Beautiful accommodation in the center of Comillas. Super clean and cozy. Victoria provided us with everything we needed (we were with a baby and needed a cot and high chair). Flexibility in the schedule, both to get in and out. Also mention for Maria, the person who gave us the keys , super nice and close.

Great stay to spend the end of the year in Santander, very easy arrival to the accommodation without any problems,very central. Although there are bars below and there is noise when you go to sleep, you can't hear anything because it faces the other side of the room. It's like being in your own super cozy house everything,the living room is a tipzo kitchen. The terrace that has closed for sitting and breakfast is very nice. If we come back we will definitely do it again. 10/11

Gorgeous location and fabulous hosts. Xavier was really helpful with so many amazing recommendations of places to go, where wasn't worth going (for our timings/taste) and we really appreciated it. The apartment was lovely, the garden too, and it was a very well situated ,comfortable place to be. Right at the centre of so many places to visit - and stunning local area.

Accommodation about 15 minutes from downtown Santander. Nice and quiet area to stay. Comfortable and spacious parking. The place has everything except dishwashers and products like detergent, wipes, etc. that we have missed. Full and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Uncomfortable and small sofa for hanging out. The television has apps, but no TV channels (or at least we were unable to use it). It also misses some more intimate and ambient light, since it only has the ceiling fixtures. Easy and friendly communication with the hostess.

Stayed at Carmen’s apartment for a week which we really enjoyed. Carmen met us at the apartment and showed us around which was great . The apartment itself was very comfortable and plenty of space for 2 couples. We found the area to be very handy for both the beaches and for walking into town centre for food and drinks. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay when in Santander and plan to return in the future .

The stay in the apartment terra y arte has been very good. Very equipped and nice apartment, good cleaning. The host Ismael, very attentive at all times, I inform us of the activities in the area and give us a gift with anchovies from Santoña, a detail.

The apartment is very well connected to the center and has everything you need to spend a perfect stay. It is just as shown in the photos and communication with Raúl was very easy and quick. We'll be back!!

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel's and his fathers house! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and thoughtful, with complimentary treats that made us feel right at home. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic – just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. Plus, there's a great bakery nearby that became our daily stop. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Lourdes is a very welcoming and warm host. Extremely helpful. Her place is lovely, everything you need is there. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, the water, grocery stores, and a secure parking spot close by. I highly recommend her place. Especially if you are coming by boat , it is so to get her place from the port. Check Lourdes place and Santander!

Begoña's place is great, and he was super friendly with the time of arrival and the doubts we had. The location is perfect for spending a few days in Cantabria, very close to everything! Highly recommended.

Very nice well furnished apartment. Lots of light and very quiet. Kitchen well equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Very comfortable bedroom. NOTE: Google maps did not bring us to the correct building which made our arrival difficult. It would be helpful if Marta supplies the map co-coordinates. Thank you Marta for a lovely holiday.

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

Family with 2 kids stayed in last week of October 2024. Ana was very responsive and made the stay very easy with good local recommendations for beaches and places to eat. Excellent apartment and location right on beach and within easy walking distance of all you need. Santander is a beautiful city and El Sardinero the best place to stay for walks, beaches, restaurants for families. The bus into the city is right next to the apartment and worth several visits at least. Wish we’d had more time and would recommend Ana’s apartment

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

The property is in a great location and the description is very accurate. Unfortunately the owner is a smoker and there was a lingering smell of tobacco which was detected on our clothing. Other than that, a perfect stay
