Very nice and clean place to stay. Good amenities. Price is very fair.

House clean and stocked with everything, simple check in and owner available.

The arrangement and check-in went smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly. Host communicated quickly. From the photos it looked a bit like it was complete solitude, but it is not. There are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. One is even attached directly to the place of stay. By mistake, my children and I used the playground on the property, which was no longer a host, and the neighbor ran out on us. Otherwise, everything was OK

Spacious and very well equipped house. The two terraces with lake views are really very nice. Many activities are possible on site: bike rides with bins to cross the lake, paddleboarding, boat, swimming, not to mention visiting the beautiful town of Cesky Krumlov with its castle. In addition, the owner offers a rental service of boats, bikes and paddles, so all activities are possible without getting around. It's very convenient! The beach bar is very nice to have an aperitif at the setting sun and offers very good grills twice a week. In short, an enchanting place that we didn't want to leave!

Very nice house with a little older amenities but perfectly fine. You have everything you need. Super pool and very good barbecue area. The rooms are large with 3 beds each and each room has its own bathroom. There is no shopping in the village itself, but there is everything else, but you need a car. All in all a very nice house, a super friendly host and a very nice holiday‘.

David's house is a hidden treasure. The simple, clean and smart modern architecture of the house on one side set in the slope and on the other side by a total glazing open to the garden is not only visually attractive, but the house gives plenty of light, sun, air and cool even in the hot summer. The great design of the house and its amenities are embedded in a breathtaking garden including a natural pool. The house and garden are simply wow and the connection of modern design, architecture, and nature is like a textbook. Great communication with David, who was always ready to respond or vegetables available in the garden, are the cherry on the cake. We spent here with my wife and our pointer who worked perfectly in the huge and rugged garden, just three days, but we definitely want to come back if we can. David is a great host and his place is definitely one of the absolute best places I've ever been through Airbnb. I recommend 100%.

The stay was wonderful from the time of booking to checkout. It is a great place if you want to spend quality family time like we did over Christmas.

Kids loved the pool. Adults loved the sauna. The house had the perfect size for us. The children were playing upstairs and the adults were eating and drinking next to the kitchen. The pictures made the house and the pool smaller than it really was. This was a very pleasant surprise. In winter, with the windows closed, it is very quiet, but the house is surrounded by a train and a high traffic road, so I guess you hear all the noise in summer. We had a very rainy weather, so we couldn't enjoy the surroundings but there seems to be plenty of things to do around. We will be very happy to repeat our stay.

It was a good location. It was close to the downtown. We did not find a wine opener. We enjoyed the stay there.

We really enjoyed the stay. The highlight of the house was the hot tub and the view of the adjacent forest with lake. We just found it a pity that the residents of the other house refused us the sauna and thought it was not part of us. So we paid for the sauna, but couldn't use it once. We didn't feel like further arguments. Otherwise, everything is great!

We stayed at the place in early January and were mega thrilled! The place looks even more beautiful than in the pictures and also has extremely generous amenities. The contact with David was also impeccable and very friendly. He always responded very quickly! The place is really highly recommended!
