Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Songkhla

Very clean place. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable to stay in and family friendly. Shops available nearby but closed early. Need transport to travel to city. Owner came by to give bottled water. Especially for elderly, be careful of the slippery marble flooring.

It is in the heart of the city around the new market. It is easy to find food such as a noodle shop, a fat shop, a Siri store selling porridge, selling pork blood guts, a new place, clean, comfortable, a score of 10, giving 100.

i like the house its kinda a little hide in a back alley but the place so cosy despite in the middle of hatyai town

This Airbnb was a gem! The location was perfect, with tons of delicious food options just a short walk away. We loved exploring the bustling night market and indulging in the BBQ buffet. The house itself was spotless, even beautifully decorated for the holidays, and had such a cozy vibe. We really appreciated how easy it was to check in and out, and the host was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. He even provided complimentary water which was super convenient for our stay. The mosquito racket he provided also made the stay more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Wattachai’s place is very near to the Hat Yai central, walking distance. The unit is nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Had a great time there and would definitely repeat again if given the chance. 5 stars!

Kwan and Nancy were responsive on any enquiries. The house was clean and strategically located. Felt like right at home when we first walked in. Kwan even dropped by on the last night to give out some candies to my kids. Overall its definitely worth staying here and will definitely stay here again if i ever come to hatyai

I love this place and there are good facilities, cleanness. I had bad experience with a host assistant, I texted him via the green chat platform (WA) but he didn’t respond me back. Unclear structure how to check it and didn’t send me in advance before checking in. A customer must ask first how to check in. Badly monitored and didn’t respond a customer’s doubts.

Good 5G Wifi, not much noise except for the motor cycle starting sound around 7 30pm, responsive host, many grocery stores nearby, Night Market and Central Mall is walking distance. Lovely Housekeeper.

Clean and tidy Worth for family travel with kids Privacy place

Loved the accommodation. Room was very clean. You can get very nice view of the sunrise from the rooftop and there's also a swimming pool up there. It's windy everywhere. I spent on the vending machines at the lounge area almost everyday. The amenities were complete. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay and would recommend :)

Wane and Jesada are very nice guys and helpful, always fast response. The condominium has a nice big swimming pool. Gym is also good.

It was a little bit difficult to find, but Gina was responding quickly to any questions. She was very helpful and attentive. The condo was small, as most of the condos in Thailand, but the building has a fantastic public swimming pool and a good gym. The condo had all what we needed, was very clean and Gina also had prepared some extra items that we had not expected and liked a lot like bottled water in the fridge, some crackers, soups, noodles and coffee in the kitchen. Public areas were not crowded at all. Renting out the condo via AirBnB is something that obviously is not supported by the neighbourhood and the security staff always seemed to have an suspicious eye on us. But it worked quite o.k. telling we were visiting friends for a couple of days. The location next to Central HatYai is extraordinary making it a convenient and also very safe place to stay. In summary: highly recommended. You can handle almost every situation in English, but speaking Thai really helps around here.
