Waterfront vacation rentals in Sousse

We had the most fabulous stay at Nadia's families' apartment. We were met by the family and they couldn't have been more welcoming and made us feel right at home! They were so helpful and kind and we can't thank them enough for their kindness and generosity to us during our stay! The apartment was extremely comfortable with two terrace areas and a BBQ, which we used one evening. It is fully equipped with everything you could need including a washing machine. It even has some supplies to start you off so we felt like we were living in someone's home. It was a bit chilly during our stay so we couldn't use the terrace as much as we would have liked but the lounge area was very comfortable. We loved the view overlooking the boats. The apartment is extremely convenient with a supermarket on the doorstep as well as restaurants and other shops and cafe's right there! Thank you to Nadia's family for a wonderful stay, we will never forget your kindness...

First of all, Malek is a really great, open and helpful host, what made my stay an excellent experience, with no stress at all. The apartment was really clean, all the necessities provided, as described. It is placed in a great location, 2km to Port El Kantoui and 7km to Medina of Sousse, 2min to the beach, restaurant and a mini shop. Malek was also really patient and awaited my arrival from the airport during night hours. Malek is also a responsive person, with very good communication both before and after booking. Thank you Malek for being such a great host!

Moving neighborhood that lives at night. Close to beach and restaurants. Meriem who received us, was a good welcome and responsive to our questions. As specified in the listing, in the evening there is atmosphere in the neighborhood and for those who want the greatest calm do not go there.

Responsive host. Spacious apartment with a very large balcony in a very good location with the beach just downstairs. We had brought our KiteSurf equipment and were able to do it on site. A few nice restaurants and bar on the side of the building. Medina and Corniche within walking distance (30-45 minutes) or 5-minute drive or taxi. Thank you Sami for sharing this beautiful place with us. Looking forward to coming back

Nizar and Khalid were amazing and always there to help and answer questions. Beautiful place but need some minor touch up. Over all it’s a beautiful 3 story townhouse. Would definitely go again and recommend

A place that aspires to tranquility was at rest. A few cables from a beautiful beach with turquoise waters, the house offers calm and remains conducive to rest. Our hosts were very responsive and attentive. We will come back!

We had a lovely stay. Maher was a very accommodating and friendly host. The villa is located in a very quiet area of Hergla but the main area is within a short walking distance, including a range of restaurants, cafés, and the beach. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the outside facilities are great. We would like to return the the villa again in warmer weather to make better use of all it jas to offer. Thank you Maher.

The apartment is very comfortable equipped with modern appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, clothes washing machine, TV with wifi for connection to streaming apps. The neighbourhood is laidback, friendly people, country town feeling. The concierge Mohammed was always just a holler/text message away for any assistance or information I needed.

Great stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the harbor, which makes getting around very easy. Imane is extremely responsive and flexible. We arrived late, but she waited for us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this listing for a hassle-free stay.

superb apartment and very friendly host

This location offers walking distance to many good restaurants and is only a few steps away from the beach. I think it would be hard to find something good like this for a similar price in Sousse. Samy was extremely helpful through our entire stay aswell. If you want to experience Sousse, especially for a longer stay, I highly recommend you rent this apartment.

This was a great place to stay, far enough from the overly touristy places to get a proper experience of Tunisia, and close enough for a comfortable stay. The beach is right there.

We recommend your stay at the Folla residence which is superb for resting and more particularly in Samira's apartment which is located on the good outside (the quietest side of the residence).
