Our stay was amazing. We came off season and it was magical to use the hot tub in chilly weather. The hospitality went above and beyond... Even bringing us extra bottles of water without being asked and surprise breakfast in the morning! Beautiful tranquil location with a lovely view, beautiful terrace, and a short drive to the beach. Excellent communication. See you next time!

The Casetta of 90 m2 in Grottaferrata lays nicely in a guarded area and is a separate and detached house from the main house. It is nestled on top of the condominium in a green garden, and there are some stairs to reach the accommodation. Though very close to the town of Grottaferrata, by foot (5-7 minutes), there is quietness and privacy, and at the same time, restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming, and the owner was very friendly and available. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking at home, and the living room space invites cozy evenings. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work, a feature we were looking forward to. Nonetheless, this place is worth a visit and very recommendable at all seasons. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

We came with a sporting team after a long drive, and we felt at home immediately. Our host was kind, helpful, the house was as described, clean, nice, heartwarming. The kitchen was well equipped, even the garden was perfect. Thanks a lot, when we go to the Rome area, this will be our base again!

We felt right at home in the townhouse. The space was absolutely sufficient for my partner, my two children and me. Amenities are modern and the place very clean. The pool is on a beautiful meadow and there are lots of sunbeds. Parking spaces for one car are also sufficiently available. On the terrace you have a great view of the sunset. From the property you can quickly reach restaurants or shopping by car as well as by public transport. In general, I highly recommend a stay - we were very happy to be guests!

Gaeta in low season, where you can walk in the sun and finally enjoy the beach without the building parade of vulgar umbrellas. And in the evening, listen to the old stones of abandoned churches, forgotten by tourists and soldiers.

Detailed check-in instructions provided by the host. Host was very quick to respond to any requests. Accommodation was exactly as described; especially liked the backyard porch. Short walk to all local sites. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

Very clean and very comfortable apartment. Just a few minutes from the supermarkets and the sea (inside the Colleromito Consortium, in the evening you can stroll inside the Consortium of which the house is part). The owner Roberto was very helpful and kind from the first phone contact for all kinds of our requests. 4 state-of-the-art air conditioners are available to keep the whole house cool. The kitchen is equipped, complete with 2 fridge + 1 very spacious freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven+oven. The TV is present in the living room, guests' arrangement is also available to connect the TV+ your devices. 2 bathrooms with showers. The interior of the house is well cared for, easy to clean. The real plus is the garden with lots of greenery that is always good for the view and heart, with a patio where you can eat or experience recreational moments. Parking inside the Consortium. We had a lovely stay! It is very quiet and beautiful. We worked from home and the house suited us perfectly. Lots of space and even a gym! Spacious kitchen!

Ilaria and her husband are great. They were hospitable and helpful. Always ready to accommodate our needs. The house is comfortable and the amenities are nearby. With a little girl and a dog, it's definitely a great solution.

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

Was a great house, very private, Gabrielle was very responsive and helpful. It is very very quiet at night and very dark, so I suggest maybe bring a night light with you if you can’t sleep in total darkness. Very nice bathroom and kitchen and an easy private place to park. Over all very good. 5 stars.

The house was impeccable, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. Staying there was like feeling at home, a cozy and comfortable environment. The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

We stayed 4 nights in this clean , comfortable house, close to the sea, with a nice terrace where you can comfortably eat and barbecue. Giorgia was very kind and made us find everything in the house ...we were divinely...we will definitely be back...highly discouraged

My wife and her mother stayed with my toddler for 3 weeks. Cinzia had baked a cake when they arrived and Cecio frequently brought them eggs and fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment is clean and the garden is very well maintained. As hosts Cinzia and Cecio were super helpful, even organising a rental car which is necessary for trips to the town and beach. They had a lovely stay and would recommend this place.
