The dome stands on a 70 m2 flat with overhead over the water where there is access to a boat and fire pit shoe. The dome also has a toilet room. Velkommen til Skogrand som mine oldeforeldre Aagot og Olov kjøpte som sommerhus i 1918. Det ligger sentralt plassert 15 minutter fra Trondheim lufthavn og 25 minutter fra Trondheim sentrum. Huset har alle fasiliteter og mange små soverom. Det ligger for seg selv med stor tomt og hage omringet av skog og jorder men også rett ved veien med enkel adkomst og god plass til parkering.
