Lander's place is amazing. It is located in a very quiet area on the mountain, perfect for a few days of disconnection, but close to the necessary amenities in Markina which is only 5 minutes away by car. Communication with him was very good, he responded quickly to messages, he was very attentive. The reception was made by a relative of his who lives in a nearby village and was also very friendly, giving us the necessary instructions. As for the house, it has all the necessary kitchen utensils, lots of crockery, and highlight the detail of leaving us tablets for the dishwasher. The rooms were very cozy, match perfectly with the description and photos posted on the ad. Also to be grateful for the amount of towels there was for the shower. Finally, the terrace and garden area was a real wonder. All in all, we all left very happy about the place, promising to come back and above all recommend it. A liking!

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. A beautiful home to stay in Stunning location with wonderful views and the surrounding countryside was fabulous. Irati and her family made us very welcome including our two dogs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house was spotless and had every home comfort. A beautiful beach at Laga which we managed to visit with our dogs. Many beaches in Spain do not allow dogs but one part of the beach was accessible for them. We very much enjoyed our stay We made the most of the pretty garden with the pergola and bbq.

The cottage is truly amazing - we enjoyed the great pool, the house was clean and we had all we needed. Desiree is very friendly and responsive and quickly resolved any questions we might have. We loved the area and made a hike to Castillo de Allendelagua and read the interesting story about the templar knight Camilo de Carbajales. The house is close to the highway which takes you whenever you want to go. I can highly recommend the cottage and thank the host for the hospitality.

We had a great time at Ana's place, the perfect location. Everything was clean and tidy.

The stay at Carmen's place was great! Communication with her from the first moment has been very good and has clarified all the doubts that could have arisen for us! The house is great and has enough space for all the guests it marks in the description. We have gone with two babies under 2 years old and they have also really enjoyed the stay! The shame is that it has made us bad weather and we could not enjoy the garden but we did not have the bbq of which the accommodation has. All the stays are equipped with what you need and the heating in autumn winter works great! The environment of the place is beautiful so in good weather it has to be a joy to enjoy it! If you are with a group this is a perfect house between the coast and Bilbao. Very responsive host and as a bonus a heated pool 😉

We were nine friends and there was room to spare, the house beautiful and huge, everything was clean and tidy. We fell in love with the porch, in the morning you could see horses and the countryside. Lucia and José are very friendly and good people, we had a problem with the car and they helped us in everything, very attentive to us but with a lot of respect and leaving our privacy. Totally recommended, we will be back 100% if we can. ❤️

Teresa was also very kind to our request for a late check-in since we were very late compared to the agreed time. We were three families and the house was perfect for our group with spaces for everyone.

I really can't recommend this place enough! it is absolutely amazing. The house is gorgeous and so well renovated. Amazing attention to detail. The pictures don't do it justice. Udalla is so peaceful, but yet so much to do. Kayaking on the river, mountain biking, hiking..they are all at your doorstep. Plus, the neighbours are so lovely and helpful. I can't wait to rent from Andrea again. Perfect hostess!

A very pleasant country house located between two national parks including Gorbria mountain and a 30 minute drive from Bilbao. This is perfectly placed to explore the Basque Country whilst being in a quiet surrounding. The house is fully equip with multiple rooms, a fully functional kitchen and multiple bathrooms. This makes it perfect for big family's and group trips. The host is very responsive, friendly and communicative which provides reassurance in the case you have any questions or concerns. Overall I would be very happy to book this AirBnb again and I highly recommend it to others. 5 stars.

This house was absolutely breathtaking. Although it is not in a main city it is definitely close by and worth a stay. This place overlooks a beautiful vineyard and makes you feel like you're in a little oasis. The outdoor entertainment was amazing with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue that allows for wonderful nights enjoying your time. The views are incredible, the town is peaceful. Hosts were extremely kind, helpful and gave great recommendations.

Beautiful cottage in the middle of nature, yet very well connected to the village with shopping. Very cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Teresa and Abel welcomed us very warmly and gave great tips for excursions. Highly recommended!

Pepa is an outstanding host, she was attentive to any setbacks we could have, in addition she gave us a detail upon arrival, a quant in the great area! The house was in perfect condition, we had a couple of inconveniences and fixed them right away. It is not easy to have a house of such dimensions without having some minor setback. The setting is very pretty. In short, we had a phenomenal stay.

Fully equipped house, the first time I find all kinds of utensils and cleaning products. Very spacious and comfortable, the porch and garden a luxury, located in a very quiet village with sufficient amenities. Very well located, near all areas of interest. Highly recommended. To repeat without a doubt.
