Vacation rentals with a patio in Son Parc

The place is exactly what we were looking for and what you can see in the listing. The development where the house is located is spotless, very familiar and quiet and can be parked without problems. I was going with a little girl who really enjoyed the pool (super clean, and with lifeguard for many hours). The area is very very touristy, but we already knew it when booking (we prioritized the comforts of the environment and that with the car you are as close to Ciutadella as brick). For Javier's attention we can only have nice words. He is very friendly and very responsive, and helped us with everything! A 10! Thank you so much for everything!

Great host and very helpful with insights on what to do on the island. Local area is nice and calm with good restaurants. Also well located next to a great club, Cova. The flat was very clean and cosy.

Ideally located, the accommodation is in a quiet residential area, with a beautiful swimming pool. Spacious and well-appointed apartment, we did not miss anything. Thanks to David for hosting us. If we come back to Menorca, we already know where to sleep next time.

Superb location, walkable to beach and town centre. Great value for money!

Coming as a couple with a 9-month-old baby, we had a great vacation! The space is as described, the place is clean and well decorated. It is also VERY well equipped, nothing missing (kitchen utensils and appliances, beach amenities, chair and crib, storage cabinets etc...). It is also well located in the village, everything is within walking distance and the beach is close. But what most caught my attention is Ivàn's sympathy! He is a thoughtful host, very responsive to any questions, and very friendly in his messages. Highly recommend! PS: thanks for the gift 🤩

We had a great stay. The area was very quiet. When we asked about a kettle one was purchased for us. Don't forget a torch if coming back in the dark as the lockbox was too dark to see. A few instructions in English for the cooker and washing machine would have been useful but worked it out eventually.

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

We had a really wonderful time staying in Andrew and Elise Joy’s beautiful house. It is ideally situated to explore magical Menorca. There is all you need by foot from the property- beach, restaraunts, shops etc. We had a car and managed to explore the whole island very easily from there. The house itself is very comfortable and clean and loved the style. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace and the (very clean) pool and jacuzzi. Communications were super easy and helpful and they gave excellent local tips. We really appreciated our stay and highly recommend this property! We were four adults and one child and there was plenty of space given the two bathrooms - it worked really well. Thank you Andrew and Elise Joy - we hope to come back!

Beautiful villa and pool, amazing and peaceful location and still only 10-15 minute walk to all restaurants and bars. Only 20 minute walk to beach which is also stunning and great for kids as water is calm and shallow. The whole area feels very safe. Charlie was amazing answering any questions quickly, provided clear instructions on the villa and also left some welcoming treats which was very helpful so thank you for making our holiday stress free. Would highly recommend this villa!

We had a great weeks stay at Martí’s place. The apartment itself was spotless and had absolutely everything we could need as a home from home with a toddler (including a large travel cot, child friendly crockery & cutlery and even a potty!). The location was ideal with it being a 10 min walk to 2 beaches and a selection of bars and restaurants. The pool area within the complex was lovely too with a guy coming every day to clean the patio area and the sun beds. We’ll definitely be recommending to family and friends and would stay here again! Such a lovely place. The photos definitely don't do it justice. Easy to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. and get the bus into Citudella. We didn't rent a car and was absolutely fine. Highly recommend!

Magical place in nature. Oasis of peace. Silence and tranquility. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The pool is fantastic Silvia is always attentive and available. The cats have love. Close by car/motorcycle to beaches, restaurants, water activities.. etc. there is no place the same. I would repeat a thousand times ;-).

Prado was brilliant; very responsive, super helpful. The house was very clean and really well kitted out for a family stay. We really enjoyed the house. Lovely location. Happy to recommend. The only down side was noisy chickens (which is totally out of control of the host) which woke up very early in the morning in the garden.

A beautiful week spent in this home for three (two adults and an 18-month-old baby). The bed and chair for the little one were set up and installed upon arrival, the clean accommodation and necessities are available on site which facilitates check-in. The area is charming and the accommodation is well-equipped and the hosts are responsive. Be careful, however, the wifi is capricious.

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We managed to check in before time which was really handy. Scott was an awesome host with clear communication and very friendly help. The apartment is ideal for 2 guests and had great views o f the ocean. We went to the recommended restaurants and really enjoyed the entire time there. Thank you Scott you were great!!

Stay in early October. One of the best places we have booked on Airbnb in a quiet and pleasant area this season. Perfect apartment, we were fine. Pretty pool for those who want to do laps, just a few people. Easy street parking. Restaurants and supermarkets a 5-minute walk away. Beach less than 10 minutes. Comfortable beds. The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

Unbeatable apartment in Cala Galdana, 3 minutes walk from Cala Galdana, where you will find a quiet atmosphere, turquoise waters, chiringuito and hammocks. You have nearby the best Restaurant de la Cala such as Trevi, El mirador, media and franchesca. In addition to supermarkets. If you want to see live shows every night just minutes away you have the hotel melia. In front of the apartment you have parking for the car (you will always find a plaza). If you want to use taxi in front of the cove you have a line but I assure you walk you get everything you need. The apartment is as it is in the photos, although the best thing is that you will feel at home xq you have everything, the air conditioning works excellent, a terrace with spectacular views, super clean and even though you are very close to everything, at night you can't hear any noise. The hostess will help you in everything you need, friendly, polite, always ready to look for solutions to what you need and collaborate. I will be back thank you

Very nice house, very quiet place. gated condominium with pool, clean outside. We were very welcome and Mr. Carlos very helpful and always attentive to our messages. I recommend it and will be back!
