Apartment vacation rentals in SoHo, Manhattan

Bobby’s place was great for my birthday weekend!! It felt right at home and more ❤️ The only thing I can complain about is that there are barley corner stores lol but that has nothing to do with how great of a host Bobby was, thank you! I hope to come visit again 🙂

If I could give 11/10 I would! Sal was simply the best host you could ask for! Incredibly responsive, full of great advice and very hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much Sal. If we are ever blessed enough to return, we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dianna’s studio, it had everything we needed and more including coffee, cooking utensils, toiletries and great local recommendations. The location is great for saving money with an easy commute on the PATH train into Manhattan. There is some occasional noises from the heating (resolves when heating turned off) and occasional street noise at night but ear plugs are thoughtfully provided.

Our stay at Shauns was great! Quick 5 min walk to the Broad St train station and from there a 20 minute train ride to NY. Felt safe walking around even at night. Noise was minimal, if any, from neighbors. If you're sensitive to road noise and sirens I'd recommend bringing a white noise machine. If you plan to do laundry throw in a couple pods in your luggage. There's a Walmart Superstore nearby for delivered groceries and necessities. The comfort level and space was great. The shower was very poor. The pull knob to turn from bath to shower is not working properly so the water pressure is horrible. I also had to do some minor cleaning upon arrival. Something was splattered on the bathroom door and the wall where light switch is was very dirty. But other than that it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Mignon‘ s apartment. It was pretty clean and spacious. The bus stop to New York was very near and easy to find. Express bus using NJ transit app was pretty helpful. Also, we appreciated the parking lot in front of the apartment. Thank you.

Its not uncommon to stay at an Airbnb that looks great in the pictures and falls short of expectations in reality. That was not the case here at all. The place was larger than I expected and was fantastic. It was easy to walk to town and the location was extremely quiet and peaceful.

The 126 bus is about ten minutes one way from Port Authority Bus Station (wait about ten minutes, we sit at this frequency from 6am to 10pm), this station is located in midtown, very close to Fifth Avenue Times Square, and his station gets off at 10th Street (see Peper&Parlor shop down), 3 minutes walk (there is a small supermarket around the corner for a snack), the overall location is quite good.The floor of the house is too old to walk lightly every day otherwise the sound will be loud, the kitchen has almost all the tools you want, the napkins are also full, the microwave refrigerator oven oven toaster pots and pans The coffee maker has a nice smell, there is a nice smell, there is a very cute hand soap There is also a variety of guide pamphlets and special little details to find by yourself (the shoot is especially nice), there are two storage spaces inside to find the comforter, the bath is comfortable is the power of the water is slightly soft, no brush toothpaste, other issues The host will promptly tell you the solution or help you out (the communication is easy to reply, the host will speak Chinese).The host is walking barefoot in the house (explained some level of cleanliness), the bedding was stained (presumably the one that was not washed), if it was not a clean habit (my mom would use alcohol to rewipe it over), it would feel very clean.It is still very cold in the middle of April, the sun is very warm in the morning, the window can be carried up to ventilate with a screen window. There is a simulated heating stove that blows the air breeze is very practical. The air conditioner in the living room feels like it can only blow cold air (or I won't use it), and there is a heater in the small room and I don't know how to open it.From the bus to see the whole neighborhood is quiet, safe and neat and beautiful, less than 10 minutes walk from the seaside park (looking out to Manhattan), there are restaurants and shops one street and various supermarkets, McDonald's is also about a 10-minute walk, the host is very friendly and hospitable.(The arrangement of the house is so beautiful that the baby and the treasures who love to take pictures will love it).

Henry’s home was just as listed. It was worth what we paid for, a nice place in a good area. Henry was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend booking with him.

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

That was a nice and clean experience. Wish I had more time to stay. The sweet little notes all around the house got me 😀 See you again

This locations was central and easy to find. Street parking was great, there was many spots and I had no issues. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I came for a short weekend stay and I had no issues, would recommend for a quiet get away. I didn't stay in the airbnb much, as I was busy with other activities and came late. But I did feel safe there. It is downstairs with someone living above but I had no issue. The accommodation inside were great; tea, coffee, sugar, etc. I would definitely stay again, especially because of the peach of mind with parking and safety.

We had an amazing stay for our first ever trip to New York. Nestor was helpful with any queries we had and pointed us in the right direction for using the public transport into New York. I would highly recommend staying in New Jersey as the bus links were fantastic for getting in and out of the city and to and from the airport. The apartment itself was perfect for our small family and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Once again, a big thank you to Nestor for hosting us.

Frank’s place was exactly what we needed, perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet location, easy commute to and from the city, with great stores and shopping options nearby. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The desk, chair, and whiteboard are wonderful additions: perfect for anyone working remote! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy and we definitely enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Absolutely recommend 😊 Thanks Frank!

This is an absolute gem for a stay in NYC. Very close to the Apollo Theatre (unfortunately, our schedule did not align with their „Beginner‘s Night“) and the subway, you‘re met by a kind and helpful host in Milton. Also, the place is incredibly quiet, making for very relaxing nights. Thanks again

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Very cozy and well set up basement apartment! Hospitable host, nice hot showers, parking in the area, and a backyard for my dog was all great!

This felt like you were just at home. Between the amazing host and their hospitality from beginning to end you would think you’re just visiting your aunt and cousins! Everyone was very pleasant and the house was the most beautify thing I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants luxury in Brooklyn to stay here!

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.

Erica and John are outstanding, sophisticatedly pleasant and thoughtful hosts. In a zany city, the private apartment was a perfect and welcome quiet oasis. In fact, this AirBNB experience very effectively propped up an otherwise high intensity subspecialty mission at St John’s Episcopal Hospital, only 7 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the experience was so good, that the next subspecialist just opted in for the next couple of months. The bed and sheets are very comfortable; the kitchen has a state of the art coffee machine, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Water and shower were hot. Air flow and temp adjustable from a modern digital thermostat Air outside was fresh (not far from the beach). Also very walkable 5 minutes to the A Train to Manhattan. Parking on the street - I always had a spot. I never needed anything the 16 days that I was there. Nothing beats the graciousness of the hosts! The neighbors are also very nice. Forget a hotel… this is really better
