Great, responsive and accommodating host. Very nice, homey place to stay in fire island and enjoy the beach. The house is also very close to the dock for the ferry and water taxi.

Ryan’s place was perfect for my parents to stay for their trip to Northport. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Ryan was helpful and responsive for their entire trip.

First of all I would like to thank Carmen for letting me stay at her beautiful home. I enjoyed the time I spent at the air bnb even though it was a very busy weekend for me. Carmen home was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient location close to so many places. The home is also pretty spacious I was able to have a nice family dinner and gathering there. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful air bnb, Carmen was a great host Thankyou again.

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Maritza’s place. She was very responsive and proactive in sending us the instructions to the house. The house was very clean and homey. The amenities were as described & it had enough space for everyone . I went with 5 other of my friends & there was enough sleeping space. The neighborhood itself is safe & we had no safety concerns. We had a wonderful stay & a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are back in Connecticut!

Absolutely superb hosts and such a great location. Steven couldn’t have been a better host, our kids and us loved his place and would highly recommend. Thoughtful touches everywhere and very clean. Hope we can stay again sometime.

You will be surprised to be able to see the sunrise from your bedroom, have cocktails on a little beach on the brackish Shrewsbury River with windsurfers trying their luck, walk to Bahr's seafood resto or Proving Ground tavern with good beer and food and views -- great location and quiet at night and interesting to watch clammers ride out in their little boats in the morning.

Great space centrally located with a great backyard. Highly recommend!

We came over to New York for a 1 week holiday, where one of the options was this AirBnB, and after looking around we ended up settling with this one. Bill has been a great host, always proactive and quick to respond when there was something we didn't have. the Airbnb itself is as described, comfortable for 2 people. We were concerned that it might not be worth enough given we visited in December, though thankfully there is a good central heating; the additional heaters weren't required, but the heated blanket was a nice touch. Lovely locations nearby, and we actually spent half the week just staying in Oceanside as everything was a walking distance away. Getting into Central New York City is best done by walking 20 minutes to Oceanside station, and taking the LIRR straight in. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit NYC. We'd happily stay here again if we visited NYC again.
