We had a great time at Alberto's house. The property is fully fenced which was perfect as we had traveled with dogs. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool and the quiet location, from which you can make beautiful hikes. Here you can spend a quiet few days away - the photos absolutely correspond to reality. The icing on the cake would be if the beds were a little more comfortable and the dishwasher was better serviced so that the dishes can be cleaned properly 😉 Good and helpful communication with Alberto and nice contact with his local staff - a stay is definitely recommended. Monchu was so welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. The house was clean and perfect for our family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool was clean and refreshing. The kids loved playing soccer on the lawn and throwing the ball for Enzo, the dog. The main house is nearby but we felt like we had full privacy. The neighborhood is great, with beautiful roads for running or biking with views of the Picos. Llanes is a short drive away. It was truly perfect!

It was a quiet stay with a beautiful outdoor space a spacious garden, area with barbecue, tables to dine on the street and the interior very cared for and comfortable. In addition to the fact that the host was super friendly and always looked out for us. Highly recommended.

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Quiet accommodation in a rural area with beautiful landscapes and close to places of interest. Good communication with the owner and manager. Comfortable house in general for a large family, despite the stairs and with all the necessary accessories, nothing negative can be highlighted, because everything was very good in our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We loved that it combined the tranquility of the village with the proximity to emblematic sites, excursions and walking spots. It is close to both the mountain and the sea, and a few meters away a restaurant that ate fable. We will definitely be back.

A fantastic traditional house well situated for enjoying Comillas town and beach. This is a home from home feel, the house has clearly been used as a personal holiday home for decades and so it is filled with comfy details, interesting things and a very well equipped kitchen. There is WiFi too, which pleased the teenagers in the party. Parking is a little tricky at high season (July-August) but the main road above the house is a good place to find a spot if the closer by parking is full. We recommend Quo Vadis restaurant for Pizza and lovely pasta. Our group took great advantage too of the surfing beach 10 mins drive away from the house. Oyambre Surf company had surf board for hire on a walk in basis at the beach. Comillas is perfect for a multi-generational family holiday. Thanks to Florian and Veronica for their help.

Our stay at Ethel's was simply perfect. We fell short of 5 stars, because every detail exceeded our expectations. Although our visit was brief, it was undoubtedly the most special. The house is beautiful, impeccable and with unbeatable privacy. The location is excellent, and thanks to Ethel's recommendations, we discovered a nearby path that led us to an amazing place. Ethel is a wonderful host, attentive and full of details that make the experience even more special. And what about the cats: they are charming and give an even more welcoming touch to the place. A quiet, picturesque and well located place, with the beach very close to walking, the only thing more complicated is the parking , because in August it is a stop of tourism and there are few places to park.

We had a great time at the house. It has everything you need. The location in a very nice quiet village next to Cabezón de la Sal and a few minutes' drive from the beach. Rocío is very nice, she gave us directions for things to do nearby and recommendations for places to eat. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Rui's house. We will never forget the view of the San Glorio pass from the in-home couch. We were there in March, the weather wasn't great. It was snowing and raining. Even so, we could always count on wonderful views without moving from the couch. Rui's place is well heated. When the temperature went below zero degrees outside, we really appreciated that. In addition, the home has all the amenities you can think of: a bread maker, a washer-dryer, a coffee maker, a toaster, etc. The house is right at the beginning of three hiking trails. You are surrounded by majestic mountains. We sincerely recommend Rui's home. Hope we come back someday.
