El apartamento es muy bonito con una excelente vista y ubicación, la cercanía a restaurantes, bares y supermercados lo hace muy conveniente. La zona es bastante segura. Me moví por la ciudad con la ayuda del señor Iván, quien es muy respetuoso, responsable y honesto. Cuando regrese a Barranquilla no dudaré en hacer de este apartamento mi primera opción, estoy muy agradecido.

Luis is a great host, always helpful. We stayed in his apartment for the Carnival. The location is good . Safe area to walk at night. Nothing bad to say about him or his bnb.

Increíble departamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para una gran estadía. Ubicación estratégica, todos los artículos que necesitas: necesitaba una tijera y hasta eso tenían. Es tal cual que en las fotos y Neal es un 10.

My family love the place. it is very cozy and comfortable. the location is perfect to go up town or downtown. I felt very safe, since there's security at the entrance 24/7 and they are very polite and helpful. neighbors always willing to help. they even had a public event at the parking lot and there's plenty to do around the city. I definitely will come back and stay here.

Amazing and beautiful place. Jhony responded all questions and concerns. The elevator doesn’t work for 2 days, the TV upstairs wasn’t working and the drain in guest bathroom was clogged. All minor issue that did not take away from such a great experience.:)

Wonderful The only thing you didn't know is that the pool was in Manrenimiento from Monday to Thursday

this was an excellent Airbnb experience. this property certainly deserves five stars. It is a clean, easily accessible property in a very safe and walkable neighborhood. in addition to that, the apartment has every possible amenity. I would highly recommend this place to someone else.

I enjoyed my stay at Maria’s home. Uber rides were typically around $1.50 USD. There were restaurants within blocks. There was a grocery store on the same street a blocked down. I felt safe in this neighborhood. The home was clean and looked like the photos, the AC worked great. We could not figure out how to get the TV to English, but that is OK. We were in Columbia. The only thing that people might want to know is that it is a very firm bed. For me personally I like softer beds, but my spouse really enjoyed the firm bed. Each person is different some people like soft some people like firm. I had no concerns. I would recommend. Maria is very helpful and willing and available to answer. Any questions at any time.

nous avons adoré le condo. tout était propre, l'accès à lamplage en 5 minutes de marche. l'hôte repond rapidement et aide beaucoup. sans oublier la piscine et les jeux d'eau pour les enfants. le condo est très récent et nous retrouvons dans la cuisine tout ce que nous avons besoin pour cuisiner. par contre il est important de prévoir faire une épicerie avant d'arriver car le dépanneur du coin n'a pas beaucoup d'aliments. nous avons dû improviser pour notre part avec des oeufs et du pain. la sécurité est présente sur place et le stationnement privé sécurisé aussi. lors de notre séjour il y avait beaucoup de vent donc c'était bruyant la nuit. Air climatisé super fonctionnelle et très apprécié, comme l'eau chaude de la douche, rare en Colombie. je recommande grandement

Nos fue en términos generales bien. Puede mejorar la limpieza del lugar, no se siente muy limpio al entrar, especialmente baños y cocina. Excelente ubicación y en portería son muy amables.
