Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like we were staying with friends and will happily be back.

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. There are no weeds. The pool and surroundings are also very nicely laid out, lots of space. We had a very relaxing holiday. Thanks very much. Anja and family

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Cosy apartment with real fire

Kristina is an amazing host, the rate of response to any question is first class. The property itself is great with outstanding views! The pictures do not make justice to the view really, you never get bored of it from all side of the house. The 3rd bedroom is on the small side but fully functional, the swimming pool is really a splash pool (probably 5x2.5m) but perfect for a cool down in summer. There are quite a few public swimming pool around (the fiuggi golf pool is very recommended). The house is semi-detached but the neighbour (Ivanka & Luigi mentioned in the house manual) are very discreet if you want privacy but ready to help if any issue - the best of both world really! All round great rental & amazing host, thank you!

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.

A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Perfect location to visit Rome, quiet area near Caffarella Park with all connections within walking distance.

Great studio, it has all the essentials. The area is also very quiet. Stayed for 2 days, for the use I had to make it was perfect, being close to Cinecitta World. Lorenzo is a very helpful and friendly person, great information and above all clear. Easy and time-free check-in and check-out. Surely if I need it again I'll be back.

Detailed check-in instructions provided by the host. Host was very quick to respond to any requests. Accommodation was exactly as described; especially liked the backyard porch. Short walk to all local sites. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

Unfortunately the "LOVELY BLUE" apartment was not available due to a breakdown however our host provided an alternate location that was very nice, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of rooftops in the surrounding area. The apartment was very affordable and a good location (walking distance to the Metro Subway Station, close to a Grocery store as well as a few restaurants in the area). The one bedroom / sofa bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Our host was excellent in addressing the numerous questions we had as well as offering tips for travel and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again!

The house and garden are a dream to be a dream to be. Everything very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for holidays on the beach. Located directly on the sea with beautiful and clean beach. The children also used the hammock and loungers by the house. Cozy food on the veranda and the barbecue area were other highlights. We highly recommend this house!

After many Air BnB experiences, we think this might have been the best. Antonella's friendly welcome combined with the superb accomodation made it an experience to remember and we hope, repeat many times.

The house is equipped with everything and more. In addition to the classic accessories present in many (but not all) the accommodations (hairdryer, iron, clothesline, kitchen accessories...) here is the world... hair straightener, immersion blender, thermal bag for the sea, food containers, insect sting stick, Xbox😲... Every time we needed something, it was there! The house was super clean, the garden was wonderful with a hammock to enjoy the evenings in the cool. The fully equipped barbecue area. And last but not least, everything you need for the beach: umbrella, lounge chairs, beach towels. There are not many shops, but there is everything you need and within walking distance, including an ice cream shop and a restaurant that's not bad. The sea is not very close but easily reachable in a few minutes by car (free parking not difficult to find) or with electric bikes made available. Mauro and Vladimira were two delightful people, present but discreet. I will definitely be back

We will be going back again drfineitly a lovely place to stay home from 10/10. Friendly host , any thing you need is never too much to ask.

The house was impeccable, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. Staying there was like feeling at home, a cozy and comfortable environment. I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.
