We are used to the RBNB and the accommodation offered by Marie Claude and the one we prefer. Nothing is missing at all. We feel like we are in the House. It's just Wow. Marie Claude is very pleasant, caring, and anticipates any situation that could inconvenience the stay. The apartment is in the very center of Arras with all the amenities of the Parking everywhere. Line the apartment by itself is very well arranged, very convenient to use. Every time we go to ARRAS, we stay with Marie Claude. She is adorable 🥰 and generous. With all our sympathy S&F

A wonderful family weekend with our daughter. Frédérique (Chantal's cousin) was lovely from the first contact. The apartment is conveniently located and allows access in a few minutes to the center of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. No complaints, we'll keep this address for the next time!

We had a lovely weekend at Valerie's apartment. Everything was perfectly clean, and you really felt your kindness in every detail. Between the toys, the books, the stuffed animals, the safety gate on the stairs, we were able to let our 2-year-old son play in peace, which is rare when traveling! The proximity to the sea is a huge plus. The sheets smelled wonderfully good ☺️ We felt pampered with gourmet touches upon arrival. Thank you so much for everything, we'll be happy to come back ☺️

We stayed urgently at Yolande's place and even late in the evening, the host helped us out and welcomed us. The house is clean and comfortable and in a peaceful location. We sleep very well there I would recommend it 100% . Just perfect. Thanks again

Great place (for those who are not afraid to go up 3 floors - at worst it's excellent for cardio💪), close to the sea, close to the Casino, supermarket restaurants and a bakery, peaceful in this season (Toussaint), easy street parking on the square (and free from October). Modern decor and comfortable accommodation. Great self check-in and checkout. The bottle of beer as a gift on the table when you arrive, a little attention that makes a fly. ☺️ NB: be careful maybe for those who are tall, the apartment is arranged in old attic, you have to lean a little into the bathroom and kitchen, but nothing bad. 📐

A big thank you to Vincent for his welcome and kindness with whom I was able to communicate by phone before (to get information) and after the stay (to make sure everything was in place). We stayed one night to pick up from our bike trip (Paris -> Mers) and leave in the early morning after a shower and a good night. The apartment was spotless. Recommended!!!

Very good welcome by Alain for his cottage Everything is there, or even more. Perfect for a weekend where everything is on site. Lots of nice little touches. Our bikes were carefully covered by Alain after they made room for us to put them in the yard. Alain is very attentive
