Villa vacation rentals in South Beach, Miami Beach

Good stay for the price! Clean and a good variety of amenities. We didn’t use the pool but did use the hot tub and grill which was nice. Being on the canal was cool to see boats go in and out. Close to airport so there is a lot of plane noise but really only noticeable outside. Very responsive hosts

We stayed at this Airbnb during our trip to Miami, and there was absolutely no complaints. Lissette was so fast to respond to all messages and request, and answered all questions clearly. When we got to the place, the entire house was clean, and things were provided to us such astowels, lotion, face towels, kitchen, utensils, etc. We had absolutely no complaints about this place. However, the only thing I would say could make this place even better, is a heater in the pool. Although, we did go in January, which may be a colder time in Miami, the pool in the backyard was absolutely freezing, and there was no pool heater. Nevertheless, had the time of our life and the host was great.

Beautiful property! The backyard was gorgeous. The home was very clean and had more to offer than we had time to enjoy in our short stay. We prepared a meal, and the kitchen had all the cooking necessities. Our host, Marina was super quick to respond and also very thoughtful and kind, as we were there during our son’s hospital stay. We hope to come stay again in the future under better circumstances, so that we can enjoy its close proximity to the beach, restaurants and other entertainment.

Was great for our large group celebrating a bachelorette! Appreciated the ability to drop our bags off early. Layout of 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great for getting ready (will note one of the bedrooms is a studio sep from the house). Only thing missing is more outlets in the bedrooms but we made it work. Living room was well sized with very comfy couch. Neighborhood felt very safe. Easy to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Casey was helpful and sent more paper products quickly when we ran out. House itself was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. House overall was great for our needs and enjoyed our stay

This house has everything you need to have a great time with a group of friends! Tons of great amenities, beautiful pool, lots of excellent sleeping spaces. Just a great place to relax and be outdoors in your own private spot. The house does not match the neighborhood it’s in, and there’s nothing nearby, but if you’re just looking for a house to relax in and enjoy, you can’t do much better than this. So many fun things to do, from when we checked in until we left we hung out in the backyard and had a great time.

Fantastic home with a fantastic host. Daniel was very responsive (down to the minute) and very accommodating. The home was spotless, large and open, with a beautiful backyard/patio/pool area. The home fit 11 of us very comfortably. We would highly recommend this place, and host to all ages. Thanks Daniel!

House looks just like the photos! Pool were heated in a perfect temperature! Grill and grill area are excellent and enjoyable! The only difficulty we found were the bathroom: there are 3 full baths but just 1 suite and one bath is in the laundry room. It is a nice bathroom but a little far from the rooms. This is very nice place to stay and my family and I do recommend it!

This place was paradise!! Was sparkling clean and nice! Patty was super responsive and made sure we had everything we need. We would definitely recommend this place and we we look forward to staying there again!!

The house, it's amenities, and location enhanced our vacation experience for our family of 6. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was very quiet. Loved the pool table, comfortable furniture and high ceilings! The only issue was that we were given no notice that the water was turned off from 11am - 6pm to deal with a pool maintenance issue during our stay which was challenging.

Just needed the heated pool to work other than that was great stay

Quiet neighborhood , the house is exactly as described, clean and comfortable.

Irina was super responsive from the point of booking until we returned home. She was always checking in to make sure we found the amenities. She answered all of our questions timely, even when it was very late and she didn’t have too! Irina was great in helping my daughter get her Apple Watch shipped back home after we left it. The home is big and we had a family of 12. All the amenities are up to date. Overall I would recommend staying with Irina!

Melissa was very accommodating and helpful every step along the way. Ordered us new trash bags and go same day delivery and was very helpful with troubleshooting WiFi when we had issues. Even late at night. Would love to come back here for our next stay.

The house is very large and has plenty of space for a big family. We loved the pool and with it being heated made it all the better during our time of visit! Xavier was quick to respond with any questions or problems we had during our visit.

"Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We just returned from our stay at Jacob’s house and it was incredible! The place exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was ridiculously comfy, and the shower was amazing! But what really made our stay stand out was Jacob's exceptional hospitality and of course the heater pool! He was incredibly responsive. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back! I highly recommend this place.

Our bachelorette party was 100% impressed with Lily’s home. Very clean, in a beautiful area & such a gorgeous backyard. Lily was quick to respond & very accommodating to us. We requested early check-in & late check-out & without any issues she allowed us to. We felt very safe & are very satisfied with our stay. Thanks to Lily, our bachelorette party weekend celebrating my sister surpassed our expectations. Thank you, Lily. We cannot wait to come back!
