Villa vacation rentals in South America

We’ve stayed all over the world and this is our favorite Airbnb to date. Kathy is so helpful with pre trip planning and answering questions about the home and area. The home is immaculate and comfortable and beautiful with amazing views. The included breakfast and housekeeping is top of the line and Liana and Nerys are a complete joy. They treated our children so well and were so fun!

This is by far the very best of the best from the minute you walk in and see the view of the ocean and infinity pool. You are in heaven. The kitchen has everything needed. Pots and pans plates blender for smoothies. Endless supply spices ice trays. Pool towels. Bathroom towels. Can’t ever say enough about the views and peace and quiet. Very very private. Lots of different sitting areas outside. This is our second time to the villa and will not be the last. Thanks raj. Can’t wait to come back.

The house was great! 5 bedrooms each with king beds and their own ensuite was really nice. The main area had plenty of seating and dishes and opened up to the outside area with pool and more seating. Beds were comfortable and the individual AC units in each room was nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Brendon’s place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. Brendon was a great host—responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful spot so happy we the opportunity to stay here

The villa was wonderful for my family! Plenty of space to be together or spread out. The pool was lovely; a perfect spot to relax & have fun. We had everything we needed to cook in the gorgeous kitchen. Proximity to the beach and commerce was also ideal. We were very comfortable and made many precious memories. We will be back! A few tiny cons: One evening we did leave one of our cars unlocked and someone rifled through the glove box and vehicle but luckily there was nothing in the car of any value. I reported this to the hosts. There are some minor repairs and upkeep that needs to be done to make this home truly top tier: one of the fans on the patio outside above the table was not working, there was a leak in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms so I had to put a bowl and plenty of towels to keep the wood from damage, the screen for the slider door in the FR is broken, etc… The hosts are eager to please and great communicators. Some small tweaks and this spot would be perfect!

Unbelievable Ocean View Home with Resort Amenities, Perfectly Located! We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, just a block away from town and four blocks from the beach. The ocean views from the property are truly unbelievable! Every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramas that made each day special. The home is located in a private, safe and quiet gated community which offers resort-like amenities including a full time concierge, a club house, snack bar and swimming pool, outdoor gym, co-working space and even chef and massage services, that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The proximity to both the town and beach was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to local shops, restaurants, and seaside activities without needing to drive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious escape with exceptional views and prime location!

My family and I stayed 6 nights at this property and it was beautiful. Very clean and appointed with everything we needed. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from Palm Beach in an area that felt more than safe. We did rent a car and that is something I would definitely recommend if you’re interested in this home. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and pool but Ana and the rest of the staff at Vacation Aruba were incredibly responsive, gracious and accommodating. They fixed what they were able to immediately and gave us a generous refund for what they were not able to fix in time. Overall we had a great time, the home was beautiful and the customer service was A+. I would definitely use Vacation Aruba again in the future.

As advertised. Lots of space and very private. The local property manager was great. We also found a number of very good restaurants that were close by.

Wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful condo. It was more than expected! We cooked breakfast and supper in the well appointed kitchen. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space - the beds were comfortable and linens very nice. All of the furnishings were top notch. The location can’t be beat. The beach was steps away and this condo has the best view. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the beach, and use of the boogie boards, kayak, and paddle board daily. We had Coco Loco delivered and ate at nearby restaurants - Margaritaville, Camparino, Surf Box etc. Between Alejandro and Blue Zone and the concierge at The Palms, our every question and request was taken care of. They booked transportation for us, helped to rent us a golf cart for the week, booked excursions, gave area recommendations and just made our whole trip seamless. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Costa Rica.

Had an incredible time at this wonderfully situated AirBnb with my husband and our 3 kids. Mya and her team were responsive, helpful, and very friendly. They helped us book excursions, airport travel, stocked the kitchen per our request prior to our arrival, and made an awesome chef (Dania!) available to us - Highly recommend! Dania made us shrimp tacos that we're still chatting about. The place is in a really well cared for resort, beautiful landscaping, and the house itself is just footsteps from the great pool that we all loved. The pool has a nice shallow beachy end for the kids, a bar, and a perfect view of the beach and ocean, which were just a few steps away. Also a great beach/ocean for the kids. On the evening of our first full day, a big sea turtle came up to the beach to bury its eggs. We were so pleased with our choice to stay here - highly recommend!

