Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Solan

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Auriga Villa in Dharampur, Himachal Pradesh, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The property itself is immaculate, with every corner squeaky clean and well-maintained, just as depicted in the images. You can feel the attention to detail in every aspect of the space, making it incredibly comfortable. A special mention to the host, Ankush, whose hospitality is top-notch. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was simply outstanding – each meal felt like a warm, homemade treat. Lastly, caretaker Yash deserves all the praise for his superb service. He was always available, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend Auriga Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming place to stay near Kasauli.

The location of the place could not have been better - right in the heart of Kasauli, facing the iconic Church. airbnb shows the location a little off the actual place, but the directions given by Mr Rajender and Mr Rajesh were dot on. The rooms were neat and clean. Rajesh Sharma ji was very helpful in guiding and arranging things when needed. He has thorough knowledge about the town.

The whole experience from enter to exit was really amazing. We stayed in villa 20C for one night. The care taker Mr. Prem was very hospitable and took great care. Mr. Maqbool the manager was very warm , explained all about the property and made our check in and check out super smooth. The views are amazing. Property has a beautiful club house, coffe place, wood fired pizza, amazing in house food, pool, tt, kids room and what not. Highly recommended and great for family or friends. Five stars well deserved.

Great place to stay with wonderful hosts. They made the changes requested for the bookings and accommodatedour requests. The place offers wonderful home cooked food at decent prices. The rooms are very spacious and kitchen well equipped too... The terrace in front is a perfect place to see the moonrise and have a bonfire with friends. Now coming to concerns which can be well managed but need mention. Parking is a bit uncomfortable if you have big car like Creta or any SUV and you will need it to access the tourist points as they are 20 mins drive from here. Another issue is the location is nearly on road....vehicles coming and going might disturb the tranquility. Butsince mornings and evenings are beautiful here and then you are out trekking in Kasauli this should not worry much. The place is perfect for everyone except old people with difficulty in climbing stairs. It offers good child safety for kids and your child can enjoy in terrace in sun......will come for a stay again because the warmth of the hosts scores above everything

It was a family holiday after a long time with our pet . The place was beautiful with a breath taking view, away from daily hustle bustle. Loved the neighbourhood, very simple and friendly . Berochan Sharma (co host) was an exceptional host. He went out of his way to help us and make us feel comfortable. While there are restaurants that deliver food at home , there are also some local shops close by to explore . All in all a great trip. Highly recommended

Dont go by the pictures posted here, this homestay is far much better than the photos uploaded, it is one of the best property near the outskirt of SHIMLA. This property won't cost you much but will offer you more like beautiful view of the valley, neat and clean rooms, good staff, delicious food and last but not the least PRIVACY.

The place was really nice and cozy. The balcony view from the master room is amazing, during day and night. Its perfect for spending your vacation with a close knit group , helps bond and enjoy some peace and quiet. The owner and caretaker are really great. They stay in constant communication. We were quite late for out check in and they contacted us a few times to make sure we were safe and sound. Even after check out the follow up is good. Overall it was a very homey and cozy experience.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was just as described. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The view from the rooms were magnificent. Host were really helpful and communicated well.

Had a nice and comfortable stay for 2 nights. Needed kitchen as I had gastro issues. Was able to cook food with stuff I was carrying, just missed the fridge a bit though managed as weather was still cool. The place is spacious for 3-4 guests and views from balcony are lovely to sip your tea or drink at night. Its on main road but no noise in night. Was a good location for our purpose of birding, 20-25 mins to Chakki Mod. Host was friendly and responsive and took care of all our requests. Highly recommend the place if you are looking for something in Dharampur.

The place is lovely. I always have double thoughts while booking airbnbs cuz i have OCD and i need the place to be super clean and she was spot on with that. Any issue i had was resolved within no time. The place is lovely. The caretakers are extremely homely. I got sick in between and they even arranged medicines for me. Overall very nice experience. The pictures don’t do justice with how beautiful the view is from the bnb. Easily one of the best bnbs I have ever been to. The caretakers were really warm and nice as well. They took good care of us and our stomachs. I would highly recommend this gem.

We had a very good experience at the property. The property is well situated which gives a 270 degree view of the valley. Services were up to the mark especially the cook who provided good food. Although the snacks were not that great but the main course prepared was good. We had 2 dogs and they were also very comfortable as there was lot of space for them to roam around.

Don’t think about it. Book it! I was there with 2 toddlers and family and the host made sure we had a beautiful experience. They don’t have a kitchen (has a microwave) however their chef puran made sure we get everything we needed within minutes. From chai to milk for kids to the amazing food he cooks. The food was to die for. To stay at a beautiful place is one thing but to be treated with such love and care is hard to find these days. Saying it again- Book it!!
