Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. A beautiful home to stay in Stunning location with wonderful views and the surrounding countryside was fabulous. Irati and her family made us very welcome including our two dogs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house was spotless and had every home comfort. A beautiful beach at Laga which we managed to visit with our dogs. Many beaches in Spain do not allow dogs but one part of the beach was accessible for them. We very much enjoyed our stay We made the most of the pretty garden with the pergola and bbq.

The cottage is truly amazing - we enjoyed the great pool, the house was clean and we had all we needed. Desiree is very friendly and responsive and quickly resolved any questions we might have. We loved the area and made a hike to Castillo de Allendelagua and read the interesting story about the templar knight Camilo de Carbajales. The house is close to the highway which takes you whenever you want to go. I can highly recommend the cottage and thank the host for the hospitality.

We had a great time at Ana's place, the perfect location. Everything was clean and tidy.

We've spent two days on Christmas 12 adults, a boy and two dogs and it's been great. The house was as seen in the photos. The kitchen in the house downstairs is huge and we were able to eat all together without problems. Communication with Asier was quick and easy, he answered all our questions with infinite patience. I recommend it 100%.

Lander's place is amazing. It is located in a very quiet area on the mountain, perfect for a few days of disconnection, but close to the necessary amenities in Markina which is only 5 minutes away by car. Communication with him was very good, he responded quickly to messages, he was very attentive. The reception was made by a relative of his who lives in a nearby village and was also very friendly, giving us the necessary instructions. As for the house, it has all the necessary kitchen utensils, lots of crockery, and highlight the detail of leaving us tablets for the dishwasher. The rooms were very cozy, match perfectly with the description and photos posted on the ad. Also to be grateful for the amount of towels there was for the shower. Finally, the terrace and garden area was a real wonder. All in all, we all left very happy about the place, promising to come back and above all recommend it. A liking!

Very nice long weekend with the family, very good stay, comfortable. A very quiet area, a house with lots of activities and very complete. Totally recommended

Casa Lucía is ideal for spending a few days with family or friends. The area is very quiet, the landscape accompanies and is located a few minutes walk to the center of Mioño or by car in the center of Castro Urdiales. Talk first of all about the kindness and details that the owners of the house have had. From the first moment the communication has been filmed, facilitating anything that we have needed. Far from being a problem, living next door has been a luxury. Let no one take away from sharing the building, the space is perfectly soundproofed. The living room is perfect for meetings as well as the outdoor porch. The living room where the auxiliary sofa is located, is also a perfect place for those who need to isolate from the large living room for a while. The rooms are spacious, in two of them perfectly fit two 1.35 beds. From the living room, another slightly smaller room is accessed, but spacious for the 1.35 bed available. Wishing to come back again.

Teresa was also very kind to our request for a late check-in since we were very late compared to the agreed time. We were three families and the house was perfect for our group with spaces for everyone.

Beautiful rural garden refuge in the heart of the Merindades, an area of impressive natural beauty and full of lovely medieval (from 10th century on) cities and towns. Santi has put a lot of time and effort to build his private refuge and we felt grateful he shared with us. Him and his wife were fantastic hosts and full of helpful suggestions. Their dogs Jackie & Chan were affectionate and playful. The place was huge, well decorated and spotless. All amenities, modern kitchen and cabinets, great bathrooms with a jacuzzi, working wood burning stove and a huge garden with a sitting/dining area and pond with ducks. Private parking of course. Butrera is a tiny town with a lovely romanic church but just a few miles of Villarcayo with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket. A really unique place in our extensive experiences with Airbnb's. Our one regret is that we were there only two nights but we will be back to this astonishing area before international tourism discovers it.

if you want to disconnect from everything surrounded by nature this is the perfect place, everything is better than good ,we were super comfortable the house a pass of pretty and everything is great, thank you emelina for letting us have an amazing weekend.

The house and setting are wonderful. The house is complete. It had pretty much everything. There was nothing missing. I even had complimentary coats in closets… host and co-host of 10. They provided us with very useful info and even sent us promotions that the town of cantabria had launched, with 70% discounts on many services, and the one we used in the cabarceno park, accessing it for a price of less than €10 per person. Very grateful for everything.

We had a beautiful week staying here with our family. The views from the house and balconies are stunning. We watched sunrise and sunsets all week across the valleys. We loved having the freedom of the farm, collecting fresh produce for breakfast. The property is beautiful and so comfortable. Our family with two older teenagers were very happy with multiple living areas and choices of rooms and great wifi. The local area is stunning. We loved exploring the region, the wine, the mountain walks, the art, the beaches, the small villages and the history of the area. We can’t recommend this place enough for a wonderful holiday.

This house was absolutely breathtaking. Although it is not in a main city it is definitely close by and worth a stay. This place overlooks a beautiful vineyard and makes you feel like you're in a little oasis. The outdoor entertainment was amazing with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue that allows for wonderful nights enjoying your time. The views are incredible, the town is peaceful. Hosts were extremely kind, helpful and gave great recommendations.

Beautiful place to be in nature, the nearby village has sea and several places of interest. The house is very complete, to live it for months, is like being at home.

The stay at Alexia's place was excellent. The house transmits a lot of tranquility due to its decor, distribution and environment in which it is located. The host Alexia is very helpful and friendly. The price is somewhat high, but for a few days it is worth it.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.
