A very nice place. Hipólito and the local team have gone above and beyond to provide a pleasant space both indoors and outdoors. To fully enjoy the place, it is worth visiting in a sunny day, since it could be cold (wearing a jacket and umbrella is important). The area is quite quiet, although there is light and heavy vehicle traffic due to the proximity of the road. The staff is willing, hospitable and generous, they are attentive to what is required. It is easy to reach both by private vehicle and public transport since it is on the main road, however, if you want to tour the area, which has restaurants, hot springs and spas and some nearby populations it will be much easier to use your own vehicle since the distances are not short. Thank you for your help, I would definitely come back.

We loved Santiago's house. Sure we will return because it is a spectacular place and a very comfortable and well equipped house, with space for many people . The only drawback we had was with the bathrooms: one smelled like a pipe and another flooded the shower. We hope this is resolved because we want to come back !! Highly recommended.

It's a wonderful place, with amazing views and several hiking options. Alejandro was always very attentive and cordial. It's an excellent place to rest, relax and enjoy nature, highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Over all, our experience with Paula’s home was quite nice. Paula’s place is very well laid out. There are three levels with a rugged mixture of wood floors, exposed steel beams and glass windows with incredible views of the lake and surrounding mountains. My only grievance (if you can call it that) is that it felt more like B&B instead of an Air B&B. There are two live in caretakers who are incredibly friendly. However, their presence is noticeable and required to enter and exit the property at any time as it is a gated property. We also noticed that there were several cameras throughout the interior of the property in the living areas, as well as the halls. While I completely understand the need to protect one’s investment, we found it a little disconcerting and felt that we were being monitored throughout our stay. Other than that, the overall experience was ok. If you travel with a large family and aren’t bothered by our above reasons, then you should consider it.

This is a fantastic place for those seeking a peaceful disconnect from everyday life. The cabin is cozy and well-equipped throughout. Jorge was exceptionally attentive and ready to help at all times. Despite being in a cold climate area, the cabin has excellent heating amenities that kept us perfectly comfortable. Access to the property is straightforward, with good road conditions and easy-to-follow directions via Waze. We highly recommend this cabin for your next getaway.
