I really enjoyed my stay!

The apartment looks exactly like the picture. The place is really clean and it is equipped with everything you might need - it has a coffee machine, a TV, a microwave and everything. The place is very quiet and peaceful yet it is very near to a metro station. They’ve host let me leave my car in the parking lot of the building which was very nice. Every time I tried to contact the host I got a response immediately. The spotless and very well furnished apartment is impressive. I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for a month in the suite. It is perfect for its price, the location is very good and quiet. We did not had any problems on our stay and the host was very helpful with everything, he also responds very fast if you have any questions for him. If you are with car there is always free spots to park. Overall 5/5 its very good, we were pleased!

Albena was one of the most helpful hosts of ever experienced, she was in constant contact with me and even helped us sort a taxi for our departure early in the morning. The apartment was a close walk to everything we needed and was in great condition

We loved this Airbnb! We moved in to this AirBnB for about a week, as a transition to a more permanent place. But we would have liked to stay longer. There was fabulous sunlight that streamed through the living room window each morning. That warmed things up, even on chilly mornings. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. When we needed anything, Petar (our host) was always quick to respond. We contacted him about a burnt out lightbulb, and he sorted things out right away. He lives in the same building, which makes things very convenient. He and his wife are very nice. They were great communicators. The location was close to restaurants and shops for groceries, and it’s just a 7-8 minute walk to the metro, tram and buses. We loved this place!

This apartment is a very nice jewel in the hard of Sofia in very nice location with a view to the park. The apartment has a very nice selection of books, furniture and items that keep very nicely the spirit of a the people who have lived and in the same time has the modern touch. We felt like home and would love to be able to stay there again

Good place tucked away in the heart of Sofia

loved my time there! was nice and cozy and when I meet the host she was super nice. I noticed they see still renovating the house so had a bit of that feel to it but was a nice place non the less

Joana was such an amazing host! It was our first time in Bulgaria, and it was so cold when we landed. She was so thoughtful to have the house all cozy and warm for us for our arrival! We loved that the whole house was very private and gated and very peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommended!

The fitout is exceptional with a plethora of options to choose from when it comes cooking options, complimentary snacks, drinks and condiments. Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Everything about the place itself was great - very spacious, big rooms, high ceilings, great terrace! It is located in a beautiful old but renovated house that truly has the spirit and the aristocracy of Old Sofia implemented. Such places are very rare to find. Although we did not meet the host, Rachella was very friendly, very caring, easy to reach and communication with her was a pleasure. Would recommend the place 10/10.

Wonderful apartment for families, kids felt right at home. There were toys, board games. It was great. Apartment was clean and had all necessary cleaning supplies to keep clean during our stay. Super convenient location just 10 minutes from the city center with metro, which was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. One of the best malls in Sofia was just around the corner as well. Tons of shops and a big grocery store. Great neighborhood. There was a playground and splash park right in the complex, less than a 2 minute walk from the apartment. We will be back without hesitation.

A fantastic spot right in the heart of the city! Rosen’s place was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better, and the property exceeded our expectations. Everything was thoughtfully organized and fully equipped, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The parking situation was perfect—you can park your car and forget about it since everything is within walking distance in the city center. We highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again the next time we’re in Sofia!

Konstantin was a great host and we are grateful to have stayed in his place. Location was perfect as it was well connected to public transportation links and metro station (very important), bedrooms were spacious (definitely feel larger than in the photos), AC in every single room which was a must for this hot summer, and most of all - it was great value for money.

We loved staying here. The apartment is large and airy with great light. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two mini split ACs so we stayed cool in the heat wave. It's in a great neighborhood right next to Borisova park and in a beautiful neighborhood. Best of all the Metro stop is near by so you have access to the city without using a taxi.

I spent two nights at Mariana's apartment. It was a nice apartment about 15-20 minutes walking by the main places you have to visit in Sofia. I would recommend it for sure.

Lovely unit we will happily visit again . Very cozy , comfortable, and filled with objects and furniture created with love and art inspirations . I recommend ! And Ioana I wish guests who will appreciate the labor and ideas put into this apartment !
