Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Congress, Austin

This is a lovely space that is central enough to walk here and there, or rideshare. We came for the weekend without a car and were able to get everywhere we wanted with ease. The space is great, both spacious and cozy. The brick walls outside make it feel very quiet an comfortable inside. Beds were super comfortable, too! That's always a bonus. :) And the bathrooms were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here for a few months and absolutely loved the space! The location felt very central—it's close to downtown, the Domain, etc. The apartment is in great condition, and Kaya is a very responsive and kind host!

Loved this place!!! Right in the middle of everything. Home was comfortable. Being right in the middle of the Domain was so much fun. We tried all the different restaurants which were just a walk away!

This was perfect for the short amount of time we were in Austin. We wanted to be close to downtown without being surrounded by busyness and this was exactly it. We brought our dog along with us and he enjoyed it as well, the backyard was sufficient and we even took him on a walk around. Will definitely keep this place in mind when we visit again.

The house was beautiful. The backyard was great. They had lots of activities that we wish we could have partaken in, but we were there for such a short time. All of my group was happy. Communication from the owner was excellent, and we would like to stay there again next time we are in town.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—centrally located between Austin's downtown neighborhoods, making it super convenient to explore the city. We often walked to where we were going, and Lyfts were always readily available when needed. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed, and had thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. We appreciated the in-unit laundry, tea selection, Nespresso machine, guidebooks, and makeup wipes—a few extra amenities that you don’t get at a hotel. This unit features a balcony overlooking I-35. Despite being close to the highway, noise was never an issue. The bed was a little softer than what we usually prefer, but we still slept great! Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Lastly, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out to match our evening flight. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The location is prime, it was a quick drive/Uber to lots of attractions and great bars/restaurants in the city. The space, itself was so cozy and inviting. The hosts were so proactive and were great communicators, I got great recommendations from them. I look forward to staying here again!

Another lovely stay! This was my third time staying here and it was just as comfortable, safe and smooth as my previous visits. Jason is a very responsive and kind host, the location is perfect and the place had everything I needed to cook my own meals. I will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for our stay. The amenities in the listing were very well-suited for a comfortable stay and clearly properly maintained. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and super flexible with our group's needs. I very much enjoyed where we stayed and would definitely stay here again when travelling to Austin.

The apartment looked just like the pictures and felt so cozy. The bed and pillows were super soft and I loved the pull out ottoman on the couch for lazy TV time. No issues with parking at all. The area the apartment is in was perfect and everything I was wanting to do was within 10-20 minutes driving distance. Hosts were friendly, communicative, and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
