Vacation rentals with a patio in Sofia

We had a great stay at Daniela’s place. It’s a nice and comfortable apartment with everything in it and a beautiful view. Communication with Daniela is quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

The apartment looks exactly like the picture. The place is really clean and it is equipped with everything you might need - it has a coffee machine, a TV, a microwave and everything. The place is very quiet and peaceful yet it is very near to a metro station. They’ve host let me leave my car in the parking lot of the building which was very nice. Every time I tried to contact the host I got a response immediately. The spotless and very well furnished apartment is impressive. I really enjoyed my stay.

The accommodation was very nice, filled with modern items that made the stay even more pleasant. Like a washing machine, airconditioning, a portable heater and a dishwasher! Also the host was very flexible, respectable and quick to respond! I had a great stay and would most definitely recommend this host and in the future I would definitely reuse the same accommodation!! 🙌🏼✨️

I really liked the place. Good area, like 15-20 min walk to city center. Apartment is spotless and large. Host was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was parking because of the "Green Zone" area ( paid parking from 8:30 to 19:30) but I managed to pay via parking app ( URBO City). Overall I had a great experience! Definitely recommend to stay here!

We loved this Airbnb! We moved in to this AirBnB for about a week, as a transition to a more permanent place. But we would have liked to stay longer. There was fabulous sunlight that streamed through the living room window each morning. That warmed things up, even on chilly mornings. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. When we needed anything, Petar (our host) was always quick to respond. We contacted him about a burnt out lightbulb, and he sorted things out right away. He lives in the same building, which makes things very convenient. He and his wife are very nice. They were great communicators. The location was close to restaurants and shops for groceries, and it’s just a 7-8 minute walk to the metro, tram and buses. We loved this place!

This apartment is a very nice jewel in the hard of Sofia in very nice location with a view to the park. The apartment has a very nice selection of books, furniture and items that keep very nicely the spirit of a the people who have lived and in the same time has the modern touch. We felt like home and would love to be able to stay there again

Great stay! Looked just like the photos & was very clean with an easy check in. The centre of town was very close and we could walk to most places. There was also a metro station 10 mins walk from the apartment. The only negative thing was the bathroom had a slightly strange sulphur smell but if we closed the door it didn’t infiltrate the rest of the apartment. Ivan was also a great and responsive host 🌝

Everything was good. The location was nice, and the apartment was good. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, and it was a bit dusty, but overall, everything was fine. Also, the sofa in the living room was a bit broken.

loved my time there! was nice and cozy and when I meet the host she was super nice. I noticed they see still renovating the house so had a bit of that feel to it but was a nice place non the less

Our stay was truly enjoyable. The house is modern and very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Despite being so close to everything, it feels like a peaceful escape from the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Valeri was very quick to respond to us, the neighbourhood is great, the apartment is excellent value, very clean and cosy on a quiet street. We are looking forward to coming back!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Very nice studio - clean, cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Within walking distance to metro, shops and places to eat!

Great place to stay, and a Great host

Rachella’s place is really beautiful, full of light, huge, and in a really great neighbourhood with fab coffee shops and walking distance to great restaurants, bars and sights. She was very proactive in helping us when the key was not available due to a mix up with another guest. Great communication and we had a lovely time. Thanks Rachella!

The place was brilliant, great value for money and fantastic location, walking distance from all city attractions. Flat was very clean and welcoming, bed was super comfy and the shower was great , added bonuses with the tea and coffee, all in all this a great stay and can never go wrong if you pick it to be your next Airbnb, I would def recommend it.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

We loved staying here. The apartment is large and airy with great light. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two mini split ACs so we stayed cool in the heat wave. It's in a great neighborhood right next to Borisova park and in a beautiful neighborhood. Best of all the Metro stop is near by so you have access to the city without using a taxi.

I spent two nights at Mariana's apartment. It was a nice apartment about 15-20 minutes walking by the main places you have to visit in Sofia. I would recommend it for sure.

Lovely unit we will happily visit again . Very cozy , comfortable, and filled with objects and furniture created with love and art inspirations . I recommend ! And Ioana I wish guests who will appreciate the labor and ideas put into this apartment !

Amazing apartment, so confortable and with amazing views. Everything in the flat is new and perfectly clean. Great beds for a food rest. The owners are very kind and helpful if you need anything. We 200% recomend this flat.
