Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

A very nice place to stay. Especially quiet in the preseason. Large outdoor space for your own use and drinking coffee directly by the sea😊. We really enjoyed our stay in Kyma Beach during early April. It was very clean and it's a lovely "secret" location down by the beach. The 2 local restaurants were just opening up when we arrived and both served excellent food. Thanks a lot.

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. We stayed in Frangokastello for a week with our three children in the fall. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional foods as gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The accommodation itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the proximity to the beach. In the low season, the place is very, very quiet, there are only a handful of taverns in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

The complex is structured around a pool that is not large but still ideal for the number of guests. The outdoor area is well equipped with the availability of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a small gym but not too equipped. Very well cared for and clean, the interiors of the accommodations are essential but equipped with all comforts. Our apartment for 4 was perhaps a little small, the two beds in the living room are not completely comfortable and ideal only for children; keeping them open they lost indoor space in the living room even if there was still a table on the terrace to eat. Daily cleaning service and change of sheets every three days.. impeccable! The nearby beach has a tavern and a bar with sun loungers, we have always preferred to go around the west area of Crete and not stop there.. it is the ideal location to visit by car Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna and all the west beaches. 5 minutes by car from Kissamos and 20 from Chania.

The villa was outstanding, the pictures really do not do it justice. Perfect location & absolutely lovely. Matthaios was a brilliant host , aided by Rena, who was lovely. We had one small problem which Matthaios sorted out immediately. Thank you. We felt very looked after. The welcome basket contained Rena's fantastic homemade cakes & biscuits & utterly delicious olive oil, along with other local treats. We had such a brilliant stay we will be back for sure. We were two couples sharing this apartment and it was well equipped and spacious, as per the photos. The beds were comfortable with good quality linen and it was nice to have shower and beach towels. The large balcony was a great space with a good view but two of our party have slight hearing issues and the traffic noise made conversation difficult at times. However the location of the apartment is great with such an interesting beach and sea view. We swam frequently and it was easy to pop down at all times of the day and evening. The walk to the old town was pleasant and easy and it was well worth a walk to the castle. We had a problem with the fob not working to access the parking area but Constantine responded quickly and resolved it. Despite the parking space being on the small side we had no issues with a medium sized car that fitted 4 adults and luggage comfortably. Constantine met us to show us the parking and apartment despite being quite busy which we appreciated.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place! Thank you very much!

Perfect for our extended family. We had both houses. The villas looked exactly like the pictures. Lovely, quiet and safe space for both big and small, right on the beach. A couple of cozy tavernas are close by. The shops are a little further away, so we recommend renting a car. The pool areas were cleaned every morning and the hosts were very accommodating if we needed anything. Emmanuel and Yannis were always available for questions and very helpful. We had a great stay at the villa for a week during a shoulder period. The proximity of the villa to a fabulous cafe and restaurant was great, with only a short 100m walk to both. The villa is super comfortable and decorated tastefully. Nikos arranged a hire car to be dropped off and picked up from us at the villa which was so convenient. We had a late check in and arranged to find some sandwiches from the cafe in the fridge, a bowl of drukte, bottle of wine and biscuits - a very welcome surprise. This is a great option to come and stay even during the low season.

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Perfectly designed accommodation, very good design, perfect technical equipment, very friendly reception, some food for the first day is ready. Wonderful view, good beds, well-equipped kitchen. Nice terrace. However, a busy city road runs along the back. That doesn't bother you in the living room. Because of the very good and quiet air conditioning, you can sleep in the bedrooms with the window closed, then the traffic noise is hard to hear.

Amazing villa in a really beautiful location. House is very private and great to explore the south coast from. We loved the pool and gorgeous sunsets.

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. We had an unforgettable stay at the Seastar house! It's a real little paradise with its private access to the sea (you fall asleep to the sound of the waves), its dreamy sunset and its ideal location. The absolutely lovely host came to pick us up on the road to guide us, gave us good advice for visiting the premises and answered any questions we had. Delicious homemade cakes and succulent candied figs awaited us upon arrival. The house is small but very well arranged; the kitchen is well-equipped, beach slippers and towels are available, there are several spots around the house to eat, rest, barbecue or bask in a hammock. Parking is available which is very convenient. You can walk to a nearby tavern. But once there, you're in paradise between the sea and the flowers; you don't want to leave at all. Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well-equipped, we didn't lack anything. The three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a very beautiful, wild beach, we loved it! I can't wait to go back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really enjoyed the special touches upon arrival. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great vacation 😊

The two villas were absolutely perfect for our group of two families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. Eleni was very attentive she greeted us and offered early checkin and offered us some cozy suggestions on how to spend our time since it is off season, nothing was too much trouble. The villas had everything we needed, and the rooftop sauna was a standout feature we thoroughly enjoyed. The nearby beach, just a 5-minute stroll away and the area offers plenty of walking space.

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, Amazing attention to details- this place has EVERYTHING you need. Highest quality of hosting. We will be back
