plus point to ridwan’s place The host is very responsive too, our communication went very smoothly. Ridwan also provided us with some snacks and many amenities, also local recommendations 👍🏻 we felt welcomed We will definitely be back as we and our kids really love this place. I would say my no1 choice to stay when visiting Jakarta.

The house is great, the vibe of the old house but the contents are new, very clean. It's really nice for yesterday's visit to work with office colleagues. The location is also on the side of the big road so it's nice to find it. As a host, chris is also very responsive and helpful. Recommended, value for money, a small house within the city of jakarta.