As good as it gets! Totally exceeded expectations. Geralyn was a wonderful concierge who organized our tours and transportation as well as a private chef for our final night. The house, pool and property was even better than the photos. Great location, literally, above the fray way up on a hill. Walk to grocery store and a few restaurants. 5 minute drive to many more restaurants and activities. Loved everything about it.

Outstanding stay but bring everything you need before you go up there because at night its difficult to for taxis to find.

I highly recommend Villa Kaleo ! We had a fantastic week vacation. The location and views were superb and Jony is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special . The home is even more beautiful than the photos- we enjoyed the patio and pool overlooking the ocean- with spectacular sunsets. Walkable to the Main Street with many options for shops, boutiques restaurants and cafes. A short walk to the beach where we spend most of our time . Plenty of space w 3 Bedrooms + 3 baths for our family - very comfortable with all the amenities . HIGHLY recommend !! We hope to be back one day soon.!

The villa and views were absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed their stay and definitely would like to come back one day.

Great house and back yard oasis. The pool was amazing too. At first it was odd -but we got used to it- to have Carolina (home representative) walking around in the early morning tending to the plants and other things, but after that you did not see her and had the house to yourself. If you needed anything, all you had to do was contact Carolina, and within minutes had the answer or issues corrected. We had a broken toaster and she had a new one there within ten minutes. All-in- all it was a great place to make memories. We would definitely return and also recommend.

Amazing house to stay in one house back from the beach. Couldn’t ask for a nicer home and can accommodate 4 couples if desired. Nir was great and very friendly in checking us in and answering all our questions. Even gave some local knowledge on the surf! The house is spotless and looks even better in person. Pool & deck are a great way to spend the hot afternoons away from the beach.

We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful with amazing views, the pool and hot tub were a nice way to end our days. The place is spacious and comfortable. Gloria and Jose were great and we felt always like at home. We would definitely come back

It was an excellent place for a family reunion. Some of the rooms were locked when we arrived, but after communicating with Miguel he quickly resolved the issue. The property is beautiful, quiet, and very clean. Alfonso (who is on-site) took care of us well by making sure we had everything. I highly recommended it. Thank you Miguel!

The stay was nothing but awesome, Ms Helen energy is absolutely amazing and her place outstanding, would definitely recommend , I felt right at home, I would definitely come back

Barbara’s place is central, private and everything you could want or need from a vacation. The patio in the back is amazing and provides so much shade from the strong afternoon sun. The pool with the sun shelf is ideal for kids (or even a plastic chair perch for adults) and all the creature comforts of home. Would recommend for a family (or two families to share) vacation. Everything is close by, several beaches, activities, dozens of restaurants and the Superfoods just a few mins away.

This place was beautiful! Would absolutely stay again- we didn’t love the rule about keeping the gate open overnight, didn’t seem like a great security measure, but otherwise 10/10!

From the moment we stepped inside, it became evident that this was no ordinary Airbnb. The carefully curated artwork throughout spoke volumes of Stephen's discerning taste, his profound love for Costa Rica, and his genuine desire to share this paradise with others. The condo itself was a haven of comfort, thoughtfully equipped with every conceivable amenity imaginable. Our mornings were spent on the expansive balcony, poring over maps and plotting our beach adventures for the day. The afternoons were idyllic, spent luxuriating in the private pool and gently swaying in the outdoor rockers until the evening settled in. While the resort boasted a pools, bars, and restaurants, we found ourselves utterly captivated by the allure of the nearby beach.We dined at charming beachside eateries, savoring the local flavors and enjoying the leisurely pace of life. The absence of long drives at night added a touch of tranquility to our stay. In essence, this was a perfect escape.

The condominium is beautiful very quiet with private beach, restaurant and supermarket there was no need to leave the house very nice, improved to the photos of advertising and Laura was always attentive to my inquiries and very kind allowed me to be with my 4 dogs. That was the best. We definitely want to come back. Thank you for letting us be in her house.
