Villa vacation rentals in South America

Joelina and Denzil's listing is nicely tucked away in a peaceful area. Denzil was very friendly and gave clear information. We felt comfortable communicating with him. The area felt safe and the pool was a nice addition. We had a nice stay.

This place is amazing❤️ This home is beautiful, well taken care of and clean. Everything functions as it should. Each bedroom has plenty of storage to keep the space clutter free. All the cleaning supplies to keep your environment clean inside and out. There were several hard to travel with items that the host supplied such as an umbrella for the beach, cooler and a yoga mat. Noella and Jenny were so helpful upon checking in, setting up a snorkel excursion and helping us with a dilemma that we had to deal with when we left. The restaurant on property is excellent. The food is always fresh and the staff is really friendly. I definitely recommend the ceviche. We also have the pleasure of having the local masseuse Anja come to our villa to give us massages and facials. I would highly recommend her. We will definitely be back. The House is Amazing & Oscar the concierge was very attentive and helpful setting up our daily excursions. This was a Great trip to Costa Rica!

Place was very comfortable and quiet peaceful neighborhood Kitchen was well equipped Beds for comfortable Pool was perfect along with beautiful sunsets Will definitely be back.... definitely need a car too

I would not hesitate in the slightest to give this place 5 stars. I booked here with my parents for our family vacation. There were 3 of us and the space was perfect. The rooms were clean and had GREAT a/c and fans. As a new Yorker I was nervous I was going to sweat to death at night seeing as the house was an open concept. Never once got hot at night. I also have never stayed anywhere that had duvets for the comforter. Again 10/10. The host Thomas set us up with ATVs and transportation to and from cobano and to our next air bnb He was very commutative with my million text I sent a day and always had great suggestions for everything The only two things we noticed that we would change would be no ladder or wall steps to get out of the pool If you don’t have upper body strength getting out will be difficult.lastly a few loose deck boards that should be replaced for safety. we couldnt have loved the house more. We already have friends asking where we stayed wanting to book!

The villa was wonderful for my family! Plenty of space to be together or spread out. The pool was lovely; a perfect spot to relax & have fun. We had everything we needed to cook in the gorgeous kitchen. Proximity to the beach and commerce was also ideal. We were very comfortable and made many precious memories. We will be back! A few tiny cons: One evening we did leave one of our cars unlocked and someone rifled through the glove box and vehicle but luckily there was nothing in the car of any value. I reported this to the hosts. There are some minor repairs and upkeep that needs to be done to make this home truly top tier: one of the fans on the patio outside above the table was not working, there was a leak in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms so I had to put a bowl and plenty of towels to keep the wood from damage, the screen for the slider door in the FR is broken, etc… The hosts are eager to please and great communicators. Some small tweaks and this spot would be perfect!

Unbelievable Ocean View Home with Resort Amenities, Perfectly Located! We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, just a block away from town and four blocks from the beach. The ocean views from the property are truly unbelievable! Every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramas that made each day special. The home is located in a private, safe and quiet gated community which offers resort-like amenities including a full time concierge, a club house, snack bar and swimming pool, outdoor gym, co-working space and even chef and massage services, that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The proximity to both the town and beach was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to local shops, restaurants, and seaside activities without needing to drive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious escape with exceptional views and prime location!

If you are looking for a wonderful condo, in a scenic and relaxing location with access to a little adventure, this is the right place for you. Playa Flamingo is a quiet and beautiful beach with both big and small waves depending on the time of the day. This condo community is also quiet while offering so many amenities. The staff are amazing and you never have to fight for chairs. The salt water pools and beach are just steps away from your condo. Dania is the perfect host. She planned our airport transportation, golf cart rental, surf lessons, fishing charter, and waterfall hike. Everyone was there (even early) when she said they would be. Costs were upfront. Dania really made this the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Better than an all inclusive in my opinion. Rent a golf cart and easily access restaurants and grocery stores. Food prices are high in the area. We have 2 kids, 12 and 15 years old, and all four of us can't stop talking about what a wonderful vacation we had.

This was a fantastic home base from which to explore all that the Manuel Antonio area has to offer. The main living space was super comfortable and all eight of us could spread out throughout the house and enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces. Geralyn, the concierge, really made the vacation one of the best we ever had. Also invest in Chef Gustavo! He does not disappoint.

This place was perfect with the best possible view of the city. Francis was very responsive and made the stay perfect. Will use this house again for future stays.

Great place! A walk (steep, but very doable hill) to the beach, restaurants and rentals/schools, etc! Beautiful view! We spent most evenings/nights at n the deck relaxing and listening to the waves!

The villa and views were absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed their stay and definitely would like to come back one day.

We had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities our family needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that there were plenty of common areas to relax and enjoy together. The location is ideal, peaceful and private, yet close to local attractions. Sharonna is an excellent host, communication was smooth, and coordination before and during our stay was effortless. She made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.

We had an amazing week at the property. Very private location. Everything was perfect.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t care about being close to beaches etc. It is an ideal spot to explore the beautiful island on your own. The host is very responsive, helpful and very welcoming which made our stay a real pleasure!

The house was beautiful inside and out. The outdoor living spaces and pool were great for our family. We spent half of our time exploring the island and the other half relaxing at the house. It was a great home base for our family of five. Would highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely wonderful stay! I visited with a few of my college friends, and everything was seamless and smooth from start to finish. The place was picturesque in every way—beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was also perfectly located, close enough to the beach and nearby restaurants to make everything convenient and hassle-free. Stephen's villa was amazing. My family and I ( 2 teen children and 1 husband) stayed for 8 wonderful nights and we were sad to leave...back to chilly Canada. As others have mentioned, Stephen's place is well stocked with kitchen necessities, spices, coffee etc.... I loved waking up every morning and having my coffee on the patio. We saw birds, cats and our friend, Lizzie the lizard every morning. There were lots of monkeys down by the beach in the mornings. We alternated between going to restaurants for dinner and cooking at home. We never did eat at any of the villa sol restaurant. The only negative, which is by no means Stephen's fault is the night time raccoons. They prevented us from eating dinner on the patio outdoors. By night four though, we started playing music on our speaker, and it seemed to keep them at bay. I would 100% recommend Stephen's place and would not hesitate to stay again.

The property was very clean, in a good location central to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was ample. The back yard was very nice with the covered patio, swimming pool, bbq grill, and lawn furniture. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear) was wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped. Dishwasher, clothes washing machine and dryer were very useful. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home with our family.
