Townhome vacation rentals in South Fork

Everything about the place was amazing. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. We will come again.

Location of the home was great. Beautiful views from the living and master bedroom but also very close to amenities and restaurants. Home was nice and clean with a kitchen well equipped for cooking and with a few basic spices and condiments. Bedrooms were really nice, and a bathroom in each one was a bonus. Most of the living space is upstairs so as long as you are good with that I'd highly recommend this as a superb, pet friendly, rental home.

Place is bigger than the pictures show. Super charming place right on the main street in Creede! Awesome!

Our group's 2nd annual stay here. Ideal location on Creede's Main Street for walkability and a short drive to trailheads. We especially love 2 bathrooms AND the tables/chairs on the covered shared front porch for relaxing and our meals when not dining at one of the restaurants in town. Sooo lovely! The small snacks provided is a nice touch in case anyone forgets to bring their own or walks in hungry. Beds and foldout couch (not folded out) were comfy. The layout of the flat is well-designed with bedrooms in one area and living/dining/kitchen in another. 2nd bath off kitchen works well. Full size refrige is great. Free street parking is easy and convenient. We'll definitely stay here again!

Creede is such a cute town! There are not of lodging options especially in town - this was one of the few available and I’m glad I stayed here. Hosts were super accommodating and communicative even when I booked my trip last min! The location is unbeatable. I walked everywhere!

Our family stayed at Beth’s place during Spring Break. Very peaceful overlooking the river. It was immaculate clean, had plenty of linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen with many cooking essentials and many other amenities including a ping pong table for the kids on the 1st floor. We will be coming back for sure!

About 4 hrs after we arrived, the refrigerator in our unit stopped working. We lost most of our food that we had just purchased for our stay. The fridge was not able to be fixed quickly but the very next night our host was able to get us moved to another place that would accommodate us. Vacasa was great at even refunding us some money to help replace our food. These condos are all great! Always enjoy renting places from vacasa and will do so again in the future.

This house was very clean and comfortable. It had more amenities than listed, including some board games, DVDs, and even disks for sledding. It is located in "upper Pagosa Springs", within walking distance to the grocery store and some restaurants and boutiques. The beds were comfortable, as were the throw blankets and sofas.

Great location to act as home base for ski days at Wolf Creek and relaxing in Pagosa Springs! Communication was great and made for a welcoming experience. Definitely will consider this home for our next visit!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family, teenage kids and a baby included! The homes amenities, decor and furniture are upscale! It stayed warm in the home and the indoor garage parking is a huge perk during the cold months! The river and scenery are incredible! The only negative part of our stay was disposing of trash! You have to take it to the local grocer and it is a huge hassle when you are vacationing and need convenience! The morning we left the store wasn’t open yet, so be mindful of store hours, you pay to dispose of it and the bin is locked! Other than that, the stay was wonderful!

Fantastic location super close to everything. Love the parking right in the driveway. Everything was super clean and just as it looks like in the pictures. I did have a few questions and always received a very quick response. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Pagosa Springs!

The house was great! It has an amazing river and golf course view and the back porch has the most beautiful scenery! The house was very clean and well stocked! You can tell the owners put a lot of time and energy to making sure their guests have everything they may need! The location of the townhome also offers great privacy as you are the only complex facing the third tee box! We were here in early October and it was peak leaf viewing right from the porch!

Stayed here for a ski trip with friends and this house was extremely accommodating! Plenty of rooms, spacious living room and kitchen, and it’s in a beautiful area of Pagosa Springs. Would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s Airbnb! I was impressed with how clean, cozy, and well-maintained the space was. The house had everything we needed—thoughtful touches like extra blankets, coffee supplies, nice cookware, and comfortable mattresses made it feel like home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful yet right in the heart of town. My kids loved seeing the deer in the backyard each evening. Daniel was an exceptional host—very responsive, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. We will definitely stay here again next time we come up to ski!

Chris and Rachael were outstanding hosts. The townhome was immaculate, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were updated and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the river, watching the wildlife, or taking a walk along the walking path. The boys enjoyed the game room and the location was perfect to downtown shops and night life. Highly recommend!

I stayed for over 20 days and I felt at home from the moment I walked in the front door. Everything was absolutely perfect and spotless. I enjoyed the ability to hunt and fish along with great golfing in the clubhouse was absolutely wonderful. Perfect would be the word to describe this place and the hosts. Thank you guys. Amazing location with views of Pagosa Peak from the living room and balcony which is priceless! Everything was better than expected!

Aaron’s place was nice, clean and cozy. It was perfect for 5 people. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and gave clear instructions. Would recommend for future stays.

We had a wonderful stay! The fireplace was so cozy to come home to after a ski day and a winter day at the Springs. Two of the days we were able to see hot air balloons right outside the front door. The place was very clean and welcoming for our family. We appreciated the full kitchen so we were able to eat at home. We look forward to staying here again.
