Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. We stayed in Frangokastello for a week in the fall with our three children. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional food gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The property itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the beach. In low season the place is very, very quiet, there is only a handful of tavernas in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

Waking up with this view made us question if we are still dreaming :)

The villa was outstanding, the pictures really do not do it justice. Perfect location & absolutely lovely. Matthaios was a brilliant host , aided by Rena, who was lovely. We had one small problem which Matthaios sorted out immediately. Thank you. We felt very looked after. The welcome basket contained Rena's fantastic homemade cakes & biscuits & utterly delicious olive oil, along with other local treats. We had such a brilliant stay we will be back for sure. We were two couples sharing this apartment and it was well equipped and spacious, as per the photos. The beds were comfortable with good quality linen and it was nice to have shower and beach towels. The large balcony was a great space with a good view but two of our party have slight hearing issues and the traffic noise made conversation difficult at times. However the location of the apartment is great with such an interesting beach and sea view. We swam frequently and it was easy to pop down at all times of the day and evening. The walk to the old town was pleasant and easy and it was well worth a walk to the castle. We had a problem with the fob not working to access the parking area but Constantine responded quickly and resolved it. Despite the parking space being on the small side we had no issues with a medium sized car that fitted 4 adults and luggage comfortably. Constantine met us to show us the parking and apartment despite being quite busy which we appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place! Thank you very much!

Perfect for our extended family. We had both houses. The villas looked exactly like the pictures. Lovely, quiet and safe space for both big and small, right on the beach. A couple of cozy tavernas are close by. The shops are a little further away, so we recommend renting a car. The pool areas were cleaned every morning and the hosts were very accommodating if we needed anything. Emmanuel and Yannis were always available for questions and very helpful. This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Perfectly designed accommodation, very good design, perfect technical equipment, very friendly welcome, some groceries for the first day are ready. Wonderful view, good beds well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace. However, there is a busy city street at the back. That doesn't bother you at the salon. Because of the very good and quiet air conditioning, you can sleep in the bedrooms with the window closed, then the traffic noise can be heard little.

We couldn't have picked a better place to host our wedding. Liberty and Freedom team are great at everything they do. We have been planning for over a year with them over email, calls and skype and they have made the process so smooth. They are always making it stress free and communicating everything. Our wedding was absolutely magical! It was everything we asked for and we Thank Rita, Maria, Stavroula and Yiannis for making sure it was wonderful. Also staying there was fabulous, the villas are absolutely lovely, clean, moderny. Amazing villa in a really beautiful location. House is very private and great to explore the south coast from. We loved the pool and gorgeous sunsets.

We stayed at the end of October and could not have been happier with this villa. it was spotless, spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. The access to the water park for free was excellent for the kids and the last day of opening for the season was on the day we left. The facilities were excellent and the lovely pool and outdoor barbecue area were all great to use. Lots of local supermarkets and restaurants within a km and good access to the beach. It's a first floor property which might be an issue with the steps but we liked having views from every room to the sea and beach. We couldn't really ask for anything else in our stay and if we come back to Crete we would look to stay here again. It's a short drive from Chania. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, offering help with hire cars and local amenities, but they left us to it. We had a great holiday in Crete and a lot of this was down to this superb accommodation we were lucky to find available for our stay

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. Thank you (both) eleni’s for all you did to make our holiday so Memorable. Anne

Lovely stay, in a lovely house with a wonderfully attentive and kind host. Really good position for touring Western Crete, a car is obviously a must but the drives to places are really spectacular ( most drives are just over the hour to the south and west coasts). We did stay in November which sees very quiet roads and deserted beaches - like most of the Greek Islands the shoulder months are the time to see them at their very best. We would love to come back in Spring.

Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack for anything. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a beautiful beach, wild, we loved it! Can't wait to come back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really appreciated the attention when we arrived. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great holiday 😊

The two villas were absolutely perfect for our group of two families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. Eleni was very attentive she greeted us and offered early checkin and offered us some cozy suggestions on how to spend our time since it is off season, nothing was too much trouble. The villas had everything we needed, and the rooftop sauna was a standout feature we thoroughly enjoyed. The nearby beach, just a 5-minute stroll away and the area offers plenty of walking space.

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, Amazing attention to details- this place has EVERYTHING you need. Highest quality of hosting. We will be back
