Shane and Craig’s home is truly a phenomenal oasis in the middle of the redwoods. The multi-level property offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest while also offering every amenity (highly functional and well-designed kitchen, homey living space, two separate sleeping areas, hot tub and lounge chairs with views of the surrounding forest) one would need for a restful vacation. The town of Guerneville is only 5 minutes away with access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, wine tasting rooms, and the Russian River. Highly recommend as a couples’ getaway or family/friends’ trip.

Truly lovely home. High recommend. We had a group of 3 which I feel is a perfect number given the layout. Very stylish and enjoyable to hang out in!

Ryan & James place is a real gem. We had such a special, peaceful stay and enjoyed all the amenities, views and nearby hiking and beaches. You can hear the sound of the ocean waves from the beautiful deck. It was everything we wanted for our little romantic getaway. Thank you for sharing with us!

Such a charming cottage in a tranquil setting. Only a little over an hour from the city but feels like you are worlds away. House layout was great for my family of 4 and the hot tub was such a nice addition. Will definitely be back!

This was an amazing stay for me and my boyfriend! They had everything that we needed for the week and made sure we felt comfortable staying there! Will come back again very soon. Probably one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend this private Airbnb if you want to get away and explore nature.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Cherie’s cabin for two nights and had a fantastic time. The place is super cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We read a review mentioning concerns about cleanliness, but in our experience, it was spotless—we were very happy with that. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing and added a romantic touch to the whole stay. What we loved most was the stream flowing right next to the cabin—the sound created such a calm, tranquil atmosphere. We had the best sleep ever! We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

This was our second time staying here and we immediately felt comfortable. Beautiful surroundings, easy walk to the Roadhouse and comfy beds. Very quiet and peaceful. Will come back for a 3rd trip!

This is an absolutely extraordinary property. You feel like you are in a nature and also in your own private spa. It has a lovely rustic quality. I was staying there on a cold night so definitely a little chilly but the space heater did well at heating up the cabin and I was very cozy. Would love to stay there again in the future. Jill was easy to communicate with!

Cherie was a fabulous host and was very accommodating for any request we had. The Cabin is exactly as described and it was the perfect getaway to visit some vineyards. The courtyard is very private and was perfect for enjoying the hot tub. Be sure to stop in at the Rio Nido Lodge for amazing Cocktails and the food was so good with really reasonable prices! 5 star stay all the way!

Gorgeous redwood location, very close to Korbel and geurneville. Lovely room, comfortable bed, hot shower and great touches such as the robe for the shared hot tub.

We stayed for 5 nights over spring break. Myself, my wife, my 6 and 9 year old daughters and our mini labradoodle. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything but food. The walls are covered with fun art and decorations. There are clear instructions all over to help figure things out. My six year old really appreciated that the outdoor shower, to get off all the sand before getting in the hot tub, had hot and cold water. They clearly have a dog because there are little dog toys around and our dog found an extra dog bed under the people bed. Stinson Beach is a smaller town than we expected so there were not many shops and restaurants in town. At first we were disappointed that there was not much to do, but after the second day we really appreciated just relaxing and hanging out with each other and playing at the beach. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to any of our friends and family.

The cabin is very quiet with great views. The wood stove is more than sufficient to keep the place warm just be sure to bring some kindling and some paper. There was also a nice list of suggested spots and a record player. Overal a lovely stay.

Had a lovely two days at Timber Cove Hideaway. We love going to Timber Cove Resort in nearby Jenner...and I can say that this is a similar experience (amazing view, cool vibe, great location) but you get ALSO get a whole house, kitchen, deck, hot tub grill, privacy, etc. at a better price. The view is even better than what I expected from the pictures. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked: condiments, coffee, more appliances than I have at home, flour, sugar, (I could have baked a cake there). The fenced in porch was excellent for our dog. It was so cozy to have the wood burning furnace while we watched the sunset (the furnace and vent system seemed really high end). The 12pm checkout time was probably my favorite feature, we felt like we got an extra day. 10/10 for bird watching (lots of woodpeckers) and they have a set of binoculars which we used to look for whales. Loved hearing the croaking frogs at night. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect retreat from the busy city! My partner and I (and our dog) loved the peace and quiet and listening to the frogs and owls as we fell asleep. The cottage was stocked with every cooking tool we needed (even a waffle maker). The location was perfect and we made trips to the redwoods, sebastopol, and bodega bay during our stay. All of the instructions Sue sent were very clear. We will definitely be back to recharge at this magic cabin again!

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria's cabin. We loved everything about it. Sonoma Raceway was an easy 10-minute drive away, and the view was beautiful. I wish we had more time to spend at this unique cabin, we would definitely stay here again.

Our little family loved our spring break at the cabin. highlights: quiet, serene space, with a creek! minimalist digs with the focus on the forest great kitchen and dining area tastefully updated, yet still rustic comfy beds extra space heaters in downstairs closet plenty of towels things to note: The shower is in a claw-foot tub and it's a hassle. The shower curtain wouldn't quite stay put, it sticks you, and it felt like we were getting water everywhere, which made it hard to reach our soap and shampoo. Great for soaking but not so great for daily showers. Stepping out over the side was challenging for my son. The wood stove is a Franklin stove. Great for ambiance but doesn't do a lot to heat the cabin unless you constantly feed it with firewood. Plan to bring some to use in addition to the provided space heaters. There weren't a lot of extra blankets available that we could find, but the heaters kept us warm. All in all, beautiful, quiet, no cell service, perf.

Cute and cozy cabin by the waters. We visited the Point Reyes, lighthouse and the beaches. Pristine and calm location. The cabin was very clean and both the beds was extremely comfortable. Kitchen also well equipped to cook small meals and enjoy your coffee. Overall very well decorated and maintained cozy home 🏠
